I go almost every morning before work at 5 am when they open, the drive thru always moves very quickly and they have always given us the same friendly service every time we go, they even know me by name when I speak through the speaker ..they are consistent and get our order right EVERY TIME I drive from lowman to horseheads every day because I know they get it right!
They are super fast. Best dunkin in the area by far. They can have 15 cars in line and the wait time is not bad at all.
I wish they still made there own donuts instead of them being delivered. The boston cream tastes like Krispy Kreme's which is gross. Only go for coffee now.. which still tastes the same as always!
Good place the drive thru goes pretty quickly!! Only downside is hard to get in and out of parking lot if you're going in!! Bad design
Late afternoon visit. Selection was low but good food.
They always have a super speedy drive-through and the orders are always correct
Dunkin is and always be my daily fuel. Avoid madison ave. At all costs. They have no structure to their drive thru and it's always a hassle.
I didn't order any food, but the staff was the most efficient of ANY Dunkin I've patronized.
Sadly the number of stores has diminished in the last two years but the ones that remain are great. I particularly like Eddie Bower and Columbia.
Their coffee is excellent. I only get a few items off the menu but it's consistently good and the service is good.
Very satisfied, my husband and I order quite frequently, only had a bad experience 1 time and after speaking with management we've had no issues and they corrected the mishap that had taken days prior
If you're in Horseheads, make this your go to for fast, friendly, accurate service. Don't let the long line deter you. It's long for a reason. You get your coffee faster here with ten cars ahead of you than if you went to Miracle Mile with only one car in line. Excellent job.
The best Dunkin' I've ever been to hands down! I will drive out of my way to go to this location. I have another location next to where I work but always drive to this one instead! Their service is top notch - fast and accurate and they are very personable and professional!
This is hands down the best Dunkin around. If I'm in a hurry in the mornings, the drive thru line is extremely long but they get people in and out very quickly. I usually park and go inside, I'm in and out in 3 minutes tops! The employees are friendly and I've never had any mistakes on my orders. I hate having to go to any other Dunkin. They even give me a munchkin for my dog!
Fantastic customer experience the customer service was amazing the food was amazing I'm done and look just like it does on the menu and the timing was amazing they got our food to us in a reasonable time frame we didn't have to wait long at all
Exactly what I wanted. Respectfully and politely served and had no issues whatsoever. Very happy. 😊
Made a quick stop here on my road trip. Nice customer service. My Carmel Ice latte came out great. Donuts were fresh. Great Dunkin location.
My favorite Dunkin’ donut. The early morning shift is by far THE MOST EFFICIENT you could imagine. There is little to no wait. They have mastered the concept of “drive thru”. Most dunkin’s I dread going to due to the long wait times, inaccuracy of order. Not this one. Great job 👏🏼
You wait in line to long. Twice I went there and waited 20 minutes. Finally left
This Dunkin is hands down the best Dunkin in horseheads corning or Elmira combined they are very good about getting your orders right and they don't skimp on that snaking Bacon ...I can't say enough good things about this Dunkin if your ever in the area definitely this is the Dunkin to go to
Stopped in for a quick coffee and it was very clean and modern. Looked brand new inside and they had a tap for coffee which was cool for a Dunkin.
Best coffee I’ve ever had from a Dunkin! Really fluffed up my cold brew with cold foam and sugars, no other Dunkin has done that before
I come here everyday and get a pineapple mango green tea refresher. Every morning the staff greeted me with a good morning and my perfectly made drink. Doesn't taste too sugary or too green tea, a perfect balance of freshness. I wish Dunkin would send me free promotions, how much money do I gotta spend to get some Dunkin merch come on. Anyways the experience was great.
Had to take a moment and leave a review for the staff at this Dunkin (especially Davonte, who makes me smile whenever he's working!) They're always pleasant, and they don't judge me for stopping by far too often. 😉
Quick, easy, accurate order and good food/drink. The staff isn't exactly friendly, but they're not rude either. They act like they are robots, they get your food/drink quick, and correctly. Can't fault them for this, as most people going through a drive-thru at 5am want the quickest and best service... Which they do provide.
