Soo... I got dragged here from my guys at work. Honestly the Spicy chicken sandwich was really good. Honey mustard dip was straight fire btw. I believe Matt, who took our order was exceptional! Just going from memory, sorry if I messed up his name, regardless, place was clean and got a lot of options for dip. My guys were satisfied, only problem is they got too full to work..... Maybe check them acutuall drumsticks when possible. See y'all!

The the restaurant is on a corner and must be entered on Main St. In order to use the drive thru. I saw the restaurant and turned on C Ave. There was only an exist. Had to go up the street to turn around to be on Main St. The staff was friendly and helpful and received my order that was correct and we were on our way.

kFC has been one of my faverate places to pick up a lunch or dinner for take home fore years. However, the last four times I have been disappointed with what I have received. The taste has remained good but the legs are more the size of wings and the thyes seem to come from a baby chick.

Food was good. A little on the pricey side but you can expect that with KFC. This location is kind of small and you must be going in the right direction to get in otherwise you will have to drive down the street, turn around and come back to get in.

KFC has been a favorite for years. Recent menu changes like Pot Pies and Popcorn Chicken are a big hit for us. KFC is not for everyone, but it continues to surprise us. Our local KFC is take out, drive thru, and delivery only currently. The food is prepared with care and always piping hot. We never have an issue with our orders. The staff is prompt and friendly. My only concern is "sometime" the fried chicken can be a bit greasy, especially the "original recipe". But the flavor is always enjoyable and satisfying.

The coleslaw that was delivered was dry it had no taste to it like eating chopped up lettuce. It just did have that I'm good food. Attitude eat all of me now kinda thing.

I come here regularly and on today's date the food tastes fine👍, the lemonade that we bought a jug for for 5 bucks is very bland👎, we didn't receive any honey butter forks or knives and the customer service center is pretty dismal 👍even if you're busy you could still take pride in finishing things properly. Show YOU specifically have some integrity or honor.

Good food, friendly service, but a clean table was hard to find. I could understand the table situation if they were busy, but we were the only ones there for 30 minutes and no one came out to clean.

Food was good. Line was long. Looking thru the drive thru window you can see the filth on the floor...trash can over flowing and the trash spilling everywhere...guy on the register was customer friendly.

Kinda mixed opinion the chicken sandwich wasn't bad but look how plain it was good thing I asked for sauce because dammm they hardly put any mayo, . . The chicken nuggets where bad not just my orders but my wives aswell out of the 6 pieces I had 4 of them didn't taste right and felt rubbery or something ending spitting one out 😅 if I ever come again probably just the sandwich by itself and order more condiments

Sorry to say but this review was way overdue. So i come to order a bucket of crispy chicken one hour and a half before closing. What do i get told, sorry we are out of crispy chicken for the day. WHAT? 😥 So what do i do when desperate to satisfy my cravings i call them. They tell me that i CAN order a bucket of fried chicken but it would be 1/2 wait. Explained to the shift leader that it is bad business to turn paying customers away (lazyness or bad management). Not the first time with wait times, accuracy, customer service. 👎👎👎👎👎

Walked in tonight...turned right out the door. Disgusting smell coming from the open bathroom door. Freezing stinky air flowing throughout the building. NO THANK YOU!! NEVER AGAIN. Did not but a single thing. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Okay! So I'm currently @ #KFC on Main in Hesperia. I ordered original recipe. They look like crunchy. She (supposedly) gave me new pieces. They look the same. Not only are the pieces crunchy, they're salty. This is a huge #fail I've NEVER had issues with @kfc I'm disappointed!! BTW, the biscuit is hard too. The cole slaw and Sierra Mist taste good. I've never wasted their chicken or biscuits before, however, I did today. Unhappy customer

Rude and disrespectful a old lady in her 87 was trying to ask a question to the guy! She was trying to ask him if she can make an order inside because she couldn't go through the drive-thru!!! He just looked at her and said go through the drive-thru and close the door on her!!! I just got off because they didn't give me my sauces and messed up my order!!! Not coming here again!!!

