OMG so yummy! I love that slight char taste on the burger. It's not so much that it tastes burnt, but just enough so its delicious! Tempura Green Beans are so good and a great alternative to french fries!

Super good, super friendly, they do it the way you want it. Last week went to In-In-out and the hamburger patties were raw. Guess we have to tell them to cook the meat.

It was a little slower than most fast food, but very worth the wait. We had a #1 burger combo and a Cobb salad. Both were good. The fries were a little cold and soggy, but they were happy to make some fresh ones for us.

I go here like 3 times a week sometimes and the food and crew members are always excellent! ESPECIALLY LISA, SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ALWAYS MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT and has perfect customer service!

The dude in the drive thru was so chill. Very kind and cool. Didn’t get a name but he had a beard. Not only was the service great, but the food was also very delicious. The teriyaki and portabella burgers were really good. The teriyaki burger was juicy, and the mushrooms on the portabella were nice and big. The fries stayed crispy until we took the food home. Overall great experience and great service.

This was my 1st time there and I was Glad I went. I ordered the very basic number one combo and the cheeseburger was excellent cooked well good toppings very flavorful. The staff was extremely pleasant very helpful and honestly a joy to be around which is hard to come across these days. The gentleman that took my order his name was Casey and again this staff was very friendly very courteous and I would definitely go back.

Other than needing to use fresh grease ALWAYS as opposed to sometimes, I love habit, they have the best fast food burger in my opinion. Their mocha and oreo malts are fabulous, the best!!

It is impossible to call the store and talk to a live person. The store number just refers you back to the website. I accidentally placed an order online that I forgot to adjust pickup time to an hour later than their opening time. The only option offered was to send a message. There was no response. As for the food, I tried the Korean bbq burger. There was no Korean bbq flavor in the shredded beef in the burger. Not bad but not "Korean bbq" flavor either. However, the kimchi was spot on just not spicy. I wonder how long the kimchi will be "spot-on" since it does require people who eat it on a regular basis to know when it's still good or ready for a pot with some pork.

Burgers are really good and the fries were alright...ish. My boyfriend's we're good; hot and salty. Mine looked they had been cooked twice and they were kinda warm. The price was decent. Everything has gone up in price, so everything seems outrageous lol. It's recommendable.

The 1st drive-through Habit I have encountered. The food was excellent; thankfully. Because of the pandemic I eat most of my lunches in my vehicle; many are not hot. Here however, my food was so hot I had to wait for the onion rings to cool. The burger was also hot ,well prepared and delicious. I Will return

Normally really positive experience, today not so much. Ordered and paid for double char no cheese and a chicken club. Got home to find out we got a chicken club with no bacon and a single char with cheese. We could have waited a little longer in line at the competitor across the street and at least have gotten what we ordered, and spent less.

Ordered Santa Barbara burger. It was good but very messy and the bread was soggy. Was hard to eat without making a big mess. Also ordered 2 Santa Barbara salads. One was supposed to be cilantro lime. Gave me 1 cup of it and 1 cup of ranch. Didn't ask for ranch. Second one was blue cheese and only 1 cup but wasn't even full. Not enough dressing. Neither salad had the avacados.

I was very disappointed on this trip to the Habit Grill in Hemet. The cashier couldn't get my order taken correctly and it took a few tries to get it right. When my order finally got done, one of my burgers was made with a hamburger bun, instead of on sourdough bread and was also missing the cheese that I paid extra for. When I complained to the manager, all she did was say "sorry" and didn't once offer to make things right. I doubt that I will ever come to this particular Habit Grill ever again!

I did not have a chance to order from this particular menu at this time. But my son did he enjoyed his hamburger that he ordered french fries onion rings and the strawberry shake. I did not like the fact that it's not have a military discount. Because of these prices I would think that there should be some discount for military veterans. It's just my opinion and a military retiree town there should be something for the veterans. Always But it was not their fault for what really made me upset about the whole entire thing it is not reflecting the stars that I've given but to have people who have a disability parking in handicap spots so they can easily get to their hamburgers and then sit outside the car and smoke and taking up spots from people that are truly handicap is a truly offensive practice. In this town and everywhere.

