I like that I get to watch and ask what ingredients I want on my pizza. It was fresh and pretty quick to get prepared and cooked. Atmosphere is casual and clean.

Today I didn't have a good experience like other times they run out of pesto sauce so they went to make more after waiting like for more than 5 minutes she still see the they was not a lot of cheese she went to get more cheese after I been waiting for a long time people behind me going first than me and she still take her time to get back to my order not even said sorry for the delay anything so thanks to make my day.

This location is our favorite. My kids and I love blaze. The food is totally worth it. And the service is perfect. The manager Alfredo is truly outstanding. I order through the app all the time now. Delivery. At first I got two orders messed up. But the manager fixed everything right away and made sure to handle it himself. We see him there all the time. He’s freaking awesome and so nice. Thankyou Alfredo for all you do as a manger, and how you take care of your store. Everything is always awesome.

As a vegetarian, Blaze Pizza is one of my favorite places to grab a quick and delicious meal. I always opt for the "make your own" option, as it allows me to fully customize my pizza to my liking without having to worry about any unwanted meat toppings. There are plenty of vegetarian options to choose from, classic toppings like mushrooms and olives or something more unique like roasted garlic or artichokes. What I appreciate most about Blaze Pizza is the speed and efficiency of their service. Even during busy times, the staff work quickly to take orders and get pizzas in and out of the oven in no time. And if i am in a rush, i can always order online ahead of time to skip the line and get my pizza even faster.

Very courteous staff. First time visit and the Staff members gave me good recommendations and direction on how to order my food. Her patience was much appreciated. Definitely returning soon. I normally choose traditional methods for pizza consumption, but would much rather select this healthier and friendly option more in the future. Food was delicious!

i just got introduced to blaze pizza last year. it reminds me of another pizza place like this. This location seems to have a warmer atmosphere than the others. the employees greeted and spoke clearly. the location has those that chose to dine in well spaced. i bought the garlic pesto cheesy bread. No complaints on my order or the salad i also ordered. all i can say is keep up the great work.

It's in awesome place the pizza's delicious. Each person gets his own pizza, You put whatever you want on your pizza. You're not obligated to eat someone else's favorite pizza. And the price is very reasonable for the size of pizza you will get.

Pizza here is great, since you can customize your own pizza and get whatever toppings you want. I always build a custom one and share it. It can get pretty busy during peak hours so better to go a bit earlier. Parking is plentiful with a huge lot. Really good value for quality pizza here.

Not all that impressive inside. Has a typical plain fastfood setting inside. Plenty of seating with benches, low and high tables. Best pizza I've had since moving to California in August. Will be coming back. I'm picky about my pizza. I got the high rise crust.

Love the ability to customize your own pizza to make it as healthy, or not healthy, sometimes, as I want. For a fair price, too. The wait time isn't awful, but sometimes the line gets long. The pizza is worth it though.

I highly recommend this fire wood pizza place for those ones who are sensitive to the odors from greasy pizza boxes. They put baking paper underneath pizza in the box so you can enjoy fresh pizza without unpleasant odor. 👍👍👍 This small difference makes huge changes. I wish pizza restaurants in NZ learn such a tip soon. I ordered Four Cheese pizza and could taste the nice combination of full flavored fresh cheese, which was totally different from rubber-like fake cheese texture. Furthermore, staff were friendly and attentive 💕💕

Omg! I love wood fire pizzas much. I have never been hete and this place rocks pizza. I made mine with pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach, olives and artichoke. It was so good, I had a plane to catch the next day and tjis fresh crust was not soggy or oily. I highly recommend it. This location had amazing customer service too

Blaze Pizza was on point thanks to Juan and Reuben. Juan crafted a perfect pie with speed and care, and Reuben kept the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Together they turned a quick stop into a standout visit.

Great tasting food. The staff is friendly and hard-working. I must admit the last two times I’ve ordered pizza here there were some ingredients missing. Given that and how busy they are, I praise the Blaze staff for addressing the issue and correcting it immediately. This is why I order my food from this specific location and will continue to do so.

Always good! You can either do Build Your Own Pizza or get their signature pizzas. I like the Build Your Own so I can load up my pizza with what I like. I also like the variety of their crusts/doughs and toppings. They have Keto crust too, I think. Overall, it is good! I like to come to this location in particular because it is not that from Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach. I grab the pizza here and then go eat at the park.

I usually just build my own pizza since it's the exact same price but it's nice they have preset options if you don't want to go through the trouble of selecting toppings yourself. The ingredients are fresh and the service is quick. The taste has definitely been getting better over the years.

The food is great - quality ingredients at a fair price. And the size of the pizzas are perfect; just enough to fill you up and leave you feeling satisfied. Sometimes they run out of specific toppings, which can be disappointing, but they have a plethora of topping options to make up for it. The service is average, as I feel they could be friendlier and more accommodating. And the atmosphere is okay, but tables are often dirty since its self-seating. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to any pizza lover.

