I ordered on Saturday the 2nd and I ordered pizza , cookie marble brownie and hot wings 8 piece they messed up on my wings they gave me bbq wings no blue cheese. I called I spoke to a gentlemen who said his name was Michael and they he would give me a credit of a free 8 piece wings next time I order just call and say he gave me the credit I called today and now no one named Michael works there and there’s no credit of the wings there. Very unprofessional.

Order from here about 2/3 times a month. Food is hit or miss. They forget to put garlic seasoning on the hand tossed crust 90% of the time, but the cheesy bread will have it. So, its not like they ran out, its pure laziness. There’s a newer driver thats been delivering lately. Guy is pretty rude and also super lazy, calls before arriving so you can meet him at his car instead of bringing it to your door while shining his goofy flashlight around like he’s inspector gadget. I find it absolutely hilarious but a younger version of myself would handle it…differently. This place rushes at the cost of quality and customer service. I will say they’ve always delivered to me quick. It’s convenient after an exhausting day of work, so I tend to overlook the issues. If you have the time and/or the energy, try a different location.

Absolutely disgusting. There was a long black hair in my pizza pie and the delivery was not worth it.

Canceled an order while open, called to inquire why, said they were closed and hung up while I was asking for the hours. Called other Dominos in East Islip they stated Sayville was supposed to be open and apologized for their rude behavior. Respect is more important than the food unfortunately I got neither from Sayville. Will stick with East Islip.

This is the worst Domino’s I ever dealt with waiting for 2 1/2 hours I call up and then they tell me my order was canceled because they didn’t have a driver and the last time I ordered it took three hours to get the food we had to cancel it. I will never use that Domino’s again, and Domino’s should take away their franchise

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would, I’ve had a few issues with them in the past but after last night I’ll never order from them again. Good was delivered to the wrong house I called the kid is arguing with me then tells me he’s not refunding my money then sends the driver back out to try and get my food from wherever he dropped it to bring it to me and was mad I didn’t want food they already gave to someone else still waiting to hear from corporate and to get my money back this was absolutely the last straw with this place had.

I ordered through DoorDash it was supposed to be here a long time ago absolutely pathetic that it takes that long when I’m not even 10 minutes from location. I canceled the order

Their deliver service sucks. They are always late and food arrives cold. Last night the delivery person (Erika) pulled up to my house, I was waiting in the driveway for her to get out because she was having a vulgar conversation with a friend. I paid cash, I wanted to give a low til for the bad service but “couldn’t make the change” and ended up with a $10 tip that want deserved! I’ll never order from this location again. I’ll probably use Pizza Hut from now on.

The people working here are rude and do not care about customers at all. Stood there for 5mins and no one even looked at me. They just worked on their orders and that’s it, chatting with each other. The shift working right now should be fired immediately. I’d rather starve than to ask and inquire about food from such an unfriendly place.

This is the worst Dominos out there! Not to mention when they screw it up and send you free pizza as an apology…you can’t use it unless you spend $15. They there a $6 delivery fee. Cost $21 plus tax for my “free” pizza after I complained about an over 2hr wait last time. Worst dominos ever! Don’t go there. Go to Pizza Hut, the local dumpster, anything but this place.

Customer service is horrific. I got out of work at 10:30 the other night ordered Domino’s online. I got a call after I placed my order that they were very busy and the order was gonna take a while. I said that’s fine. As soon as I hung up the phone they canceled my order. I ordered five more times after that and repeatedly had my order canceled. The so-called store manager tells me there is no general manager tells me there is no boss I won’t do nothing to try to help me. The guy that called himself manager on the phone this morning was very rude and disrespectful.

Orderd food and ask for garlic parm sauce on the pizza as the base and in the store side they didnt get so they mad the pizza with no sauce. I called up and said the emailed order says garlic parm sauce and the guy gave me a hard time said they go by the system and will not remake it and told me to call customer service and talk to them about it. This store has given me many issues. Bad place

Order took over an hour and a half. Staff very curt and unhelpful over the phone. Then after all that we received an incorrect order. Sandwiches sucked. Bread was burnt and barely anything in them. You guys really are an embarrassment to the chain.

this is the worst dominos location you can ever goto , delivery takes forever food doesn’t come hot. Even if you go for pickup it’s not ready when it says it is. And the main thing is it taste horrible and I think they use expired ingredients I was given a cup of marinara sauce that was brown when I opened it. Literally goto any other dominoes you can but avoid this one at all cost it’s absolutely horrible I’ve tried this location multiple times and it’s never been good go to any other dominos anywhere else

Drivers like to press complete delivery before delivery is actually completed resulting in my kids being upset. Go to dominos in Holbrook or patchogue much better service and not money hungry.

I gave them my address three times and even SPELLED IT OUT for them but they still delivered to the wrong person. The lady on the phone tried to end the call before I could ask for a refund. Ridiculous
