Dependable and tasty. In a sea of inconsistent and disappointing halal options, Busy Boy is always the same. The taste is there, the portions are generous, and the staff is generally pleasant. Although the menu is vast, it’s the best halal fast food you can get. They don’t pretend to be gourmet, they’re open later, and they don’t overcharge. I recommend the philly cheesesteak sandwich and the shawarma plate. We’ve been coming here for years, and all our guests love it!

I d finitely recommend this place to anyone looking to dine in or take out. Food is delicious, its been a long time since i actually tasted beef flavor in a burger. Cafeteria next door also very useful once you want to move on the desserts. I tried couple flavors but pistachio definitely is the best. Chocolate sauce is also delicious and once it comes contact with the ice cream jt freezes and tastes delicious. Ill definitely try again. Thanks guys. Also plenty of parking spot is available

Amazing and flavorful food, service was so kind and friendly, and lots of seating for people to enjoy in a clean cafe environment. The cheesesteak is delicious and the sauces go so well with the flavors! The chicken shawarma was soft and juicy. A must visit when in Houston, especially if you are shopping in the Hillcroft area!

I’ve been coming to Busy Boy since they first opened way back when. Their Philly cheesesteaks are, hands down, the best Phillies ever. They are always delicious, scrumptious, and mind blowing. I finally visited after a 2-3 year hiatus and boy, was it worth the 45 minute trip! The Philly cheesesteak was just as heavenly as I remembered it. The garlic sauce SMACKED and the hot sauce DELIVERED! The lightly seasoned fries were hot and crispy. My husband really enjoyed the deluxe cheeseburger as well. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious!!!! Plus, it’s always halal!!

Lively place. So good. Food is awesome. Always packed with people. We had hot roasted beef poboy, mushroom burger and gyro wrap and also the chili fired. Everything was warm and melt in the mouth. I would have liked it if the fries were crunchy rather then soggy and literally mushy. Place is clean and customer service is great.

Was recommended to this place by someone else and it didn't fail. My expectations were reasonably high, however they completely surpassed them. I ordered the lamb kabab with rice and greek salad as the sides. Let me tell you, everything on the plate was delicious. The lamb was the star of the show. So juicy and had perfect texture. The pita bread was warm and soft, so great. The garlic sauce was so amazing, no exaggeration! Last but not least, the gyro was as close to authentic as I've found in all of Houston. Will definitely be coming back. Would definitely recommend to any and all. They have a large selection of food for anyone. The prices are fair.

I visited Busy Boy Café two days in a row—always a strong indicator of how good the food is. On both visits, I ordered the daily special, which includes a salad and an entrée. The first day, I chose the chicken shawarma, which was excellent—well seasoned, flavorful, and satisfying. The second day, I opted for the beef kabob. While it was cooked well, it was a bit too salty for my personal preference. The salad was the highlight on both days: exceptionally fresh, generously portioned, and very well dressed. The rice was also excellent, and the pita that accompanies the meal was warm and delicious. Portions are very generous; I requested a to-go box on both visits. I took off one star for atmosphere, as the tables did not appear very clean, and the fountain drinks were underwhelming. That said, these are minor issues. Overall, the food quality and variety stand out, and with a large menu to choose from, I will definitely be coming back.

Meh. Low quality food sold at a premium price. Had the prices not been so high I wouldn’t be nearly as critical here. The chicken sandwich looks and tastes like school lunch. The chicken kabab over rice had bland flavors and the rice was dry. The tables and floors were very grimy. Bathroom is filthy. Service on the other hand was very pleasant and friendly. The thing is though you come here for the food, not the service.