Great place. I use the mobile ordering which makes things easier and faster where I can receive points towards free drinks of any size. App really makes a difference on your wait time and also helps to keep up with social distancing cause you can pay with the app when you order or use the phone barcode to pay at window. Less contact and faster service. Great customer service as well as speed service
Cute little store. What’s not to like about yummy donuts! 🍩
Fast and friendly. Great coffee just as ordered. Can't go wrong!
We got in a car wreck today right outside of there shop and all the workers cared for me and my babies. They gave us a nice calm place to sit and some food and drinks for the kids. It warms my heart there are such great ppl that work there ! They were truly a life saver in that moment !
This dunkin was awful a few years ago. My coffee was never right and the staff were rude and slow. So pleased to have a good experience there today. It was a completely different staff. Much friendlier and can make some good coffee!! 🙏🏽 Thank you for your competence
Sometimes the service is slow. Staff is courteous. Restroom is maintained well. Glazed donuts were a little hard
Nice people, quick service but WHOA even if you say to go light on the sweetener everything you get will be almost thick its so syrupy and sweet. Ease up on the simple syrup pours.
Always busy but they are well prepared for it and typically get your order out fast and correct even with the drive through line around the building.
They are always busy but do good anyways. I've never had an issue with them messing anything up. Try the frozen hot chocolate!!
Consistency is the secret to success in the food industry. This Dunkin is one of the most consistent. And they almost always stir.
Sandwich was ready almost immediately when I reached window, only 2 cars ahead of me when I saved order. After arriving at window, waited over 4 minutes for drink & it was just a signature drink, no special request.
The coffee and food were good as usual but the associates could have been more attentive and caring along with some personality. The dining area was clean.
Meet up with my friend and we had a brief breakfast together. It provide pretty good breakfast here.
Although I have had some problems with lukewarm coffee, not being stirred, using 'old' coffee rather than fresh and running out of certain donuts, it's been very good of late. They have offered to make a fresh pot of dark roast as long as I don't mind the 15 minute wait. Service is generally prompt and courteous......if you're a drive thru customer! They seem to give preferential treatment to those customers. Not sure if it is a staffing issue, but those coming in are just as important from a customer standpoint!!! It would be nice if they would consider dropping their prices as well. I noticed their new cups are cardboard and seem to be smaller in volume. Nice change over, but customers are more observant than you think! Still, DD is much better than the majorly overpriced Starbucks!!!
Hey, it's dunkin, so I'll keep going. But this location seems to run out of items often.
I went through the drive through this morning. one in which was a bagel with cream cheese. my bagel wnd cream cheese had hair in it. my hair has been tied up so it was not my hair, the hair was mixed in with the cream cheese. food gone to waste I was not going to pick through the cream cheese to make sure there werent anymore strands.
In homer/cortland you have a choice between 3 or 4 different dunkins to go to. Sad thing is you can order the same drink at one and love it. Then go to the other three and order the same drink at each and all four drink, that are the same exact thing, will taste completely different. No consistancy and restaurants thrive off consistancy that's why I'm giving it only 3 stars.
The coffee wasn't very hot. I stood there for 5 minutes being the only customer at the counter and the crew just carried on with personal conversation ignoring the counter. I had to use the rest room which was very clean. Mens room was put of order.
Got an eclair. Pudding filled chocolate icing donut. The dough was dry n tasted old. It was their last one. Probably had been there baking in the light all day 🤔 usually have good food though.
I go to this particular Dunkin 6-7 days a week, and the staff knows my drink and food order without asking however even though they make my drink every day and we both know what it's supposed to look like when the person that made my drink and has been making my drink for over 2yrs now told me that's what it should look like I told her that's not what it looks like, I know what my drink looks like and so does she and pointed to another beverage setting on the counter and told her it always looks like that. They were out of large cups again, out of mocha, French vanilla, and espresso so I was okay with all that and told her to just make my latte excluding the espresso because at least I'd drink that but I wasn't drinking the what looked like to be a watered down iced coffee with barely any almond milk and instead she refused to make my latte's excluding the espresso and asked her manager to come to do a refund. I still wanted a drink and was going to get a matcha latte but instead, they refunded me and never asked me if I'd like something else because I was about to tell them I'd like a matcha latte but didn't get a chance to as she handed me back my money so I left with just my food.