Great food quality, delicious ingredients and vegan friendly! I love Blaze Pizza! Especially the high rise dough! Though, I have to say. The employees/environment has a bit of a lackluster feel to it whenever I go. One of the times I went, I was the only one in line and the young employees were distracting themselves with whatever it was and I was left unattended for longer than a customer should. When I was finally attended to, there was no apology for keeping me waiting. Just a, "What can I get for you?" My answer wanted to be, Better customer service. But I kept my mouth shut and continued on with my order. No problems after that. As mentioned before, the food is great. I love it. Just not so much the employees. 5 star food. 4 star service.

Make-your-own pizza, fresh ingredients. Staff is kind. Room is spacious. The only problem is that it should be way cleaner. This is not a homeless or sketchy area, it is not justified.

They were happy to split toppings, including cheese, on a single pizza, so that was convenient when sharing with a friend. I like the way they use the reusable metal plates. While there's nothing wrong with the atmosphere, it's neither going to bother nor please you.

Anybody who gets several veggies MUST ask for well done or else you will receive an undercooked pizza. Fortunately I have a mini oven at home. I've been here twice and both times my pizza was undercooked and floppy.

Was craving a cauliflower crust pizza. Loved it! Wasn't too impressed with the green goddess salad. Only half of the salad dressing was filled in the 2oz. container for a full size salad. I likely come back from the pizza.

Blaze offers a "healthy" option to pizza. This location is convenient and all the servers are very friendly. Their salads are also crazy good! Let's not forget about the healthier drink options they offer, particularly the agua fresca choices. Parking is the only hassle at this location.

Love a build your own, the pizza is consistently good, and ingredients are always fresh. Customer service could use some work, but it wasn't a terrible experience. Make sure you ask to cook your pizza for a little long because, depending on how many toppings you'd need, more time for the cheese to be the right consistency. The service was great and the restaurant was clean, but at the end of the day, it's a chain restaurant with mediocre pizza. It's alright but there really isn't anything all that great. The crust is thin, floppy, and low quality. The sauce is sparse and unseasoned. The toppings are fresh though.

I’ve ordered online from this place 3 times and EVERY TIME the order is not ready on time. I understand that it can get crowded and busy, but adjust the wait time on the apps then. I’ve had to wait 15- 30 minutes more than the estimated pickup time each time. Blaze. We adored pre-pandemic. So yummy but on this busy Friday night they were completely off their game. Burnt edges might be okay if the bottom of the pizza had actually been crisp and not covered in ash. 15 minutes late on the pickup time didn't help either but they were pretty busy so that could have been forgiven if the pizza had rocked. Back in the before times, it really did rock. Hope they get their pizza groove back.

Pizza crust looked like it was cooked well, good color on the crust and bottom, but it was a little chewy. Maybe the abundance of cheese made it more chewy, but I ordered the normal amount. I expected the crust to be more crispy being so thin. Pepperoni could have been crispier too. Maybe I'll try again some day, and tell them to cook it a little longer than normal.

I really enjoy the pizzas at blaze. They taste really good since you get to customize the pizza. Really love that oven heat flavor you get as well. The only issue I have is with the service. I’ve had two different experiences where I order online for pick up at the store and always deal with problems. For both instances, they always would forget to make a pizza and I would have to wait a long time for them to figure out where my order is and just ended up having to start over.

The staff is very busy and you can tell they’re hard workers and this place can get extremely packed. please double check your order before you leave. I came at a noon on Thursday and took my pizzas home and unfortunately didn't realize that they were wrong until I got home and had to come all the way back to get the correct pizza -It was an online order . i had to wait 15 minutes when i got back for them to make a new pizza and it was drowning in all sauces and the pizza wasn’t even cut thru. it wasn’t a great experience i love blaze but this location didn’t do it for me at all.

Customer service. Don’t get an attitude because I have to ask you 3 questions back to back because you didn’t offer. Yes, can I please have my drizzle of balsamic glaze. Yes, can I please have ranch for my pizza! Yes, can I have a bag to carry my salad and sauces. And yes, you need to say “you’re welcome” when customers say thank you. Or did you want me to leave a tip for you to do very little work? It’s a reason I made great money as a waitress when I was your age! Because I anticipated the customers needs and was polite. And maybe offer the customer if they’d like any of that so you don’t have to be annoyed at the multiple questions. Also don’t judge a book by its cover. You don’t know who I am. I could have been the owner.

Blaze pizza is a good place. However, I don't think their dough is very friendly. I always get sick when I get thick crust. Some Blaze are not sanitary and are messy ingredients everywhere inside places they shouldn't be too many ppl in the kitchen. Too many opertunuties for ppls germ in the food hairs sweat etc don't trust food places that rush

It’s not better or worse than the likes of Domino’s or Pizza Hutt and the likes except it has a subway style build-your-own vibe. But not bad, it’s a good cheap pizza spot.

The pizza is delicious. The reason for the 3 stars is the staff here are not friendly and lazy. Every time I come here there’s anywhere from 3-5 employees but most of them just standing around doing nothing.

