Back again and its 3:37pm on Sunday September 7th and the best customer service ive ever had amazing woman working cash register and the guys in the back are freaking amazing they all did their job and some and did it with the quickness

Alright I am giving 5 stars for service, atmosphere, and price to quality food. It's a bang for the buck place. Ain't the best food but it hits the spot and fills you up for cheap. Gove it a try!

It always busy in this small, take out only, restaurant. Highly recommended to use online ordering and pick up your meal one the portal. I have had a few times when I received the email that my order was ready, and my name was on the screen that my pizzas were ready, but it still took an additional 15 minutes before they were actually ready.

None of the staff answer the phones, and when you walk in they are all laughing and talking to eachother instead of tending to the long line of customers and continuous calls coming through unanswered! I walked in after calling the store 5 times thinking they were just busy but there were no customers in the store and the phones were still going unanswered. Very poor customer service and rude young workers!!! Definitely will be using the other Little Ceasers in town because the other one takes care of their customers.

I went and ordered an 'extra most bestest' and didn't receive it until after 25 minutes and someone who ordered after me got their food first. On top of that there was a fired employee hanging around the counter possibly contaminating the area and food while talking to the night manager like it was middle school. Usually pretty good service but that's unacceptable

Get your pizza from the location on 11th. Every time I order it’s burnt and have 0 sauce

Gave my order to someone else! Then when I actually get my order remade it’s not made right! Then they offer me crazy bread for free which is great but then they tell me we have no crazy sauce and say we don’t don’t have chili peppers either. I know damn well y’all have some. Smh. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Customer service is not a priority. And they don’t respect first come first serve. The service of the store has really came down a lot. Was in line for 10 minutes, just for somebody to cut in front of me and get taken care of before me.

They managed to mess up a simple order.

I called during work as I was closing. And asked what special they had. I was told to go on line and look that they don’t know. How can you not know your product?They made me wait 20 minutes over the time the said. Then they said it’s coming up the 15 minute later. They said it’s in the oven. So which is it? Then I ask for the manager and she said my pizza was stolen. So eather someone went back behind the counter and took it or an employee gave it to a friend and I paid for the pizza. The. 15-20 people were waiting and no one said hi to them. A person went to pay for their pizza and it was 40 dollars. She gave them a 50. And said they won’t take it to go get change and come back. Really you don’t take peoples hard earned cash?

Really bad customer service!! Slacking off on 1 call ring to make an order to go. Took more than 10 rings just to get an answer. Yes understand with respect employees are busy making the pizza and not enough workers to do everything all at once but least start hiring in more people so they have now time to answer the phone when people are calling.
