Food was good as expected! However I can't fail to notice that at every Panda Express all have one thing in common, nonchalant personalities and a horrible clean up process. Food, as in rice and sticky residue, on every table. Condiments and drinkware needs to be stocked and the trash is skyhigh. I think they can work on the customer service a bit more and keeping up on the appearance of the restaurant.

I have been picking up from different Chinese restaurants for years and in like probably 45 years have never had a mistake on my order. Today, made a mobile order and in that one order of 6 items, 3 were wrong. I had driven like 13 min to pick up and drove 13 min home to find out they had given me 2 small entrees instead of a medium and a large entree. The sticker on top said it was large and a medium, yet it was on a small container. Then the bowl was supposed to be black pepper chicken, it said black pepper chicken on the sticker on top of it, but it was Beijing Beef. When I called and tried to work it out, they said that they couldn't find my order, so off I went driving 13 min back to Panda. I gave them back the incorrect stuff. They handed me back the correct stuff and I asked to see the small containers to make sure they didn't just pour them into the larger containers, but she wouldn't show me, although the stickers from the original containers were put on the new containers, so I can assume they did. Just not the best treatment i have had at a Panda restaurant.

Please hire people who can communicate. The woman who took my order got everything right but when I got up to the window, that lady asked me what sauce I wanted. I responded with my answer. Then when the food came, she listed all the sauces and I responded with my choice. I got all the way home and realized I had NO sauce in my order. I also asked for a list of ingredients in an item and she kept trying to add it to my order. I couldn't tell if she was not listening or couldn't understand English.

OMG 😱 food so cold I went couple of times hated every time. I ordered Benji beef with orange chicken and rice. Cold, no flavor and so dry. So disappointed as always.

So I went to the drive thru , got to the window to take my order. I said " 2 plates orange chicken" she says ok I pay for it then the lady brings me 2 bowls. I explained i order 2 plates. She says to pull up to the parking spot and she will take care of everything.. 20 mins go by I finally get impatient and go inside to find out they haven't even made my order.. this was the 1 time ever having a problem at this store. Their usually quick. Im totally turned off from this store I won't be returning.

I usually never leave bad reviews because I’m not the kind of person to complain but the lady serving the food was extremely rude. I have been coming to this Panda Express for three years and have never had a problem. I waited for ten minutes which isn’t a problem but instead of greeting me, she was like what do you want. And I started telling her and she raised her voice at me saying she doesn’t read minds and to pick if I was getting one main and two sides or one main and one side. Also, she was talking to me like I was stupid. Really upsetting since I love this place but I will probably never come back. Such a shame.

I strongly recommend some kind of training for Stacy and Nikolle 100% lack of professionalism. Customer's service is a challenge and we need to have basic manners when we treat people with respect to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Especially because the store is affected by a negative impact on the client perspective of the business. In my experience, I was first on the line and waiting for the teriyaki (it was raw when it came up) and I ended up being the last client in the store almost kicked out at 9:44p.m. when they were yelling the time to each other to let customers know they were about to close. Horrible experience for a Friday night with friends. I hope someone with work ethics does something about it cus obviously the staff is unorganized and you notice they don't work or collaborate as a team. Food taste was weird, I guess the noodles and rice were seating there for a while and cold. They need basic guidance and quality.

Modern Reality

The manager lady here, short lady is absolutely disgusting, just as the food they served me today. She is very disrespectful and gives attitude. I asked for orange chicken entree, not orange chicken with chunks of noodles and rice. This place is actually disgusting, I had been going here for a while but it’s always something with them. No quality control, they don’t care, nasty food nasty employees. If you’re not in their face when they’re serving the food they will give you left overs or food from other plates.
