One of the best ice cream shops I've ever been to. Friendly, cheerful and fun staff, clean eating place, great looking building that stands out. The outside atmosphere is a great hang out for hot summer days with ice cream melting in your mouth. The dream boat was recommended to me because of my cherry earrings and it was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend stopping by this place if your living here or just driving through.

I've only been here twice but both times were a great experience. (Went at night time) The man with the kilt is awesome at flipping ice cream!! I love watching him prepare the ice cream lol First time I went the line was long but it moved quickly. They change up some of their ice cream flavors and a couple of them are alcoholic <3 I really liked their strawberry (mixed it with matcha the 1st time and then jasmine the 2nd time). They sell shakes too which tasted pretty good according to my husband. Cute place with some seating and they also sell prepared ice cream cakes. Dogs are welcome in their outdoor porch area according to their signs. It's across the Halal place in a weird corner turn area but the cow on top of the place is easy to see.

We had such a pleasant experience here! Now, if you're wanting to indulge you have to get the 3 scoops. However, if you just want to satisfy a small craving the 1 scoop serving will definitely get you right. 👍🏽 Our ice cream-ologist was super nice and allowed us to both taste samples and made recommendations. If you're looking for an Austin, TX gem in Houston this is a great choice.

I went here for the first time today around 8 pm. It wasn’t busy, just two people ahead of me. The staff were friendly, seemed happy, and very helpful with explaining the menu to help make my selection. I got the Mexican vanilla and short bread ice cream as a base and fruity pebbles as a mix in. It was delicious! I’m definitely going back with friends to try more flavors. Prices were fair for what I ordered. You couldn’t dine in likely due to the pandemic but that was fine.

Came to redeem my free small birthday ice cream! It came with two scoops and a topping! I ordered something I never tried before called the brown cow! Wow it was delicious! I’d order it again for sure. A mix between a chocolate and Mexican vanilla taste. The staff was friendly and the line wasn’t too long! Yum! Best ice cream in town!

My wife and I wanted ice cream and came here and blown away at the variety this place has. If I remember correctly, we were told there are 11000+ varieties of ice cream they can create. While they have such nice flavors, they should consider a remodel. There are too many areas in the shop with broken-down furniture.

This is a really cute ice cream place located in Houston!! The roads going here might be a little complicated, but as soon as you see the cow, you’ll be able to find it. There is on-site parking, and the place is really nice! There are lots of really good ice creams that this place offers, including alcoholic and vegan ice creams. I have to say, the quality of the ice cream and service at Amy's has noticeably declined over the past few years. It's frustrating to see the lines being held up by large families, and it seems like the staff doesn't feel empowered to help other customers while this is happening. The experience has become more difficult than it needs to be. While the ice cream is still decent, the overall experience has become quite disappointing.

Very cute spot for a hang out, love the decor and seating. But I will say that I am not very impressed with the quality of the ice cream. The dark chocolate ice cream tasted great but it felt almost..rubbery and it left an aftertaste. And similarly the sweet cream tasted good, but it was icy. I do recommend their milkshakes, get that instead of the ice cream on its own.

Terrible Experience. The second I walked in it smelled like a dirty bathroom. I turn around and see a water fountain that looks like it’s never been cleaned and the cups on it are covered in dust. The flavor selection was very limited and nothing like what was shown online. The counter that’s used for crushing the toppings into the ice cream was very dirty and was not wiped off after each use. There were spots of old ice cream residue all over the counter. I got dark chocolate and sweet cream. The ice cream was very basic and tasted like store bought ice cream. It was not good at all. I couldn’t finish it, it just wasn’t worth the calories to eat that horrible ice cream, and who knows how sanitary it is. I was visiting from New York and thought it would be a good place to try, but I’ll never go back and would not recommend whatsoever. Go to Ben and Jerry’s nearby instead.
