Dunkin'

It’s like I’m back on the East coast! The workers here are great. Always very nice. I miss Dunkin and happy I just moved near one. Thank for the great coffee!

This Dunkin’ was really clean and the staff was attentive. I like the modernness of the building and I’m glad to have a Dunkin’ nearby. I tried the pumpkin munchkins and I really enjoyed the flavor! I would say that this location has a good variety of options, you have your usuals (donut bars, cinnamon rolls, donut holes, circular donuts etc.), but they also have some special flavors during certain seasons. Hopefully this location can become a 24/7 spot soon!

They handed me iced coffee’s instead of hot coffee’s even though I clearly stated I wanted 2 Toasted white chocolate lattes HOT! The girl looked confused and like she didn’t know what to do. I was in a hurry so I just told her never mind and compromised for the cold version of these drinks. I got a block away and realized they also forgot my son’s 10 piece munchkins so I had to go back. He came back to tell me what she said and I told him to go back and have her “pull the order.” When he went back in a younger woman named Courtney jumped in and said “are you waiting for the munchkins, assorted?” He said yes! She said “I’m getting them for you now.” She was super sweet and attentive to the customers. She even stopped to open the bathroom for my younger son. Shout out to Courtney for her excellent customer service and turning my 3 star review into a 5 star review.

Sad Sad sad.. these people very fail to mess up my order 🙃! The service is 🍑 👎🏽they greet poorly all the time! the donuts are okay. The coffee be expensive as starbucks and taste okay! The hash browns are good when they are fresh.

In the mornings the coffee is great but if you get it on a weekend afternoon it tastes burnt. They use a different frosting than other brands as well. Dunkin' frosting tastes like cake frosting with the same consistency. I prefer the other smaller donut shops for most donuts, but Dunkin' makes an excellent glaze and excellent cake donuts. Their avocado toast is excellent as well.

Love their coffee and employee added just the right amount of cream and sugar. My coffee was not too sweet or overly sweet. It was just right! Ordered the Bavarian cream filled donut and to my surprise, it tasted freshly made being ordered in the late evening. Hopefully, it will continue to serve fresh made donuts and not donuts that taste a day old.

For 3 months straight the coffee was perfect. But in the last month when asking for cream and sugar , it taste like there only adding cream and no sugar. Not sure if this is a powder mix up at this particular store. Only creamer has been added to my coffee the past 3 or 4 visits and I have to add my own sugar at home.

You are better off going to the local donut places around town. The donuts are mostly dry and not fresh. I have seldom yet to have a pleasurable pastry from the place. The staff is kind, as they made fresh decaf coffee for me at my request. The place is a little dirty, but not to an extent that reminds me of a food stand/stall. Overall, it's the place where those office donuts come from.

The drive thru needs more photos. Especially since most people don't instantly know what 1/2 the stuff on the menu is. The pineapple mango refresher was diabetes ina cup. Don't get me wrong I like green tea and somewhat of a sweet drink but there was enough flavor and sweet that I took it home and made my medium refresher into a 1/2g of juice. Way too much sugar

Got there at about 4:20 am and the door automatically clicked open at about 4:27. The manager must have been on a good one (rag), because me and another guy whom was awaiting a good wakeup from the Pumpkin Spice Latte were greeted with a big fat, "Get out of here. We aren't open yet." But she, the manager redeemed herself with a big warm, unbelievably cute smile that warmed bother of our hearts. Thank you, Dunkin' Donuts, Bill Campbell

Mixed feelings. If you want to see their complete menu you have to download their app. I just wanted to see the menu, I don't really want to have the app, everyone always has some sort of gimmick. I ordered 2 donuts and a small coffee ( black ) 7.00 dollars.

Usually they get my order right, but they're better at crafting cold coffee than hot. I ordered a decaf latte and it's not decaf... it's watered down coffee. I know because it tastes significantly diluted. They need to seriously be careful because some people are GI sensitive or take medication that interferes. I would've been happier if they had told me they didn't serve any (which is also a lie, but one that won't harm anyone). That's just scummy.

The apple fritter had no apple chunks and was doughy, and evidently they don't even make a lemon filled any longer, (which was my first choice). The raspberry filled was OK. I will probably seek a different place next time I want a donut. (There is an exceptional donut shop in the Grocery Outlet mall, NE corner at Florida & Sanderson.)

Donuts are not the greatest tasting in my opinion. My family members would rather get donuts elsewhere too. But the breakfast items taste good. Coffees are good. Not very warm and welcoming inside.

Drive thru 6/29/24 7 pm. Window clerk had very poor service ethics. Easily triggered. End up spending 2x for my donuts because he "does not have the order". I had to order 2x with 2 different order numbers and resulting in him saying that he does not have both orders. The problem is my name on the order only showed my first name and he would not take the time or effort to verify the name. He got very triggered and argumentative when I suggested to confirm the full name. This is not the first time I had an issue with this same person. He does not belong doing customer service.

