I came late around 11, whoever bro was, who was serving me hooked it up with extra ranches more than i asked and that gained brownie points- ontop of that the price was cheaper than i thought it was going to be so j got a great deal for my meal🤙 I’m not from the area but stopping here wasnt a bad idea🦾

Staff was very friendly attentive and very respectful. Food was great and even the fries were hot. I think they have found new staff some at least. Went in there tonight 4/13 a guy named Juan took care of me. Very professional and extremely welcoming. The place was clean and the service was awesome. If you've had a bad experience go back and give it a second chance. You will not regret it. Just an FYI to the impatient. If you go in at peak hours it's going to be busy. Be respectful and have patients. They are human. If Juan is there in the front your in great hands guaranteed. Not sure the ladies name but she was a sweetheart too. Go to Wingstop and get the garlic butter chicken tenders. Can't beat them. Staff was A+!

One of the best chain stores for wings. Easy to order ahead online and drive up for a pickup. The French fries are pretty good as well.

Best Fries we've had at any wingstop!

The service has gotten much better since the first few times I've been here. I didn't see the usual workers though so that might have something to do with it. Everything we ordered was delicious besides the lemon pepper wings, they didn't have any lemon pepper on them and that had been consistent every time I've been there. The spicy honey sauce was good, also were the mango habenaro wings along with the classic wingstop fries. The carrots are also very delicious fresh and crisp. The ranch is on point also. As busy as they were this last time I was happy with the wait and service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted even though I had to wait a minute for them to check my name it wasn't long at all and I was pleased I was recognized as soon as I walked in. I feel that is super important especially if they cant get to you right away at least they knowledged I was there and they were would be with me shortly. My only real complaint is the lemon pepper wings which the five times I have been here have had almost absolutely no seasoning, luckily I keep some at home but its definitely not the same.

So, I placed an order around 11:40pm. Nothing out of the ordinary, just 15 wings, all drums, well done with ranch. I go and pick up my order at the time I was supposed to, right. So, I'm trying to fill my soda, but their is no ice. I ask for ice and they said that they'll bring some out. Suddenly, I had this feeling that I sould check my order. So, I open it up; the first thing I notice theirs no ranch. Alright, I'll just ask then for some. Then I opened my wings and notice they were all wings, not drums and to me did not look like they were well done. I told the guy behind the counter what was wrong and he asked me if that would okay. I told him no because I won't eat the wings, hence why I ordered all drums. Can you please remake them. He explained that he would, he would just have to turn a fryer back on. Not once did he apologize for their mess up. I think he was more upset at the fact that he had to turn everything back on and that he was going to have to stay later. Well, believe me buddy I'd rather not have to stay any longer then I needed too.

This place is okay compared to some other wingstops. The wait is always long, the workers are mostly chatting rather than working and whenever I get my food I always have to correct something. But for it being the only one around it works to fill the craving. I think they just need to higher more people who focus more on the work than hanging out, listening to music and not doing anything. I'm all for people hanging out as long as they work while they talk, laugh, and all that stuff. I shouldn't have to wait 20 extra minutes for my phone order to be ready after the time they told me it would be done. If you could go to another location I would suggest it. But like I said, if you have no other place, this one is fine.

I went 15 minutes before they closed. The fries were old. The chicken was over fried and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The customer service was great. I probably will not go back.

Inconsistent experiences. There is too much responsibility and work being handled by the employees working the cashier. Not only do they need to help new customers place orders when they walk in, but they also have to answer phone orders, serve your drinks, take cash payments for those who placed a phone order, call out names of the orders that are ready, and try to remember the orders for which a delivery driver is waiting outside for. ALL OF THIS while they are only allowing 3 people inside at a time. My suggestion for this restaurant: STOP taking phone orders. Setting up the automated phone system to redirect customers to place orders online or through a delivery app would GREATLY improve the experience. My suggestion to the public: STOP entering the restaurant with other individuals. I cannot tell you how many couples walk inside here. And to think there are only 3 people allowed at once. Only one person needs to be inside. Be considerate of everyone else's experience and their time.

The food is decent, but the service is slow and the counter workers have a bad habit of calling the customer names so softly that you entirely miss them calling it. Then after you realize it's gone past 25 minutes without getting your order, you go to check on it and get handed cold chicken & fries.

Its a hit and miss at this place. The young guy was hurrying with the orders, it was busy. Other times, like the girl with the tattoos just calls the order and leaves the bag on the counter for u to figure it out. The food is so so, a bit salty for my liking. Just wish it was a little faster and if they're going to be slow, the customer service should be impeccable. But it's Hollister so it's not.

Food is good and prices in line with other fast food. Terrible service today though. Ordered my food to go and when I got home it wasn't what I paid for. Took it back and they corrected my order but treated me like I was the problem. Not a single hint of apology. I guess customer service and courtesy is not in their training.

Haven't been here in awhile and last time I will go here. Customer service is not there. They forced me to use the app to order online only. However California law states they have to take cash so they have to take order. Last other times haven't been very pleasant and they are pushing people away. Do not go here.

Terrible customer service, food is either soggy or not cooked at the right temperature, and the vibe was just not it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, I’ve given this wingstop a couple chances now and every time they’re rude and roll their eyes while taking your order, the fries are extremely soggy, and the chicken is never cooked right, always gross. Learn how to treat customers with respect and cook the food right or think about working somewhere else !!