They charged me for 2 sandwiches and didnt give them to me. The chicken is pink. Also, even though the chicken was under cooked the crust was burnt somehow. I went to get my order fixed and they closed as soon as i walked in. Worst service of my life. And I cant even get my money back since "we're closed already".

Just left this store never again will I return. They refused to do two separate at the drive through. So I said I would come inside I could the attend laughing and saying she's coming in. I came inside with my sister placed my order and then told the cashier my sister is hanicapped and does math a little slower he said ok and helped her the only person that was descent in that place. keep in mind I can hear the manger and everyone still talking in the back even worse they are laughing at my handicap sister who paid in cash and I paid with a card. When I asked for the cooperate number the cashier went to the manager and asked for it you can hear her yell tell her to read the receipt it's on there he tells her no it's not. She then comes up and said well she should know it it's 1-800-call-kfc then grabs the receipt and writes it I ask for her name and the drive thro attends name and she replies you can have mine but you don't need hers I said yes I do! She said that's my employee and I don't want to give it to you I don't have too. I asked since when do you not take two orders at drive through she said forever but it doesn't matter it's her policy and she's the manager keep in mind she is only the shift manager didn't wanna give any other managers names out not even district. As she is telling me all this she's laughing at me and the other employees staring through the back window. My sister still standing by me almost in tears because she's embarrassed about her handicap. I continue to try to get any information for her and she continues to brush it off and laugh then stops and said I'm done have a good night then walks to the back leaving me at the counter trying to get her to come back. I have never been so disrespected in my life. To the point is that I was in tears for the utter slap in the face and my sister feeling horrible about her self.

The drive thru service here isn’t even worth a 1 star rating. I sat in line for 30 minutes waiting; 9 cars were backed up in line. No apologies where given from the staff. Terrible service! Would NOT recommend.

I got the $20 dollar bucket and when we got home we ate some and we took out a new piece when we see that ithe still has FEATHERS on the chicken!!!! it ruined the appetite and when I try and call to explain what happened no body answer the phone I've already tried multiple times but still no answer

This place is a joke. And Cassandra is the biggest clown of them all. Lazy servers. On more than one occasion they say they are out of something because they are too lazy to freshly prepare what you want they try to pawn off what is left. Mind you this is hours before they close. Never going there again. Don’t waste your money or time. A shame and a disgrace to the brand

KFC just ain't what is used to be. The chicken is always a salty, greasy mess and this includes all locations. It's their new recipe. The two items I enjoy are their pot pies and coleslaw so I stopped going and buy a rotisserie and pre made sides at the grocery deli section. It tastes better and is way less expensive.

On January 23rd I went to KFC in Hesperia to get my mom and I food, I ordered from the KFC app a was told it was ready for pick up by the time I got there. I went up and talked to the employee at the counter giving my name to check the status of my order, I was told I had to give it a couple minutes. I sat at a very dirty table waiting for my food since none of the tables were clean in that restaurant. Eventually 20 minutes later I was told my food was ready for pick up the employee threw my food and drink on the counter and walked off; I wanted sauce and kept trying to get his attention. Finally, 5 minutes later someone was clocking in and gave me sauce. When I made it home I opened my food to get everything ready and the “Cheese curd Poutine” bowl I got was abysmal: The fries were soggy, There was a thimble of gravy, only 2 cheese curds and 2 chicken nuggets. I decided to drink my drink and there was no “Starry” flavor whatsoever in it so I opened the cup to look and there were “floaties” in side my drink as well I called KFC direct I spoke to numerous people who told me I would be getting a refund and contact in a couple of days. To play it safe I contacted capital one to dispute the charge. Not only did I never get the refund I was never contacted. The rest of the food was dry and disgusting it was like if you order online, you will get leftover food. What happened to the Satisfaction Guarantee Also don’t call the local store they wont answer
