If you stop by at Guerrero Negro BJ this is the preferred spot for the locals and it's no kidding delicious 😋, the place is a little small but the food makes up for anything else. We tried the mocajete frio which is a mix of cold served seafood, it had a little of everything but the portion is good enough for two people. Flavor was just exquisite 👌 and they have a variety of hot salsas for the different level of spicy you'd prefer. Their house salsa was more than enough to just give that extra kick of flavor. My kids and husband tried the breaded fish tacos and again the serving portions are good enough to share. Customer service was excellent and very attentive. El molcajete de mariscos frios que probamos estuvo delicioso, la salsa que envolvia los mariscos resaltaba su sabor y ls salsa casera le dio un toque fenomenal. Mi esposo e hijss probaron los tacos de pescado empanizado, deliciosos. Todos los platillos que pedimos eran porciones suficientes para compartir. Esta recomendacion se saco un 10/10 mil gracias por el servicio y la comida tan rica.

This is a small hole in the wall. The place is clean, staff is friendly and service was quick. Feels very much like home when you walk in. We (2 people) had the ceviche (cold) and the almohadilla (hot). I liked the ceviche more, but both were good.

The women were so kind and even stayed late when we arrived a few minutes before closing time. We had fish and shrimp ceviche. We thought it wouldn't be as good since it was almost nighttime and it wouldn't be fresh, but it was amazing—I can't imagine how it would have tasted if we had gone earlier!

If you are looking for seafood, especially ceviche, I highly recommend Mariscos Montoya. They have a mixed ceviche that contains shrimp, octopus, clams, snails, fish, and scallops, in addition to vegetables, accompanied by toast, crackers, mayonnaise, ketchup, and bottled sauces. It is super delicious. The service is good and fast, the prices are affordable, and they provide everything you need to enjoy your meal. When you visit Guerrero Negro, don't hesitate to visit them!
