This part 2 of my hotel review. Not only had an amazing sleep. I had an amazing breakfast! The staff was professional and kind. I had the omelet....lol...ok ...I had 2! Maple sausage and orange juice. I had a banana and peach yogurt. The dining room was spotless! It had a hometown feel...with those beautiful pine tables. Highly recommend!
A great stop on your way. It might even be an amazing place to stay for a week, the town that is. This place has it all, pick up groceries in their store. The selection is amazing and 90% all locally made by small community businesses. Highly recommend a stop!! Very comfortable to take a break from driving.
Incredible name for a coffee shop. Pretty good coffee and pretty good breakfast sandwich. This place is definitely better than your average gas station fare. I recommend stopping if you're in the area. The servers and folks in the restaurant we're also very friendly, this is clearly a local hangout spot.

Great little stop on our trips to NYC. Clean restrooms. Freshly made sandwiches, decadent snacks, Amish pastries. Back room full of baking supplies and deli products. Decent gas prices. Just off 17 in Hancock NY.
Stopped in on our way home to Long Island and it was amazing. Not a single bad thing to say. Breakfast pizza was awesome, selections of snacks drinks and candy was perfect. We’ll be back when we travel again
It's my favorite place to stop when on the road. Unique offerings in the middle of nowhere. Sandwiches are plentiful and staff are welcoming and very nice! Take a walk through the back, and you'll be amazed by all the food and snacks that are available! This is a convenient gas station so the atmosphere is just that. It's definitely worth the stop!
We stop here on our way to Finger Lakes every single time. The bathrooms are very nice, and always clean. The Dutch Market in the back is our favorite for all the snacks. The little Cafe is absolutely delicious! A great place to stop!
A place we continually stop on the way to family. Love the food...friendly atmosphere..neat and clean always...also in a nice store to enjoy
we were driving home from visiting a friend and stopped here for gas and were planning on going to the Mcdonald’s for lunch. we decided to try the food here instead and I’m sooo happy we did. I had probably one of the best turkey cheddar subs in my entire life, everything was fresh and the people were nice. we live 3 hours away so I’m not sure if/when we’ll be back but I will dream of the sandwich I had
Cute rest stops in the area - makes it feel like a mental break but I was surprise there was no yogurt option. I had previously stopped on the same exit but went to Mirabito (cheaper gas) and they had yogurt options. I wish these stops had a playground for kids.
Had to stop and get some coffee, glad I stop here had a great cappuccino and egg sandwich
I stop here traveling back-and-forth to New York. It's dead in the middle, and I get gas here. However, the old bat factory does have sandwiches and subs, and their food is really good. They also have a homemade candy area that is great for kids. You see it only outside shoulder
We stop here for a restroom break on our way to NJ several times a year. Staff is always very friendly and restroom are always clean.
Nice little spot to get Gas, road snacks, and a clean restroom.
Stopped in today, New Years Day, and was pleased to find this family run business open. Ordered a lunch of chicken fingers, BLT's and French fries. Everything tasted great. The convenience store was fully stocked with Pepsi products and a large coffee station. Had the pleasure of meeting the whole family as they were all working to give their employees the day off. All in all, a great business. I even picked up a souvenir T-shirt! ( they had hats and hoodies as well 😉)
Excellent food and service, family owned and operated. Hancock, NY is a welcoming town with friendly local businesses and residents. If you desire something more, head to the Hancock House for excellent food inside or out and a nice beer selection. I recommend the Old Bat Factory for breakfast sandwiches and on the go meals, Hancock house for dinner.

I stopped over for coffee at this coffee shop and factory restaurant. Its part of the gas stations with store. They offer wraps and burgers at the restaurant area, no menu was available Green mountain coffee at the center of the store with many danish and cookies Small sitting area kinda old style

Stopped while traveling for coffee. We ordered 2 different coffees. Both were horribly watered down, and I'm certain the Americano was not made with espresso. They were undrinkable and a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, the person who waited on us was completely miserable. Sadly, we should have bought our coffee from the convenience store side.
The older gentlemen sitting at the table as we entered are the friendliest bunch I could imagine! The 2 girls behind the food counter were more interested in their conversation than the customers. Had they been paying attention, I would have received the sausage I ordered on my egg sandwich, not ham. The mouthful of raw egg yolk made me understand she didn't listen to my request for scrambled eggs either. Very dissapointing

Went in and got a coke and a snack. I took a bite of my chips and they were stale then I went to open my coke and realized it expired January 16th 2026. Took it back to get my money back or a replacement the gentleman told me we don't do that here sorry for the inconvenience. Highly do not recommend.
