Round Table Pizza

Great for sports gatherings! When I was with pinole Hercules little league we would have our team gatherings here in a private room! Great for 30 people or so! Serves beer but I'm not sure about special cocktails!

Pizza is great no matter what round table you go. I did not expect their wings to be actually hot or good. Nothing but good experience here.

I've been going here weekly for the past 10+ years and don't have one bad word to say about this wonderful establishment or it's employees. Pizza is always fresh, delicious and made as ordered. These are tremendously important characteristics of a pizza place, but what's kept me coming back year in and year out are the people. It's obvious that management really cares about the type of people they employ (seems like they chose the best of the best from the local high school). The workers at this location are always very professional and courteous, something I'd always be willing to pay a premium for.

I believe this round table has gone under new management, and if so, there is a big difference in a great way. I left a past review and talked about the quality wasn't the greatest, and they never wanted to give any ranch or cheese or peppers. This has all changed for the better. First off the twist are so much better, the pizza quality is better and the service is honestly really good. I'm so glad this is close to my home. I'm now a continuous customer. This Round Table has won me back. 👍

I walked in and I was very sad from a bad day, however a great young man talked to me and gave me the greatest pizza I’ve ever had. I later asked his name and he said Gabriel Brown. Wow. I am impressed.

The pizza is a little pricey, but this location is consistenly good. I always order pizza to go. The place is clean, but outdated.

sometimes they don't answer the phone during peak hours, and sometimes they just hang up on you, but good pizza 🥘

Update: Since my last review, I’ve been here a couple times and had good experiences ordering Maui Zaui and King Arthur Supreme. Prior 2* review: It’s 8:21 pm right now and when I called, I was told they’re not accepting orders and that they’re closed. 😐

I like these guys. When wing stop in Pinole lost my 50 piece wing order and couldn't come up with it before the Super bowl started, these guys got it done in an hour. Pizza is on par with the quality you expect from the franchise.

My family has been ordering from this location faithfully for some years now. Recently, we’ve had issues with getting the right pizza or with their customer service, depending on when you call Sometimes they can be rude. Most of the time they have good service at this location. Also if they do make mistakes, they correct them one notified.

I don't post bad reviews, things happen and we can't expect a perfect experience every time, plus some employees just dont care. What forced this 3 star review is just a constant overall unpleasant experiance, the past 3 orders, from start to finish. Sometimes convienance is just not enough to go back. I hope the owner/manager reads this review and takes action. It should not be a fight to order food and expect it be delivered on time and in good condition.

Told 15 min for pick up. 20 min later we are told 10 more min. Thursday night.

I have eaten from here several times. Some days are good and some days are worthless. I am giving 2 star for inconsistent food quality.

They lost my order. When I came to pick up they told me they would have to process it again. However, after I asked for a discount I did get some money back.

I was ordering pizza for my dad and a lady had big attitude for no reason just because she couldn’t hear me. I then asked her to make the pizza fresh and she replied “its always fresh, thank you bye” with a stanky attitude and hung up in my face. Absolutely rude customer service. White lady in particular because i didnt get her name.

King Arthur Pizza came with very little sauce/watery sauce buffalo wings had very little sauce as well compared to previous trips. Service was good food is lacking now.

This used to be the Round Table in the area to go to. But now it is so empty and sad. I went in and ordered 3 pizzas and not only was the service bad, every last order was wrong. The benches were broken, the area was dirty, they don't have regular plates. You have to use floppy, cheap paper plates. I was very disappointed. The up side is the pizza tastes better than the other Round Tables in the area. You might be ok if you order delivery from here.

Currently sitting outside the restaurant looking for somewhere else to eat. I ordered food online for pickup and they put an extra order of twists with my food. Instead of using critical thinking skills and just comparing my order with the items she took out she stood there staring at my food then finally went to ask the person in charge about it. He then told her they just made extra twists on accident and for her to just give me the items I ordered. She came back to the register and pushed my order towards me not saying anything so I asked if it was okay and she couldn’t hear me so I just left with my food. My mom started eating my cinnamon twists on the way home and before we even hit the freeway, she said they tasted burnt. They were in fact burned on the bottom so I went back to either exchange or return them. Then I got the same girl with the same artist use and she just told the guy to do a refund on my whole order. I checked my account to see if it was still pending and no refund had been processed so I ended up bringing back all the items from my car back inside the restaurant. I’ve always had better experiences with this location as opposed to the one in Pinole or Vallejo, but now I have lost all faith. Especially since they weren’t washing their hands or changing gloves between collecting cash and handing out food during a pandemic.

