The chicken here is really tasty. We had the whole chicken for $25. The spicing was really good and the chicken was very tender. The rice was not bad! It tasted a bit like Asian fried rice. The fries were typical steak fries, nothing to complain about. Overall a nice place. It was very full and really noisy, so I’d give the atmosphere a 3/5.

Excellent food, Ambiance, very clean. Staff very friendly. Definitely will be coming back. My 1hr drive will be worth. Highly recommend this place. If your in the area give it a try.

I had the pleasure of eating here for dinner yesterday. I ordered the half grilled chicken with all dark meat with sides of Yuka and Rice. My food came with side of sauces as well. My husband ordered the beef burrito and it came with chips and really tasty salsa. I love the food, it’s so delicious, the service was pretty fast. The only thing is the music a bit loud, which I guess that’s what some people prefer. Overall, I would come back to eat here and I highly recommend it.

In my opinion, this place doesn't add up to other Guapos I tried. The meat was harder and chewy. I got the Lomo Saltado, it was EXTRA SALTY. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SALTY. I left and was constantly drinking water. Seems that the quality control of the food was absent. Felt really bad with the food experience. A lot of sauce, but the chef has to ensure to taste the product served to the customer to make sure that it has balanced tastes. The burrito was a bit better, still salty. The meat in Lomo Saltado should be delicate with a bit of texture, and with the sauce, it should have a well-balanced semi juicy flavor. CUSTOMER SERVICE So, so. Not bad, but not what I'm used to from Guapos. SUMMARY All in all, not the best Guapos. Not good for the quality of food. RETURN FACTOR 50% Let's see what the future holds. RECOMMEND A FRIEND FACTOR 0%

The mango juice is excellent. That was the best part of the meal. I had the veggie burrito to eat with Mexican rice on the side. The burrito and the rice were surprisingly bland. I'm used to Mexican food being more exciting to the taste buds. I actually would rather eat a Taco Bell burrito than have a burrito at Guapos again. The saving grace was the sauce. There was a light yellow sauce as well as a green sauce served on the side. Be careful with the green sauce, it is very hot. The yellow sauce was very flavorful so I coated the burrito with it and that made it edible. My husband had some of their rotisserie chicken which he said was good. However the French fries he had on the side (which I sampled) were very bland and no amount of salt seemed to improve them. The service was good. The employees gave me clear answers to my questions about the menu and the food was made quickly even though it was moderately busy. The restaurant is located by a strip mall so there is plenty of parking in a spacious parking lot.

This Is The Worst Restaurant To Call To Make An Order Of Any Kind, As You Can See The Picture The Manager Which His Name In Anthony Which I Spoke To Hom, I Called And They Put Me On Hold For More Tham 7 Minutes And For My Surprise I Get to the Restaurant and It Is Not Busy At All And Also The Oher Pics Shows The General Manager In The Restaurant In A Meeting, I Do this So They Can Better There Customer Service Which Is Very Poor So Anorher Customer Doesnt Go there It. ....:(((

I ordered two whole chickens with beans and rice on Sunday, 02/01, and spent over $100 to feed my crew. Unfortunately, all seven of us became sick after eating the food and have been dealing with symptoms for the past two days. I want to be fair and say the customer service was great and the wait time was reasonable. However, this experience raises serious concerns about food handling and hygiene at this location. When an entire group gets sick from the same meal, it is something that should be looked into immediately. I am disappointed not only because of the cost, but because this situation could have been avoided. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food safety practices to prevent this from happening to other customers.

This place used to be good before the renovations. Now everyone is rude. Don’t believe me read the reviews. The prices are crazy high. Want extra yellow sauce? Glforget it they will charge you. They used to let you get as much as you want. They really ruined this restaurant maybe it’s the new management or something?

My sister and I ordered delivery from here on Sunday. Everything was wayyyyy to salty and tasted weird. After a few bites, we threw the food away. That night we realized the chicken gave her FOOD POISONING! This resulted in a 100 degree fever! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!

Food was horrible. Got the chicken which was raw. My husband's birria tacos were terrible and tasted like cinnamon. Rice definitely tasted like it was from a pack. Don't understand the hype about this restaurant. Definitely recommend the gas station across the street in front of the car wash that has a restaurant inside They have the best birria tacos and Mexican food I've tried in Manassas. And aguas frescas that are fresh and outstanding.

For whatever reason I go back and give them a try and every time I regret it. No one is friendly really unless it’s because im not Hispanic, but the service is SLOW. It took 25 mins just to get the crazy corn. Whenever I placed an online order it’s never ready after like 35-40 mins. It’s insane.

As an Uber Eats driver, I will no longer accept orders from this restaurant. The staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming. Both times I’ve come in, staff member have given me glares, and then acted like they didn’t see me. They look past me and ask other guests behind me if they’ve been helped while clearly avoiding eye contact with me as I’m trying to pick up an order. I see I’m not the only one who has complained about this. After two identical experiences, I’m done.

I hadn't visited this restaurant in quite a while, and I was truly surprised to see the renovation, which is fantastic... it gave it a completely different feel. The cashier who served us was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and she was also the one who brought our food to the table... very kind and attentive... in all of this, I consider that they work with excellence... unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment for me and my family... I always thought the chaufa rice was truly delicious... but yesterday it was a big disappointment; it was so salty (I think they changed the recipe or they spilled the whole bottle of soy sauce) it tasted bitter because of all the soy sauce... I had to wash it down with my drink to compensate... it wasn't pleasant, and in the end, I didn't finish it. My wife ordered a rice bowl with roasted meat, but that wasn't good either (I think they're using too much salt, and it's really not enjoyable). It's very unfortunate because they made the restaurant look so nice... but the food doesn't make me want to go back.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Guapos for years, and their food has always been fantastic. I usually dine in, but the last few times, I’ve opted for takeout. Today, I decided to take out as well. The app informed me that my food would be ready at 8:39, which was a reasonable wait. My order number was 483, but after about 25 minutes, they started calling numbers 495 and above. I questioned my order, but I still had to wait. Finally, I received my food, and the staff apologized for the delay. They offered me a drink, but I declined it. However, when I looked at my order, I noticed that there were no sauces. The lady informed me that the sauce came with chicken only. I’ve always received sauces with both dine-in and takeout orders. It’s frustrating that the menu didn’t clearly state the change that the dish wouldn’t come with the sauce. I recall that there used to be self-serve complimentary sauces available from pump dispenser. Additionally, while I was waiting, they would give a bag full of sauces to other customers when they asked. Interesting.

They pulled this stunt years ago and backed off. Now they’re back at it like we wouldn’t notice. Next up: ketchup surcharge? Food was just okay. Lukewarm. Not worth the price. But that’s not why I’m writing this. Guapos, you’ve already raised prices. Now you’re charging loyal customers for tiny plastic cups of sauce? This isn’t about cost—it’s about respect. And you just told your customers they don’t matter. The picture says it all. That’s what this is about. Last meal here. If you still care about value, think twice before you walk in.

Worst meal in a while. Absolutely horrible. Birra had no flavor, dry, and yet somehow was still not even present in the ramen bowl, tacos, or burrito. Soft boiled egg was flat and fried. Best thing about Guapos was the soda machine!

My husband said this place used to be good. We decided to go tonight and try it out (my first time). Our chicken wasn't cooked all the way (blood was coming out), the tacos were half fat and half meat, and the lady behind the counter was so rude! We are very disappointed and had to throw half of our dinner away.
