It's a really cool karaoke place, it's cheap, and the food is good enough for a simple snack. They have tons of songs, haha, you can dance and sing, highly recommended.

The good: The place is nice and the prices are good. The bad: The waiters ignore you, they prioritize singing over other customers during karaoke, they allow smoking inside (which is very annoying because of the poor ventilation), and they pressure you to tip. It has more cons than pros. A shame.

One of the worst bars in Guanajuato I've ever been to. The last two times I went there, the experience was awful. First of all, the service is grudging and incredibly slow. We noticed they prioritize members of the student musical group (probably friends of the owner or the bartender) over regular customers. They serve them first, and for the pathetic karaoke they had, they wouldn't pass the microphone to anyone until their buddies in the student group had finished singing. They allow smoking inside even though it's against the law, and the bathrooms were disgusting both times I went to that horrible place. It's been a while since I went, but other friends who have been recently say it's still in the same or worse condition.

Terrible service. They treat customers very poorly, not to mention letting people in when they're about to close just so they can buy drinks. Once you've bought something, they literally chase you away, tell you they're closed and that security is coming. They put your drinks in cups and get you out of your seat so you can leave. Added to the poor service, the prices are excessive, the facilities are in very poor condition, and the bathrooms are unsanitary. I have no desire to return to a place where you are treated poorly and the service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends or anyone I don't know, which is why I'm sharing my experience.

The music is very boring, the waiters provide bad service and take too long to attend to you, and they charge you the tip without even asking. There are definitely better places, plus it smells bad.

The same people (waiters?) always sing and don't let customers in, the prices are cheap but they charge tips without asking, and the sound is so loud that you can't eat in peace in the restaurant across the street.

The prices are "okay." However, they have terrible karaoke setup. A group of friends waited over an hour for them to play at least one of our songs, and it never came. P.S. Also, they wouldn't play "El ratón vaquero" for me, even though my friend and I were super excited to sing it. >:c