This place is a robbery, they have one price online then want to double the price when I got there, and the girl trying to give me the runaround about it smh

1/18/2020 FRAUD! I am on Round Tables email list. They sent me a promotion code for a discount ($5 off) if I order online. I ordered on line after clicking the link. I order about $70. 2 XL large pizzas. The promotion code, which is good until Feb 28, 2020 was not accepted. I phoned. They said that they do not offer any discounts. Then why did the email send me to them? LIE! False advertising! I went back to the email. I went to CONTACT US. I TRIED to complain to them. Their form insists that I input the city for the store. The block is BLACKED OUT. I can't input ANY store name or city. NONE. & they won't let me contact them without inputting the city for the store. TRASH!

I'm updating my rating from 4 to 1 star. When I called today to try and place an order a guy picked up and could not hear me. After calling back he disconnected the call. He hung up on me 4 times after that. Also, pretended to not hear me when he did answer the call. 🤬 Update, had a friend call and had no problem speaking to someone. Disappointed.

I ordered online today and went to pick up my pizza before the time frame given. When I got there I was told my order was picked up. The manager refused to make my order. Don’t understand why they don’t ask for order numbers before giving orders away.

I placed an order for a pizza through their website and after an hour I called there to find out how much longer it would take and the attendant didn't even know about my order, another person checked the system and found my order. After an hour they will start making the pizza

This place used to have very good quality but on 2/26/21 I was so disappointed that I will not go back. I am seeing lot of people talking about pizza crust not cooked well. Mine was a $40 Flavorless pizza and mushy weird crust, it was definitely not worth the money.

The customer service is horrible, the phone ordering process isn't desirable,and they take forever to fulfill an order. I sat next to a lady in the restaurant who was complaining about the wait time and I agreed with her -- 45 minutes for a personal pan pizza and when I received it it wasn't hot and burnt.

I went to UPS store in Richmond. They bought a pizza from Round Table in Hercules. Both the employees said it was cooked Maggets on the pizza. Their manager had to take it back. One of them was getting sick. Check your pizza please!

We have been going on 22 years ordering from this location alot.Ordered 2 XL pizzas and garlic twists on Halloween my 5 year olds birthday food tasted normal but same night and next day everyone got sick for few days. Kind of Leary ordering and getting sick again.

They couldn't get cheaper if they tried! The owner should be ashamed! You're a community pizza store and to not include any sauce with orders that are close to $100 is ridiculous! I hope you go out of business soon.

The quality of food is poor for the prices they are charging, dirty and the bathroom is nasty and old it needs an upgrade, don't purchase from here it's not worth your money

Customer services was horrible. The young lady was very snappy when asked question of clarification. My pizza was made very messy and seem to be old as well as the bread sticks. I recently moved back home and roundtable is one of my go to pizza spots. With having Covid I needed to feed my family and thought why not try roundtable for dinner? Biggest mistake I will not be spending money with this location again.

I have always held Round Table at the highest level. Today I am extremely disappointed. It was the worst pizza that I have ever had. It wasn’t cheap it was $31.86 for a large pepperoni. It was so dry because there was hardly any sauce and hardly any cheese. They also skimped on the pepperoni. People order pizza because it is very satisfying and they don’t want to cook. I am so disappointed, I’m still hungry.

been ordering from this location for 15 years, will never order from them again ,their using door dash now as they don't have delivery drivers Mon - Thur, while I'm standing at the register demanding a refund an hour after the delivery should have been made door dash calls me but cant understand me as they barely speak English, then they call me again a half hour later while I'm at Mountain Mikes placing an order for food I should have done eatin an hour and a half earlier thanking me for calling them, Round Table shouldn't be taking orders for delivery if they cant do it themselves!
