This restaurant usually serves fresh hot, good food something changed. They must’ve gotten a new chef or new family members but whoever is in there at night serve cold not very tasty food. Come on guys get your old cooks back and pay attention to your food taste it. It’s not seasoned at all. No onions there was no peas. There were nothing that belongs in fried rice. That chicken was so dry.

I have been coming to this location a lot and it’s good but who ever was in the kitchen yesterday did not make a chicken fried rice correctly… very bland. No seasoning. Also if you make a Mongolian Beef dish… please make it the correct way and not a Beef Pepper Steak… its super wet sauce, no green onions, no sesame seeds, just a wet beef pepper steak. I’ve been going to PF Changs for the Mongolian Beef.

Fried Chicken was good, but chicken fried rice that accompanied was more like yellow rice with vegetables, even tasted like plain yellow rice. Not my first time buying from here, but if this how they make fried rice now, it’ll be my last visit.

First time going yesterday, and let me say I was highly disappointed. It's so hard to find a place that has bourbon chicken, so I gave this place a try. The chicken was overly done, and the rice did not taste like fried rice at all. They don't give you any sauce for your egg rolls. The place has a really bad smell, which I should've listened to intuition and turned around to leave, but no, I wanted to give it a chance. I went here on a Saturday around 1pm. It was very quite and slow inside. I was debating on if I would go here for the first time or to the East Buffet to get takeout, also for the first time. So I picked Great Wall because of the higher reviews. The inside was clean and the food didn't take long. However!!! I ordered the house fried rice and the wonton soup. Both smalls. The fried rice tasted like it was cooked yesterday. It was so dry and unflavorful. It didn't taste fresh at all. The wonton soup was also unflavorful. The wontons were okay but I got it for the broth and it was the wrost. Not to mention in the rice there were only three medium sized shrimp strategically placed toward the top. There was other meat inside bit you could tell it was cooked with the rice. The shrimp didn't taste like they were originally cooked with the rice.

The food was not seasoned, sweet and sour sauce was watered down and they charged $6.00 for a 16 oz. Cup of sweet tea that was not sweet.

They had a bug in their food, got very upset and hysterical at me talking about it’s just seasoning. How does a seasoning grow legs… I literally showed them the proof. They offered to remake it, who in their right mind would eat food at a place with bugs in it… they only wanted to refund the food that had bugs on it, so we still ended up being charged for the other food which we threw away immediately. Will be reaching out to the bank.

If your thinking of trying this hole in the wall just don't. Go buy a can of dog food. Will taste better. Spent 20 bucks on my single meal, asked for sweet and sour sauce and he wanted to charge me! 😂 😂 Food was supposed to be chicken curry. Got onion and pepper curry with 2 bites of chicken. Horrible greasy flavor. Whole restaurant wrapped in plastic wrap. Just gross!