This Dunkin definitely could learn consistency with their frozen coffees. I also think that if they can't accept cash or take certain orders through the drive thru, they should put a sign up before you pull into the parking lot because people then have to struggle to get out, turn around and sometimes just have to sit through the line to get through. Other than that, I had a staff member tell me when picking up a drive thru online order that I needed to order it earlier.. I ordered it 10 mins before I came to the shop..very confusing and rude.
I swear that they could make one order at a time I placed a mobile order and picked it up on drive thru and it took them at least 5 min to take the order and at least 10 min for them to make it and give it to them and it looked like they had 2 small coffees and a small bag and then my order was not even made so I had was 2 ice coffees
Very slow drive thru on the weekend. Drive thru speaker is extremely loud. Coffee order may or may not be correct. Not very friendly.
Parking lot around the drive thru needs serious work. Road rashed my rims on a 12" deep crater. Seriously uncool. Also, somehow my coffee was missing the Splenda from my mobile order. Like, it was on my sticker but missing from my drink, again.
Coffee order was incorrect and over full, bagel order was incorrect, no napkins, only thing right was Potatoes. It wasn't busy so disappointed. Maybe next time will be better.
i go here every morning 5 days a week and i understand that people get short staffed at times but when you wait in line for 15 min after placing your order is not good service this happens about twice a week and i understand that this could happen once in a while but twice a week its very frustrating when you give yourself 30 min of extra time before you have to be to work and now your late getting to work. on a good note the food is hot and delicious. and the staff is polite
This location used to be great. Recently though staff always seems preoccupied, routinely my order is incorrect. Owners should pay staff better, maybe they will then retain employees who have customer service skills.
This Dunkin' is the worst in the area by far. I live pretty close to this one but will literally drive past this one to the mall or miracle mile if I feel like I NEED Dunkin' (like I need to use a gift card). It was great a couple of years ago but I think they got a new owner who fired all the old competent workers.
As far as Dunkin goes, this one isn't gonna win any franchise of the year awards that's for sure ..id have a hard time giving this one a participation medal... want "donut" of the month? Good luck...out of stock more than in stock, no matter how early ya go, or what day of the week...get lucky and score one?...don't get too excited til ya check the filling...good chance it will be wrong somehow ..coffee your go to? Espresso machine has been known to be down for a week at a time..machine working fine? Awesome! Just don't expect the drink to be made/taste the same way twice...pretty sure recipes there are more of a suggestion than a rule ...and don't get me started on the ham n Swiss stuffers...ya have a 50/50 chance of having a snack, or having a blunt object capable of taking down a rhino if thrown... Most of the staff is friendly though...that got them an extra star
The order person was cheerful but didn't listen to the order. Coffee order: had to restate coffee order and after I had canceled one donut and ordered the other donut, I still received both donuts, was charged for both when I only wanted the one. I also didn't receive a straw for my ice coffee and no napkins. Tho the food was ok but this Dunkin is not a place I recommend for drive threw service.
Stopped at this location at 5:02am today. Worker said he wasn't open yet even though posted hours say 5am-8pm. He was late to work which wasn't my problem. Went to McDonald's instead. Service always slow and drink quality is poor. Always tastes watered down. Location is in a poor spot always making it difficult to maneuver parking and drive thru. Better service at Sing Sing road location.
