Chill environment, up beat but a laid back atmosphere with good spirits!! Was with my sister and we enjoyed the cool breeze outside by the lighted up pretty Christmas tree 🎄 almost right in front of Oak Hill Bar & Grill.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch, and hit at the same time as a huge party. The waiter was observant and recommended we order quickly. So glad we did! The food was good, service continued to be good, and atmosphere was relaxed and casual.

Omg! The pie! Small place that was busy but not crowded. The atmosphere was on point but our service and food was amazing! Definitely a must when in Birmingham! Best service I had in Birmingham.

Wonderful hidden gem in Homewood. My daughter and I went for lunch. The food was delicious!! Our waitress was nice and prompt. You should definitely try them out. You won’t be disappointed . Shoutout to the chef and staff. We will be back 😊

Went at dinner time. Food was decent. I heard that their pork chops at lunch are very delicious. I would like to come back and try the pork chops on Monday and Thursday during lunch hours.

Nice local hole in the wall in Homewood Center, with a sidewalk patio when the weather obliges. Was busy, but not packed, at lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Service was prompt, and we got our food in good shape. Ordered a patty melt and a shrimp po' boy, both with fries, and a slice of chocolate silk pie. All were good, with fair sized portions for the price, especially on the po' boy.

I usually hold my reviews for multiple trips, but I really enjoyed eating here, the lunch atmosphere is good and the service was fast. The food is very good, and this place comes highly recommend from my wife and her co-workers who eat here monthly. I will be back and I am looking forward to trying other items and updating my reviews and adding photos. There are a lot of good photo ops of neat pub like back drops. I definitely recommend the Philly cheesesteak it is good. Well worth the money.

Stopped here when walking around the downtown area. Quick service and fairly quick food. Fries were not great, tasted like it wasn't quite finished. Philly was good, but dry. Nachos were stellar! People smoking immediately outside the door smoked out the dining room.

I do not think we will be back here. We came on a Saturday for lunch. We did not get great service. We waited a lot. Also, the main food was not great. Chicken Tenders: The breading was very unusual. I would. I would best describe it as rubbery. The chicken was juicy but very salty. Sweat Potato Fries: Very good! Honey Mustard: Nice balance but also included mustard seeds. Fried Green Tomatoes: This was he first time I have ever had these. And they were great! They seemed to be cooked really well. They were just a little sour.

Last time I was here, the service was great My wife and I sat for 25 minutes completely ignored. I had to flag someone down just to get a drink, and they couldn’t even be bothered to ask if she wanted anything. We were ready to get apps, dinner, and drinks all night, but clearly they don’t have the ability to handle service at 7pm on a Friday. If this is the “best lunch spot in Homewood” I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Got my big order wrong. Didn’t apologized or acknowledge it. They don’t deliver. They aren’t friendly. The food was below average. I don’t understand how it’s Homewood’s “Favorite”. Probably because of the location. That’s the only thing this place has going for them. Don’t use them or cater with them.
