The food is great, I loved the boneless pizza. The 1-star rating for ambiance is because it's not a restaurant you'd eat in, so it lacks atmosphere, and there's no advertising outside. I found out about them through a recommendation!
They're very good, I go often, but this last time I ordered boneless wings with buffalo sauce and they gave them to me plain.
At certain times, there may be a line to order; most orders are takeout. If the pizza you're looking for isn't in stock, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes for your order to arrive. Service is generally good, but parking is limited, and the drive-thru is rarely open.
I recently placed an order and was told I could stop by before they opened. I arrived and the man who served me was very reluctant. I told him I was picking up an order, but to my surprise, it wasn't scheduled. It turns out they didn't give me the receipt for the order. The day I placed it, they kept it, and I remembered they hadn't given it to me and that I had given them my information like cell phone number, time, and number of pizzas. The man who served me told me he was going to charge them. The truth is, I didn't give much advance notice, so I wasn't worried, but his attitude left a lot to be desired. When he charged me, he did find the receipt for the order they had, but they really need to train their staff and find the best solution for both parties, but with a service-oriented attitude. That day I even wanted to never return because of the man's attitude. The food is really good. And let it be an experience.
Great and good flavor
I just went to buy 2 pizzas and I asked for stuffed crust and they only gave me 1 with stuffed crust but they charged me for both 😡 check before leaving there I'm already at home I call them but they don't answer I paid 43 something for 1 pepperoni and the other one with 3 meats 😡😡😡😡
I've tried this pizza at other branches and the one at this branch leaves much to be desired.
I ordered a family pack and some tenders as a side. They were super greasy and burnt. I paid $79 for one and half pieces. I wouldn't even give that to my pet. The pizza and spaghetti were great. I just need to be more careful or pay attention to the other products.
Very late The phone is just for show, they never answer
The pizzas are good, but the drive-thru service and customer service are awful.
Pepperoni pizzas are never ready, you always have to wait at least 10 minutes, they are not that deprizza
Beware!! They changed the cheese on the crust and it tastes awful!!! Even the good cheese tastes terrible now. They used to be my favorites, especially the pepperoni with stuffed crust, and now they've disappointed me. Don't waste 189 pesos on that garbage. In this case, the Costco one is better. I thought it was only at this location, but no, it's like this at all of them. What a shame.
The worst pizza in all of New Mexico. We bought the pizza with extra cheese. The sad pizza they delivered was bent around the edges, had almost no cheese, was half-smeared with tomato sauce, and had almost no pepperoni. It even had pepperoni underneath. Worst of all, it was burnt. Not worth the price.