I bought a gift card from here for my mother for mother's day.... the cashier that was there stole the right card so instead of a 40 dollar balance I had 0! Will NEVER go to any dunking ever again
Went between 2-6 and asked for 2 ice latte with extra caramel and sugar didn’t get any extra caramel and was charged full price even though there suppose to be $2 each cashier had a attitude
Everytime I stop here you have maybe 1 person working and everyone else is messing around or on their phones and rude 😒 never again 3 sticks I'm out
Worst experience I've had in a Dunkin in a long time. I started out in the Drive-Thru. After it became obvious that it wasn't going to be moving fast enough for me to get to work on time, I backed up, found a parking spot, and went indoors. Thankfully I was able to do this because no one had yet to pull in behind me. As soon as I got out of the car a much bigger line began to form. I felt sorry for those people. When I got indoors and there were absolutely no customers I thought I hit the jackpot and I then felt really bad for the people in the drive-thru. My lottery winning feeling didn't last long, however, as I quickly realized that while there were about five or six employees working, half of them noticing me as soon as I walked in, not one of them came to take my order. I stood there waiting patiently (on the outside. On the inside I was livid) for 5 minutes before storming out. 5 minutes later I was at another Dunkin' donuts. I walked in, my order was taken promptly, and I was given my drink about 30 seconds later. It's not that hard people. It's customer service. If you can't handle doing it right you shouldn't be in the business. Y'all make far too much money to be giving service this lousy. So, anyone reading this review, and wanting to know of a good Dunkin to go to in the area? Go to the one in Big Flats just off the highway, do not go to the one in Horseheads just off the highway. You won't regret it.
Getting food here is like Russian roulette except instead of being shot you have a high chance of your food tasting like oven cleaner. Drinks aren't much better, watered down, coffee flavor is almost non-existent, yes it's cheaper but the value isn't there. The staff is always listless, there's no friendliness or positive interaction ever. What's the point?
Absolutely the worst. I stood at counter 4 minutes not even a hello 4 people working...well one working the window 3 walking around. 0 customer awareness
I only go to the Hornell Dunkin when I have gift cards now. I use to get coffee twice a day using on the go ordering but my order ends up being wrong more then it's right and I end up waiting at least 30 mins. 30 mins is with just 3 cars in the drive through, and more then that don't even bother. And I don't exaggerate the time. I normally call a friend and stop talking to them when I get to the window, the times always 30+ mins. Time is money. I still love the Dunkin in Horseheads! They can have a line out to the road and have your order completed, correct and fresh when you pick it up.
I give this place a F in grading, I would avoid them at all cost for those that truly enjoy their coffee in the morning! Every time my wife and I go there they never ever get our order right, a few times I return it back and they still can't get it right. There is one lady in particular, very impossible to understand, can't make coffee if life depended on it, and lastly is horrible and has no business taking orders from the drive thru. We go to any other Dunkin Donuts at Wakins Glen, Corning, Elmira, Elmira Heights, Sayre, the coffee is good and no issues. However, Horseheads is the worst when it comes to quality and most of the staff that can't get the orders right and impossible to understand. Save your money and yourselves, avoid the Hoseheads store at all cost.
We placed an order for online pickup 10 minutes before arriving at this location. Once there, we waited for over 30 minutes without receiving the order, and employees were nonchalantly working and not addressing customers with online walk-in orders. Eventually, we caught someone’s attention about our order, only to find out that our order had already been filled but was held behind the counter instead of on the mobile pickup stand. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
I enjoy breakfast here just about everyday. Most of the food is quite tasty; a couple of the items are, “Meh” (e.g., Green Goddess wrap). Coffee is solidly consistent. I don’t get most of the specialty coffees, but my adult daughters enjoy them frequently. The service team at the one near our house is stellar. Friendly, but professional. Highly recommended. New Review -- March 1, 2026 This location has seriously declined in both professionalism and customer service. I placed a mobile order this morning and selected walk-in pickup. When I arrived, there was only one car in the drive-thru, so I went through and clearly stated, “Mobile order for John.” The manager (Kristy, I believe, or maybe it was Karen?) immediately corrected me in a condescending tone, insisting it was a “walk-in order,” as if that distinction mattered to the customer. At the window, instead of simply providing the order, she doubled down on the correction. It was unnecessary, unhelpful, and frankly unprofessional. The focus should be on serving the customer—not winning a technicality. I’ve had much better experiences with other staff (Devonte, for example, understands customer service), but this interaction was enough to make me reconsider coming back. Customer service should make things easier—not more frustrating.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. First of all, we waited almost 1 hour for 2 donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and a latte. Everyone besides Max seemed very upset to be working today. The blonde lady in the tie die hoodie was slamming cups and visibly angry to be at work. There was a smaller lady that I asked to please check on my latte since we had been waiting so long. She didn’t even turn around or answer me and just yelled at the cashier to make it since he printed the ticket but never started it. The cleanliness was also nonexistent. The absolute worst service I’ve had in a while.