Sorry to leave a bad review. The breakfast I ordered looked like it was a couple of days old. The service was bad. The person at the drive-thru window dropped my card and told me to back up so I could get out of my truck to get it. Then give it bad so they could ring me up. The matcha latte was horrible. I wasn't impressed with the donuts either.

First time here try to ask question. The girl was super rude. I felt she was Hurrying me up The coffee is good but services bad never gave me a total till I got to the window I don't think she should work drive-thru

Dunkin should not be known for donuts because their donuts are not that good. Sorry Dunkin. My tip is "Do better Dunkin."

This is not the first time where they forget to add something to my order, both sandwiches without sausage after clearly adding sausage to my order. I do not have the time to go back every single time. I usually come here often for their coffee & coffee is great but repeated experiences like this definitely makes you lose customers .

I went and got a ice latte white chocolate mocha with almond milk. But I noticed it was Regular milk & I asked them to please change it to almond milk. They brought my order out very quickly & it tasted like regular milk. The manager was rude and said that’s almond milk that’s how it looks.. and I’m like My husband is allergic. And she was just unprofessional the way she reacted..

so on 1/31/24 around 7pm i was in the drive through . i asked for a strawberry refresher with almond milk .. the rude employee told me she couldn’t do that . i asked why , she stated we can’t substitute the green tea for almond milk . i asked even if i pay for it the almond milk she said yeah i can’t do that .. i said well can you just charge me the refresher with green tea and charge me the almond milk but i’m the almond milk instead of the green tea .she told me i can’t do that and if i don’t like it i don’t have to order here ..She made me feel like i didn’t know what i was asking for or as if i was crazy .. i have always asked for a strawberry refresher with almond milk instead of green tea, Even before The coconut milk got discontinued .im just charged a little bit more and im fine with that . at this location . i don’t know if she was just having a bad night orrr … But her customer service needs to be re checked with the manager .. Or maybe she needs to find another job ..

The drive threw person was rude and didn’t greet well poor service I was gonna pay her with my cash but her rude service said that I can’t accept your money so I had to transfer money to my card and didn’t wanna hand the drinks like if i was gonna drive off with them and no thank you or anything after I payed

Gentrification at its finest. They took parking spots from the other small businesses there, built their way too tall tower of a building and stuck it in front of the businesses they took parking spots from. All for overpriced coffee and donuts. Already noticed at least one business had to move due to being completely blocked from street view. I guess Dunkin’ doesn’t want anyone to shop small. Never using them, and hope they close and leave soon

Cheap donuts aren’t worth how rude these people are, go to the Dunkin in San Jacinto instead.

Bek is one of the most rude people I have ever met. I listened to her speak down to an elderly gentleman who had to pay in quarters because story policy was to not accept his $50 bill. The man was clearly trying to spend within a limit and asked questions during his order to make sure he didn’t over spent. When it was time for payment he presented a $50 for his order and Bek rudely told the elderly man that she could not accept it. There were multiple better ways to tell this man other than the tone and words she chose. The man went out and got quarters and came back in to pay. He counted his quarters with her and miscounted. She rudely told him he was going to get her fired, over 25 cents. Then she said “thanks the last thing I needed today was all these quarters”. The man put his head down said thank you and walked slowly out the door in embarrassment to the rest of the customers. She had no right to speak to him that way. I confronted her aster he left the store and she was showed no remorse. The elderly do not deserve to be treated that way especially when all he was trying to do was get a donut for him and his dog on this sunny day.

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a rude worker several times now. I am not sure her name as she refuses to give it to us but she has very short hair and is usually always there. My first experience with her I told her the matcha we received in the drive through didn't have flavor and it was very clumpy at the bottom. At other locations we receive the matcha well mixed and not clumped. She said there was nothing she could do but give me a side of syrup? I asked for a redo of the drink and she stated she couldn't do that because it would be "too much" for her. Mind you there was no customers in the drive through or inside. I just wanted a remake with a different syrup. She kept telling us she couldn't do anything and the other employee just stood there and stared. My husband and I are nice people we have manners and never give service workers attitude and somehow she managed to give us attitude when we were polite and even told her to have a nice day afterwards! Second time we call the store and she answers my husband accidentally placed an order at that location on accident and she was very rude on the phone not helpful and said she "had better things to do than be on the phone". After looking at several reviews I think her name might be bek? but not sure. Please coach this employee. It's not fair for her to be rude to people who are nice to her and nonetheless won't do her job. I have never been told no to remake a drink ever and she told us she was "being nice and gave us extra matcha" that was her reason to not remake. So rude.
