Such a great location! Spacious. Clean. Great coffee and even better pastries. The customer service here is A+. Numerous visits here and I'm always greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Fast and accurate service make this a perfect visit every time I'm here.

Pulled off the highway to go to the closest coffee shop for a caffein fix and was not disappointed. I got an oat vanilla latte and it was SO GOOD. I’m going to be a repeat customer for sure. Best latte I’ve ever had. Thanks!! 😍😍😍

Always a good cup of coffee. The drive thru is in such a good location, I feel like Peet's usually don't have them! The inside is pretty big too, would be good for studying or casual meetings.

I highly recommend this cafe for its superb coffee choices and comfortable ambiance. It's an ideal spot to study or meet with friends.

I visited the store a few days ago with my cousin around closing time. When we walked in, there was one person on the phone, likely taking drive-thru orders, but no one was at the front to take in-person or in-store orders. The associate on the phone saw us but didn’t acknowledge our presence. It would have been nice if they had said something like, “Someone will be with you shortly” or “Please give us a moment,” but there was no communication. They saw us, looked away, and continued taking orders. Eventually, someone came out from the back or kitchen and asked if we were ready to order, which I appreciated. Their customer service was great, and they did their best to assist us. Overall, the store is in a convenient location near the Safeway gas station, and while the second associate’s service was excellent, the initial lack of acknowledgment impacted the experience. I would have rated the visit 5 out of 5 if we had been told about the wait. Since that didn’t happen, I’m giving it a 4 out of 5.

Standard Peet's location. Nothing remarkable on my quick in-n-out visit. Coffee was good, if a little too hot to drink immediately. Napkins etc. were well in stock. Good, not remarkable location.

Very good coffee and baked goods. Service at the Pinole location is great. The quality of the bathrooms and seating has deteriorated.

Picking up parking is problematic. Some customers parked on the pick up parking spot to get their coffee and snack and sit inside store until they finish which is to long for customer that are going to pick up their order. Not fair.

Needed water for medicine employees were helpful. Outside seating and with 4 tables . Can be busy but always has been good atmosphere. Large not crowded inside space. Comfortable inside seating.

The place must be working out their kinks. Did drive thru a handful of times, and it's been really slow a couple times, and the orders were a little wrong once. They've always been very friendly and corrected their errors. I expect to change this initial rating if we give it a few more tries.

Caramel macchiato tasted bitter I love the caramel treat at the bottom but this time around nothing. Disappointed 😞

Don't have many options, staff isn't knowledgeable nor listens well at the drive thru. My chilled pineapple citrus tea was excellent! Otherwise, I will not return for food, just drinks!

Drinks are good but drive through ALWAYS takes forever plan to be waiting at least 10-15 minutes even if there’s only 1 or 2 cars in front of you.

Today 2-6-26 7:18am rush hr time and only two employees working. Long line and it’s taking forever for them to make our orders.

i’m a frequent customer here I come at about 5 AM usually around the time they open.. customer service sucks.. the asain one at the register just stares at you until you greet or say something to her instead of asking what would you like to order? And the young lady with the two huge front teeth that makes the drinks is just rude in general. There’s a peets close to that one I’ll be going to that one in the future. A bad day is understandable but frequent bad customer service feels personal, which is weird and unacceptable and in an establishment, like Peet’s

Be careful now when ordering drip coffee it will drip everywhere now. Lucky me when saw this when I open my lid because I was flabbergasted on what I saw. Why I got this cup is beyond me. I wish I could get my 25 cent tip back and my good morning.

Saturday 11am and I decided to treat myself a coffee. Peet's is delicious, but definitely not worth wasting this much time to be disappointed. I spent 35 minutes in the drive through to be told that they sold me something they ran out of. Never again. Also whoever designed that drive through just made things fit. It's a trap! I'll just get myself a bag and enjoy at home. Nice try.

Im writing this review hoping someone higher up will fix staffing issues. The employees themselves are great but whatever management they have is not working. Super short staffed. Weird hours. They close randomly and don’t follow the hours displayed online. Sometimes the lobby will be closed when they’re short staffed and they’ll just post a sign on the door. You guys are loosing a ton of clients!

Worst Peets in California. Staff here are terrible. It seems like they only hire teenagers and young adults with bad attitudes and work ethic

Rude and poor customer service. Laugh at customer's and do not apologize for inconvenience or delays. They will purposely ignore customers and delay orders. My least favorite location.

This Peets coffee is very inconsistent,they messed up my mocha multiple times and they treated me like I was the problem,so I ended up getting my money back and my co worker and I will not ever return to this Peets coffee ,everyone is young and lack social skills,if someone says good morning to you while you work at a coffee shop you should at least have some common courtesy to say good morning back instead of ignoring the customers