First let me start out with… I ran a dunkin Donuts for three years and never in my career did I encounter someone with such poor customer service. My partner and I went through their drive through to order two small coffees. One a frozen smores and the latter a cold brew. The Bonfire S’mores frozen coffee is still being advertised at this location, so I figured if it’s being advertised it must still be being sold. I asked for it politely, and the woman on the intercom was just super nasty when she responded, so I came back with, it’s still being advertised so I’m going to ask for it, if it’s not available you should take it off your menu or put a sticker on the menu board saying it’s no longer available. Second I asked for a cold brew again she was nasty with her response and again said that they didn’t have any. I don’t do well when people think it is alright to treat others with disrespect especially when it is your job to ensure customer satisfaction. This is the second encounter I have had with nasty service at this location and I do not travel this direction often. I will be going to a higher up with this situation. Since my walk in encounter the first time did nothing. Do better Dunkin’ America is supposed to run on you!
Service was terrible. Spent almost 30 minutes waiting for just a donut and a latte and when we finally got it, my husband’s latte wasn’t what he ordered. Servers have no sense of any urgency to serve the customers. A few years ago this used to be a best Dunkin in the Horseheads area and now it’s the absolute worst.
This is the worst Dunkin I ever been too. I ask for coffee with cinnamon sugar, they repeat order back to me, they don’t put any cinnamon. I ask for bagel with butter and jam and they give me just a toasted bagel wrapped up with nothing on it. Like I just was shocked. Never had both things that I order come out incorrectly at a Dunkin that was not busy at all.
The dunkin in elmira is disgusting. The floor and counters are filthy and sticky. The service was super slow to the point that I canceled my food after 20 minutes of waiting. Actually glad that I did looking at how filthy the place is.
Literally a get what you get, with attitude and all. Screwed our order all the way around, then had the audacity to get mad at us for wanting to chose the doughnut selection in the dozen we just purchased. Not to mention I ask for a HOT DUNKACHINO WITH ONE (1) SHOT OF PISTACHIO. I get a ICED Dunkachino with FOUR (4) SHOTS OF PISTACHIO... 😡😡 Then we get to the world's tiniest parking lot to get almost rammed by some old guy who the world apparently is supposed to freaking stop for and we didn't get the stupid memo. Way to ruin a good day for our family with poor service and attitude, honestly I think this one could use a good rehaul. STAFF FIRST!!
The staff especially the young woman working the register was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. And got our orders wrong. Also had a very bad attitude. Donuts tasted a day old. Wouldn’t come here again.
Ordered on line, waited on site 20 min and did not leave with what I ordered. Midnite coffee was cold and never received loaded tots. Walked out with 2 stale donuts and regular coffee
Very poor customer service, walked in for a coffee. No one working there acknowledges you, they see you but you are almost seen as an inconvenience. Ordered hot coffee, it was lukewarm and not good flavor. Wasn’t going back in to complain since it took too long to even get it to begin with. Worst Dunkin in our area
Wouldn’t go there! Left some of the drink on the lid and didn’t tell me. I dumped the liquid on myself just from tilting it a little bit. Lady didn’t even apologize or anything. Ridiculous dunkin!
Went inside to order. Waited 20 minutes for a box of munchkins while mobile app abd drive thru orders went out. Complete BS! I will not run on dunkin ever again.
