Order food before you get here. They are always messing around and customer service is okay not great not horrible. You can always tell when theres no manager. I only come here cause its the only close one to me. I also forgot i waitd 40 mins for two pizzas and breadsticks.

My food was soggy. I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and wings. Pizza had no flavor and everything was undercooked and I was missing a wing. Won’t be eating here again.

I know that saturday nights can be busy for a pizza place, but the service from this place last night was quite bad. I put in an order for one pizza and crazy puffs online around 5pm, and it wasn't ready til almost 6:30pm. There was nothing wrong with the food, and the staff was friendly, but this kind of back up should not happen.

Ordered pizza at 2:00 to pick up at 3:15 but was then told it'd be ready at 4:00 when i arrived. Then came back at 4:00 to pick up the pizza and the machine to pick up the pizza was not working. Ended up having my pizza at 4:10.

I ordered 1 pizza with my brother and cousin and guess what we waited waited for 30-50 it is not that hard to make 1 pizza!!!! And the floor was really dirty

Waiting time is really really bad over 30-40 minutes is way to long like seriously

We just ordered two pizzas and wings from this location and this is what everything looked like when it arrived. Do they not have someone that looks at food before sending it off their customers?

The manager is very kind but there is an extremely rude and aggressive employee working with the customers for seemingly no reason. She was combative with the two customers before me and with me also. She refused to give the girl in front of me her entire order and then when I asked her for a bag, she threw it at me. Again, all of this is unprovoked. The manager was very understanding and apologetic. She did not give me a hard time when I requested a refund (because I no longer wanted to food after that experience). But that employee MUST be related to someone higher up or something for her to still be employed.

Really bad service today, 12/19/2024 I ordered pepperoni crazy puffs and I got home, there was ONLY CHEESE inside. Terrible! Also when I went back, the line was super long! They got my order wrong, offered another one and it was still wrong!! These workers do not pay attention to customers orders. Very bad customer service. I had to pay for another order just to receive the correct one. I will NEVER go back!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from here. If I could give it a zero I would. I placed a delivery order at 7:20pm and it said it would deliver by 8:50. I waited as I thought maybe they’re just busy. Well 8:50 came around and the order was still being prepared. The time just got later and later the driver was not answering and the store wouldn’t answer calls either. My order was finally delivered at 10:40pm cold and stale. It’s actually insane to me that I had to wait more than 3 hours for an order. Absolutely unacceptable.

I asked for extra crispy, the veggies are half black, the parts that are black crumbled. And the inside of the pizza is still doughy. Picture of burnt bell pepper, and the uncooked dough

Who makes pizzas with out sauce? Ordered off of door dash, not only was all my food cold. All my pizzas I ordered didn’t have sauce and overcooked… barely had dough and breaking apart…. I will never order from this store again

Horrible, I ordered two pizzas for the games, they gave me someone else's meal. Not only that, my meal was cost more than the one given. The name on the receipt isn't me, horrible.