The employees absolutely suck at this location. It’s all teenagers wearing earbuds listening to music while “working” and talking crap about customers who have been waiting for an hour for their chicken. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have never left a restaurant review online before. After what I experienced at the Hollister Wing Stop, I had no choice but to type out a detailed review of this absolute clown show so others know to NEVER go here. My girlfriend and I decided to order 15 wings Monday night for dinner, so we called the restaurant to place our order for pickup. A robotic AI female voice picked up the phone and attempted to take our order down. After 5 minutes of back and forth with a robot, our call was redirected to some random guy who claimed that the Hollister Wing Stop location was fully out of wings, but he was willing to call them for us to fully confirm. I have no clue who this guy was or how I was even redirected to him. We got so fed up that we just hung up the phone. We decided to just drive to Wing Stop and place our order in person, and boy did we regret that decision. When my girlfriend and I walked in, we were surprised to see that it was fairly busy for a Monday night. Right off the bat, a middle aged man was asking where his order was, and the two fake gang members working the register had zero clue what he ordered or where his order was. One of the employees had his pants sagged below his butt and you could see his boxers as he walked away. To make it worse, he was walking around while grabbing his pant zipper area to make sure his pants didn’t fully come off. The other register worker just stood there, sipping a drink and telling the other employees to figure out why the order was missing. Not once did either register employee make eye contact with my girlfriend or myself and they did not say a single word to us. Not even hello. There was a family sitting down waiting for their order as well, and the father looked absolutely furious. After 3 minutes of just standing there waiting to be helped by anybody, my girlfriend and I just left. We went to Round Table across the street to order their wings and were helped by extremely kind people. This was hands down the WORST food experience I have ever had in my life. Do not go here. Do not spend your hard earned money here. It’s that terrible. Don’t believe me? Read the other reviews or go in and see for yourself. It’s so terrible that it’s almost impressive.

Customer service used to be great and has taken a huge dive bomb and is pretty bad and staff isn’t really sure what they’re doing. Orders are usually put in wrong etc, now they’re using a automated call system and if you try to get to someone it just forwards you. Automated system doesn’t take orders right and when it finally gets it down line just gos quiet and doesn’t even get the order.

I find myself in the necessity of writing this review as an awareness to those at Wingstop and at DoorDash. Almost ever time we order through DoorDash from this location, our group order gets mixed up and is common for things to be missing from the order. In one occasion all one flavor wings where placed in the same container,any times they are out of their flavored drinks, they don’t label their boxes, they don’t verify order readiness, completeness, and accuracy.

This place has really gone downhill. Customer service used to be better. You didn’t have to wait over an hour for your food. And the food wasn’t overpriced. They got rid of their specials that made their food actually affordable considering everything else. It’s really disappointing. I hope another wing place opens up in Hollister because this is just not it. The food is not worth the inconvenience this place provides to its customers.

I never leave reviews but night crew is always messing up my orders or missing items and from what I’ve seen they mess up alot of other customers orders as well. Long waits just to not get what was ordered and paid for. Do better.

Walked in to place an order, got told it will be a minute. 10 minutes later some girl with a ring in her nose ask me if my order could be under a different name or picture, when I told her I was there to place an order she argued with me and told me I was a liar. That's the worst I've ever been treated in this store and I'll never be back and I'll make sure everyone I know is told to not to do anymore business with you

Kitchen was dirty, teenagers running the place ,3 teenagers walked in (looked like wanna be gang members and a pregnant teenage girl) and appeared to be friends with one of the male teen employees and just grabbed a cup from the counter poured himself a drink and walked out without paying . Anyway , we got our fountain drink and they ALL TASTED LIKE TAP WATER ! Asked for wings with bone and got boneless wings . Literally warmed up in the microwave. I ate a few and threw the the rest away . NEVER GOING BACK !

THE MANAGER DAMAGED MY MOTORCYCLE - A 4th of July lunch turned into a disaster. The manager decided she was better than all her employees, and guests, and decided she deserves front row parking. When my friend and myself were inside placing a lunch order, we looked outside and noticed the manager was getting some things out of her SUV which was parked next to our bikes, and the rear passenger door was open against my bike, which has a $5k custom paint job, When I went outside and confronted the manager she completely denied the door ever hitting the bike even though the door alignment matches the scuff on the paint job, With a defensive demeanor. She then ran to the back of the restaurant to hide from the situation, great leadership and accountability. It has been 3 weeks after filing a complaint and I have yet to hear anything from a supervisor, regional manager, etc. Its a shame I must take so much time out of my daily routine to try and get a resolution. Food was good, working staff was great and friendly. COMPLETELY disappointed with management throughout the Wingstop Organization.

Extremely slowwwww 🐌 ...floor is always covered in grease.. only 12 yr old wannabe bangers work there and flood the store w kids getting free drinks ...idk take an hr to make my door dash i dgaf . It was only worth 7$ but u took so long doordash paid me 18! Hahaha 😆

Staff was unhelpful and rude. The meal was missing three sides. When I went in to request the missing sides they said they were all out of those sides. I requested a refund. They basically said: “yeah, yeah,” and waved me off. The guy I was talking to just disappeared into the kitchen. Never going there again. Really bad customer service.

Thankfully i learn my lesson to check and of course im right! Missing 20 pieces of chicken and had to wait again!! The GM Andrea G does not know how to manage a restraunt, instead of helping her employees she yells like a dictator to hurry and alll while she talks to the workers about personal issues that dont relate to work. A GM that would rather make the customer feel dumb and little for issues wrong with the order instead of taking accountability. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE WINGSTOP EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

He implied that I tried to get it for free which was completely disrespectful and unacceptable.