Ordered a pumpkin swirl with coconut milk. Got to the window, no one else in line. Waited 8 minutes for my coffee that I could see on the counter. Nobody opened the window, nobody acknowledged that I was waiting. I finally left, no coffee. Hope the 3 cars behind me were served. Sunday Aug 21 4:00
Online order placed the night before was not ready for 7:15 pick up. Only 2 people working and they were extremely backed up with online and drive through orders. Was told to wait even though I had put my order in 12 hours earlier. When I got my order they couldn’t get the donuts I ordered so I left late and with donuts I didn’t even order. Avoid location if possible. Parking lot and entry is also a mess.
Rude and unwelcoming! Food is awesome. Workers are miserable 01/02/25. Check to make sure you get everything. God forbid they remember napkins and straws. We love Dunkin but the locally owned branches are poorly managed. I never do reviews but I’m continuously annoyed. 😔
Absolutely, absolutely terrible food. 10/10 the food is cold and uncooked even after asking multiple times to be cooked to order. This Dunkin must train to be the worst one out there. I don’t do reviews but ya’ll are a disgrace.
Worst Dunkin in the area. There's only ever one person actually working while the rest are standing around. It used to be fast service but over the past few months it's terribly slow. They never stir the sugar and milk in the coffee so it tastes horrible unless you can find a stir stick or straw around. Frustrating to consistently waste money. I won't go to this location again. I've given them too many chances and they're still horrible.
My vanilla bean coolata was basically ice milk :(
This location has been the worst Dunkin in the area for years, and they defended their title today. My wife and I decided to spoil ourselves and our kids by DoorDashing Dunkin, in hindsight I should’ve known better than to gamble on the closest Dunkin instead of my preferred location slightly farther away. As a frequent (daily) Dunkin customer, I’ve had my fair share of good and bad orders. We all know the jokes regarding the color of our coffee and all experienced a ”burnt” tasting coffee here and there. The moment I saw my coffee I knew how it would taste, but wanted to give it a chance to change my already fearful mind. After one sip I was disappointed, though I have been in this scenario before and would try to fix it through milk or sugar additions from home. It wasn’t until my wife told me her coffee tasted like it was made with water/tea instead of coffee that I really got upset. Upon further inspection of our food we found that the wraps we ordered were overcooked and the “assorted” munchkins were only glazed & valentine, which I guess is the only two kinds they have on a Saturday morning at 8am? What happened to all the other flavors? To recap, we spent over $40 to have Dunkin delivered in an attempt to bring our kids some excitement, improve our mornings, and ultimately save time but I now find myself DRIVING to Dunkin to have our coffees remade after PAYING FOR DELIVERY. The crushing irony being that if I wanted to leave the house for Dunkin I would’ve drove PAST this one to a better location (the best in my opinion) on Miracle Mile a few minutes farther. Upon walking into the location, I find what looks to be a younger staff almost SILENTLY shuffling around. The culture felt stressful and there was no clear leadership or management present. I checked reviews online while I waited to find that a majority in the last year had been two stars or less, not surprising given I’ve been hearing awful verbal reviews from friends and family for quite some time as well. I had fully intended to lay into SOMEBODY about my experience but these poor souls looked like they hated everything they’re doing. I worked retail for many years and none of those line level employees deserved my frustration. While waiting for service I watch another customer receive her coffee, take a sip, and double check the order tag on her cup as if she hadn’t received the correct order. Another woman walked in with a bag in hand to explain that she was given a SANDWICH instead of a GLAZED DONUT in the drive thru, forcing her to come in to correct the mistake. I will give credit to the guy working the front counter as he did provide her 2 donuts in an attempted apology. When it came to be my turn I explained I needed my coffees remade, why they needed to be remade, and she did remake better coffees without much more care or interaction beyond that. It didn’t feel like I was a special case, more like I was a growing number in the mistake pool that would get forgotten about by the next shift. Overall, I look to the management at this location have a few questions. 1) What’s the plan to improve your location? It’s clear that you’ve been relying on the brand name out front and your customers caffeine dependency to keep your store open year over year. 2) What does your training program look like? What systems do you have in place to ensure quality and consistency is where it should be? 3) How do your workers genuinely feel working there? What changes need to happen to make it a positive environment that people WANT to show up to work everyday and provide the best customer service they can to your loyal customers? 4) Do you communicate with other Dunkin locations to improve performance? I know you have leaderboards in there that rank certain locations against each other. 5) How well do you stand by your mistakes and correctly take care of your customers when things go wrong? This location can be fixed, but it has to start with the owner/manager caring enough to put in the time and effort necessary to lay out the right culture and expectations.
