What food is very tasty. The service is very prompt. There was an issue with an employee but the manager handled it very quickly. Two thumbs up for the manager. The manager was very polite and believes in customer service.

I have ordered her multiple times and it usually takes a while to get my food. I typically brush off a long wait because they could be busy, but last night (01/28/25) was a bit much. I ordered on the app because I learned that I usually get food or my order faster that way. I ordered around 7pm and arrived to pick up my order at 7:05ish. I checked in on the app and waited. I noticed a few cars around. Most of them had gotten their order and left, but then I noticed a few more cars show up and leave with their food as I sat waiting. I gave it some time, but when I was the only car in the lot I started to get curious of where my order was. I could see my order sitting on the trays getting cold and my ice cream melting while the staff just sat there. I pushed the red button and mentioned that I checked in almost 30 minutes ago and still haven't gotten my order. I will say the gentlemen that helped me was very apologetic and handed me a couple of free drink tickets, but the reason for the wait was the new guy wasn't paying attention or misunderstood what to do. This sonic always has issues with staff and the wait time is always long. I also have issues with my order being right every time.

I have attempted to get several different types of drinks at this location and every time it tastes gross. It's the ice or unclean machines. The carbonation mix is all off or the slushies taste old. Stopped trying at this point. They need to seriously clean all the machines.

The server was great, the food was awful. Ice cold fries, old dry burger. Will not be back.

Fries were stale. My order was incorrect. I was told I'd get a refund which never happened. I was told someone would reach out to me which also didn't happen

Worst Sonic ever. I ordered a drink thru the app and took them 20 minutes to bring it out. Never order here again!

I have never went in this sonic and gotten everything I ordered this is the worst place on the planet .sure they will let you drive ten miles home to discover that they got next to nothing right. Then you can drive 10 more miles back for them to screw up your order again I spent 60 dollars just to find out that not a single thing was right and the food I ordered for myself was not even in the bag the management needs to be fired and replaced with someone who can do the job properly. I would rather see them tear it down and replace it with sketchy taco trucks

I've came here 2 different times. I'm new to the area was happy to see sonic. Where I'm from sonic is everywhere. I love sonic it's my favorite and it was my first job I ever had (i worked the kitchen). First time I brought my wife for breakfast. 🥓 Bacon was hard as a rock felt like I almost broke a tooth on that. Eggs in the burrito we're nasty 🤮 tater tots where old hard like rocks and full of grease you could see the grease and taste it. It was a sad morning for us and waste of money. Second time we came for dinner. We got the foot long.and bacon cheese burger with onion rings. They got the order wrong. Took it back in only to bring me a cold burger that they scrapped off the topping and added what was missing. The bread was soggy. The coney was hard as a rock bread was hard like it been out all night. Chilly was burnt you could taste it in the chilly. Tots again we're old and hard full of oil in them. 🤢 🤢 Like we spent hard earned money here. And I pride myself with this company. I expected this kind of stuff from McDonald but NOT sonic.

Stopped here while passing through for lunch. Ordered food and a couple milkshakes. Watched the lady at the window use her bare fingers to put cherries on the milkshakes. Gloves or tongs would be appropriate, bare fingers is not. Couldn’t hardly believe what I was watching. Plus the flies around the window are excessive. Can’t roll down your window without getting a car full of them.

Living in a small, remote town, we have very limited options for fast food. Apparently since they’re the only fast food restaurant in town, they don’t set standards for their food. They used to be quick and accurate, but this place has gone down hill the last while. By my calculations, they owe me at least a pound of bacon for allllll the times they’ve left it off of our orders. Waiting 20 minutes would be tolerable if the food was actually warm and fresh when it made it to the car, but I haven’t gotten that lucky in a while.