Tried this place for the first time. The thru line was pretty long. Ordered the Avocado chicken with no cheese and added bacon. Burger came with cheese on it and 1 strip of bacon for $1.40ish and change, wasn't worth it. Smh! The sweet potato fries were hard and overcooked. I've had and tasted better sweet potato fries, I guess because it is fast food. Also ordered Fried chicken burger with onion rings as a side. That order was good I was told. I personally wouldn't visit again unfortunately.

1st time The drive thru is toooo sloooow between 17 to 25 minutes in line. 2 scnd time they didn't have sistem to charge in credit or debit card cash only. Sooo i went to the banck camback 45 minutes 25 in the banck 20 in drive thrue. But the burger are good.

got the family pack which comes with four burgers four fries and a family size salad. Didn't get to try the salad yet but the Meat has Good flavor, kinda peppery though) Buns too hard on edges, way too much mayonnaise for my taste (Yes I scraped it off) the fries were overdone and had no flavor at all (typical frozen bag fries just a little thicker), signature strawberry lemonade has good flavor but very sweet, service was excellent! I would like to suggest that they stop grilling their buns to eliminate them hardening on the edges and do something with their fries, I mean seriously, just something! 🤔

Had to change my previous review. This place has sadly changed. Unflavorful burgers and ranch dressing that is mostly water. Got the new roasted cauliflower, which was only thing with flavor but small serving for $4.49. Buzzer went off for my food and yet I had to stand there and wait and wait for it. Nothing sugar free for my prediabetic child to drink except water. Disappointing.

Food was great, curbside pickup, not so great. As we pulled into the parking lot we got the text, your food is ready. Pulled into spot #1, replied to text that we were there. After 10 minutes I walked inside because people were walking in and giving their order and walking out with food. Took 5 minutes for me to talk to employees. The whole time there was a bag sitting in the to go tray. It was ours and it was cold. They remade the order and we were off in another 10 minutes.

So I had ordered a lunch for my coworker and I, since we both had to do 12 hour shifts. His burger was fine, but my chicken sandwich was very undercooked and my bread was hard as a rock. I literally could not eat my entree, which was unfortunate because I was extremely hungry. Had to throw the whole thing away. And I also couldn't do anything since it was through Uber eats. I was extremely disappointed since I spent $60 on our meals.

Jan 2023 we tried the Limited-time Pretzel Pub Char, of course subbing the Impossible patty and it was delicious 😋 May 2025 we subbed our last Impossible patties, when the cashier advised they would be discontinuing the Impossible Burger patty by the middle of May, and it appears that has applied to its restaurants nationwide. The Impossible was their tastier vegetarian option, as the vegan veggie patty they have retained tastes more like Gardenburger. I didn't use my birthday coupon for a free Charburger in 2023, as it appeared The Habit was limiting the vegetarian option to the veggie patty rather than allowing the Impossible upgrade. However for 2024 the system allowed the cashier to ring up a Charburger, charge me the upgrade to Impossible patty and discount the cost of the Charburger. For my 2025 birthday I will once again have to pass on the veggie patty. May 2025 we also last enjoyed their colorful garden salad 🍅, without onions + added avocado 🥑, as it appears this has been replaced with the Garden Ranch salad, replacing the healthy carrots with aged white cheddar 🧀🤔 We also missed trying their limited-time tempura avocado wedges and with the new menu it's hard to say if they'll ever be back. The Hemet Habit has a nice-looking patio with strings of lights at night. However I was advised they don't have misters for the summer, because no one ever goes out there. A missed opportunity for patio ambience! ****** We had better luck with vegetarian requests at The Habit's UCR location, probably because a vegetarian diet is more common on a university campus, but since covid I've continued to avoid crowds, lines, and indoor seating, and the UCR location is always packed. Apart from the drive through being slow with or without cars all this time after their opening, the burgers are also prepared saltier than those of other Habit locations like San Jacinto or Menifee.

Worst hamburgers and barbecues salad I have ever had there. Love there food but that stunk. Hamburger tasted like it was saved over. Lettuce in salad was yucky. Spent 22.00 on bad food.