It's a chipotle style concept of picking toppings for your pizza then it's backed fresh. I didn't think the taste nor the ingredients are all that great. However, if you're vegan or have other dietary needs then this may be the place for you. But as for a "regular" pizza I can't recommend. Nothing stood out from the dough, sauce, toppings, etc. I know it's a chain but even for a chain I didn't think this was all that good. I'd rather do domino's since it's better taste and price point. Good service though 👍.

This is a poor example of Blaze Pizza. The young people here do not maintain a clean dining area, the ingredients do not taste as fresh and good as other Blaze Pizza stores. These kids do not behave as if they care. Service and quality is not their interest. They do not even bother to feign interest. I went once and came away dissatisfied. I went again a month later. Same game, different players. I won't go back. The Blaze on Colorado at El Molina in Pasadena is excellent. It is a fine model for all pizza joints: good food, good prices, great vibe, exceptional service, and always well maintained!

They first cancel my doordash order and then when I reordered they took the order and it took very long to bring the pizza even though I'm like maybe 2 miles away from the pizza place and I ordered the cauliflower crust and it was veggie and I swear they were so chancy with the veggies and the pizza was cold and the applewood bacon that I added was only on like one slice predominantly and I doubt very seriously if I will order from there again through doordash I may go into the restaurant so I can complain better but you know the price was reasonable and they do have healthy options so who knows I'll probably use them again but not for delivery

Rarely write reviews. Only pizzeria nearby so I’ve been here plenty. The food is good when they do it correct but there have just been so many times they’ve straight up given us other people’s pizzas, of course you should check your food before leaving but you should also expect a restaurant to do basic restaurant things. They very constantly don’t cook their pizzas enough even when asking for well done, the proportion of ingredients, sauce and toppings is frequently way off. Ingredients are fresh and yummy a pizza is not flavorful ingredients poorly prepared. I wish I could rate them higher but it is truly one of the least consistent pizzerias I’ve ever been to. Their food is great when it’s properly done but as their quality is very spotty it’s hard to recommend this Blaze location. They are also frequently understaffed and overburdened which is a management problem that I have seen be a pretty frequent issue and this also affects the experience and quality of the pies. Hire more people!

Even with 8 people around making pizza when they opened, there wasn't a single clean table. I (like 4 others) had to brush last nights dinner off so I could place my food down. (Even after 25 minutes when I left they still hadn't cleaned any of the tables.) Pizza was quick and tasted fresh for the most part. Only issue was with the roasted garlic that tasted stale/old with little flavor. Pesto and garlic bread tasted great, even though they forgot the pesto drizzle. They also forgot the 2 red sauces I ordered. While they offer a good price for their food, the inability to deliver accurate food and having a dirty environment mean I'll be eating at other places.

Never got to try food because I never received it. I ordered at 8:30pm 2 pizzas to be delivered to my hotel 10 mins away. I was traveling with hungry tired kids so I did delivery instead of picking it up. I was given a delivery time for 9:30pm which was perfect gave me time to get kids settled so they could get ready to eat. 9:30 came and went before I knew it was 10:15pm. I called back to the store to see what the issue was because at that point was just going to go pick it up, I was told that this was a call center and their was not much they can do and could see same tracking info as me. She did try to call store directly but no response. My order continued to say it's ready and on its way up until they canceled it at 10:45pm. I was charged for food I never got as well it being 2 different prices. App shows me to get charged 1 thing and I was charged more which would not have bothered me if I actually got my food. Kids were still hungry so had to try and find them something open and quick. If you're thinking about ordering from this place for delivery definitely rethink it because complete waste of time.

No one had the time to clean. If the front looks this way i can only imagine how the back looks. I think was my last time coming to this particular Blaze. Its worse every time I go.

Service was outrageously slow. I received a text that my food was ready by 6:0 pm and 45 minutes after that it was still not ready. There weren't that many people standing outside and I asked 2 different employees about my food.

I was in this store a month ago and ordered a cinnamon bread, when I got home to eat it, I noticed that it was raw, it was not even 70% cooked, it was sticky and tasted like raw dough. Since it is the store closest to my house today I came back for a pizza with high rise dough, and the same story, when I got home I noticed that the dough was raw AGAIN. It was sticky and tasted raw. I don't recommend this store at all.

Ordered a pizza through the mobile app thinking it would be more convenient and faster yet it took longer than normal. It took 30+ minutes for half a pizza combo and as I waited it seemed that the pizza was sitting for a while and when I received it it was very hard. Also the lady working the station seemed very overwhelmed and it was taking a toll on her, meanwhile you had other staff laughing and playing around in the back - not a great way of team work or management in allowing this.

Did an online order for 2 build your own pizzas on October 19th. Received incorrect toppings such as mushrooms, which I am allergic to. I contacted customer support for a refund and they said they would contact this location on my behalf but I never heard back.

The blaze website somehow changed my location to this one even though I’ve NEVER been here and am nowhere near this town. Tried calling a full 30 minutes before close and not a single employee would pickup the phone. Called multiple times and was on hold until past close. Blaze doesn’t even have a way to contact any sort of customer service. DO NOT ORDER HERE. I need a refund for the food I never got and will probably never see it.