Stopped this morning, got there at 4:57. There was a car in the parking lot. I waited 10 minutes, 2 more cars pulled in behind me. We all left, due to no service. Sad what this place has become. I used to stop every morning the employees new my order, and would have it ready. It has really gone down hill over the last 6 years.
The workers have 0 etiquette and will yell racial slurs to each other loudly on shift or will be getting high. The last time I’ve had here was someone completely making my order wrong and when I asked about it I was straight up gaslighted by the employee... On top of it all, the coffee is probably the worst I’ve seen of a Dunkin before. Save yourselves the regret and go to the one on Chambers road instead.
I ordered a bagel there and they gave me the wrong one and I didn’t realize until I left but I just let it go. But then I went to take a bite and it was cold and hard as a rock. I’m not sure if it was stale or over cooked but it was definitely dark for being a plane bagel🙃
Missing ingredients in the drink & when I went back the mid aged lady said it’s the same drink while it wasn’t at all (not first time ordering), she just added whipped cream on top that was clearly missing but denied that it’s missing mocha swirls & kept insisting she added herself while it was just mocha drizzle. My large hot coffee with 3 creams tasted just cream & not coffee. Does this picture look like large coffee with 3 creams? Nope it’s full of cream.
I order tea because I don’t like coffee. Today I got a green iced tea as usual. Surprise! It has a coffee taste. Must be coffee was brewed previously. Not happy. 🤢
Very rude staff. Worst place ever to visit. I was at driver through through lane. I was ordering but staff close the window without even asking if i need to place anymore order. No food items they have and upon asking for suggestions for available iteams i got an answer we don’t have nothing. SO SO RUDE. So i left without buying nothing from this place.
Not sure what happened to this Dunkin. They are so rude. Blasting music that customers have to ask them to turn down, won't make eye contact. The last few times that I've been here, they forget ingredients in drinks, warm items are cold, cold items are warm, and they are all around unfriendly and unhelpful. They inform you that they are out of something, then walk away from you and keep their back to you. You have to ask them for different donuts or for a refund. If I politely ask for a refund for the part of my order that you aren't able to give me (because you didn't offer me a refund or different equivalent items) , be nice about it. The bagel bites are cold, the drinks are missing ingredients. This used to be an awesome Dunkin. Not sure what is going on.
Absolutely disappointed. I ordered a turkey egg sandwich and was handed a sad excuse for a meal-just egg sandwich. What's the point of ordering if you don't get what you paid for? To make things worse, the hash browns were barely cooked. Soft, soggy, and completely unappetizing. It felt like they pulled them out halfway through and said, "Good enough." If you're going to serve breakfast, at least make sure it's edible and accurate. Do better.
The service has been terrible for months. The last two times, I have been told to pull around and wait for food when there was no one behind me The employee came out to bring my order, still no one else had come through the drive thru and she yelled at me for where I was parked. They never give you a receipt either. Last time there and the Heights is just as bad. BAPA had better step it up expensive food and poor service
Food and coffee are usually okay. Staff always seems flustered and annoyed. Wait is usually pretty long. Today was my longest wait in the drive through. 35 minutes. Unfortunately once you are in the drive thru you can't get out of line.
Worst Dunkin around! My coffee is never right! I work in the same plaza so for years I’ve tried and still to this very morning it’s wrong and taste awful. My coffee is easy. Meduim iced caramel coffee with 3 caramel and 5 cream. How you guys still can’t seem to get it is beyond me. My coffee this morning was the worst yet! Idk what they even did but wow no one would drink that! I go to the one by the Arnot mall instead because this Dunkin is just so bad it’s sad! You’d think with new employees maybe it would change and be better but nope. Still terrible! Something needs to be done or this Dunkin should just be closed.