We went to the Habit for the first time since they open. I was not impressed at all. Burgers alone are ten bucks not to mention upcharge for cold fries and upcharge for a drink. My hamburger was cold no flavor.Dont waste your money. I should stick to what I know is awesome inn out.

Don't curbside here, they lazy and don't want to bring it out. They were beyond rude when I went in for the order and offered no apology, I just asked if the curbside notification that I was there was broken. Burger bun was too mushy to eat. 11 bucks wasted! Sat in line for almost 30 minutes(busy),ordered the BBQ burger with NO onions;wife ordered teriaki burger,and a fry...$14.50. Got home shortly after receiving food(8 minutes)..my BBQ burger had loads of onions on it 😡 and barely tasted the BBQ sauce; wifes teriaki burger had a drop of teriaki sauce on it...and BOTH of our hanburger buns were HARD as rocks😡..and the order of fries sucked,weren’t even HOT😡..needless to say,We’ll NEVER go back !! Horrible people. They charged me for my order three times and wouldn't even give me my order saying they already gave it to me. In which.. no...? I was literally waiting there. :/ I was talking to manager to see what was going on and she said I had to order again when I already paid them three times for nothing. My daughter was with me and she was saying how she was very hungry because she had been waiting hours to eat. Then the manager ended up yelled at my daughter who's three years old.

Waited in line , which when i do decide to go thru the drive thru I know it's going to be a bit of a wait. Hours on the door open til 11pm. Website too. I ordered online answered all the questions, paid. Then received a message to alert them when I arrived. Next message my food was ready and they would bring it out shortly. 3 other people went to the door inquiring about their orders. When the lady came to the door after about 10 min. of knocking she stated very rudely that they were closed. Last time at the Habit for me.

Can't believe i waited, this location needs some work. So I ordered curbside Pickup. after waiting 20mins and not seeing many customers go thru i went inside, waited another 5mins just to be acknowledged by the associate just to be told that the bag waiting on the counter was mine. Food was barely warm when i got home. This store needs to keep on top on what cars are outside and waiting.

Went to eat my burger and the bread was soggy, meat was pink and still put ice in my drink after asking for no ice. My husbands burger was soggy as well and the meat was extremely pink, asked for lite ice and the whole cup was still a lot of ice. My kids food, I got my kids apples and not only were they bad but expiring on the same day. Really disappointed in this whole experience especially with it being my first time to try the habit. Definitely won’t be back or to any habit.

Very poor customer service. We used the Habit app with a discounted item on it. When we arrived to pick up the food they wanted to charge us for the discounted item. They kept blaming the app and stated the Habbit app is run by a 3rd party app company and we would have to complain on the app.

Is ordered a steak sandwich through doordash. Took an hour and 15 minutes My sandwich was wet because they put a hot sandwich inside a plastic container the entire inside of the container was wet from the steam. So I basically paid $14.00 for 2 small slices of steak as the rest was un-edible.

Food taste great. Customer service is terrible. Missing 3 Double Char cheese burgers out of 5 total ordered. And they refused to replace them. Giving me the run around for a refund. Just a shame, such a terribly managed establishment.

Waited 30 minutes to get our food. My husband didn’t get his onion rings drove back. Then get all the way home just to find out my salad was missing. Manager did not seem sincere about being sorry refunded me for the salad but did not offer to replace it. Are you going to pay for my time and gas? Worst customer service. I will never return and you bet I will tell everyone around me.

I don’t know what’s changed, but the last three visits here, the food has been subpar. This last time though was bad. The impossible burger was mush and the avocado was just slopped on there with a ton of mayo. I was specific about order, but really, the burger was awful. The fries were cold. Far cray from where they started.

I didn’t think it was possible but I have officially had my first very poor experience at the habit. The restaurant in Hemet California should be avoided unless they’re going to change their quality control. The french fries were old and soggy and cold. The hamburger had a stale bun it looked like it had been made 10 minutes before they gave it to me, the lettuce was old and wilted, the tomato was squishy. Overall it was disgusting and nowhere near worth $15 for lunch. Wendy’s is less than a block away and I wish I went there instead

Come on now Habit. Can you please hire people that actually care and want to work. Food is too dam expensive to be served a soggy, falling apart, and too salty for consumption sandwich. We placed an $135 order through Uber Eats for 11 burgers those morning. It was scheduled for delivery 11:30-12pm. At the order was confirmed around 10:30 by Habit. Then at 11:15, the store cancelled the order. There is no direct line to the store to find out why. Only a line to the corporate order placing line. Therefore I couldn't replace the order changing whatever product they were out of. It is extremely inconvenient, unprofessional, & rude. To cancel 45 minutes after confirmation & 15 minutes before delivery is truly last minute. It's bad business. . We are very disappointed.

2/19/24 Placed online order, arrived at the location and a sign informed me "Drive Thru Only". So, I was forced to wait behind 6 other vehicles while my food was already made. I asked them to remake my soupy shakes and they refused because they just cleaned the machine. Fries are limp and soggy. I'm good on this garbage. I eat out once in awhile and get ripped off every time. Previous review from year before: Pulled up to curbside and notified them I was at the designated area through the app. Watched as 2 other cars parked in the same area but they proceeded to go inside. One of the patrons I see rifling through an order bag and yet it was not hers because she sat back down. To my dismay, it was my order. I was heated to say the least. I notified them and they send me some free burgers and said they spoke with the district manager and spoke with the team. Ok great, I think to myself. So I go the other day to use the coupons and ordered a fair amount of food. Get home and they failed to give me my compete order. They stole $3 by not giving me fries. So what am I supposed to do? Spend $4 in gas to get my $3 back? Ok no thanks. Forget eating out anymore. I'm tired of getting ripped off for my hard earned money. Everyone says they are sorry but I'm beginning to think that no one knows what that word means. Dropped this burger place like a bad habit

Very rude customer service. We walked in at 6:30 pm on Saturday. the manager asked, are you dining in? We said yes, he said we are closing at 7pm are you going to be done by then.i asked whey so early on a Saturday. He said business is down and we don’t have to much customer. Then we try to use the restroom there were no water. All drinks were out. we asked if they can give our drinks from drive through fountain he said e everything is out there too which was a lie cause he told me the drive through will be open till later. Then he locked the door and we had to wait for ever for this dame ass manager to come and unlock the door. With this type of customer service they wonder why they don’t have customers. Never going there again.

The door dasher car broke down between you and my house. I asked if they were going to get me new food. They canceled the order and said you guys would have to issue the refund. So disappointed in the ability to get food from the habit here in hemet

The girl up front was friendly. Yesterday during my lunch to work I decided to get the habit usually it's very good I say a solid 8/10 which it was but later in the day I got food poisening... not sure if it was this or starbucks because that's all I had all day... Anyways not coming back here after experiencing food poisoning perhaps they may be practicing un sanitary practices.

Got in line in the drive thru at 8:50 pm. When we finally got to the speaker to order at 9:02. We were told they could not take our order. Mind you there were three cars behind us and two in front of us. I guess we're going to In and Out since they are smarter and open later on the weekends.

Don’t go here. My food was burnt! My burger, my fries, my bacon. It took forever to get which I thought fine cool they’re cooking it fresh, well they cooked to long and burnt everything it wasn’t even busy!! I went at 8:30 at night. Save yourself and go up the street to in and out

We ordered different items, a char burger, chicken sandwich, and the nastiest steak sandwich I've ever tasted! One of us got COLD green beans, the others got COLD fries. A SOUR shake, and 2 delicious sodas. NOTHING tasted FRESH cooked, REHEATED, VERY STALE tasting! We ALL had EXPLOSIVE diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. This place needs to be reported, and shut down! We were sick for 2 days! The stomach cramps were awful! DO NOT EAT HERE, I will never return! I called them and was told there was no Manager on duty, but that they would give us "Char bucks" coupons to use for another visit. WHAT!!!!! They seriously think we will come back! NO WAY! I'm telling EVERYONE I know to NOT GO THERE!

seems like no place can get it right but you guys fall in line with the rest of the chains. ordered earlier tonight and not only got the wrong order but the fries were not fully cooked (tossed those). if you guys are eye balling your food then perhaps where some glasses. i got a different burger than what i ordered as well. there were two cars in front of me and nobody behind me when i ordered. if thats too much for you guys then ill help you out and not go back.
