Owner was awesome! Super friendly and made me feel welcome. The drinks are amazing. I tried the poppers for the first time and love love it! We also enjoyed playing the games and so did my son! I believe this will become one of our go to spots. Thanks a bunch!!

The first time I ordered from this place was through UberEats. Pleasant experience and very quick. I tried cheese taiyaki, fish tofu (not pictured), and a caramel milk tea with coffee jelly. Today, I tried them again. I was close by so I came inside and the atmosphere was very fun. There are lots of games to play so come with friends! I tried the "thirst-tea" it was pretty good. I also had a bubble waffle with fruit and chocolate syrup, which was absolutely delicious (thank you, Allen! Hope i spelled it right)! The owner was there and served me. He was very nice and I'm happy I got to meet him 😊. I'll definitely be back, and I recommend this place. I want to try all the things!

This place is so cute ! Lots of games, merchandise, and great customer service. It was my first time here and the employee was so helpful with the menu☺️. Most of the menu includes vegetarian options which I thought was so thoughtful for people with different diets. I got the galaxy lemonade … It was out of this world ! I also got the spring rolls which were pretty good too. Such a lovely place to bring kids as well ! Such a welcoming place and will be coming back !!

Always incredibly friendly and quick on the job, drinks/food are fresh and delicious, even after having tried a variety of what they offer (raspberry lemonade, the oreo drink, the Twilight (with and without boba)) it was satisfying and refreshing everytime. The inside of the shop is also incredibly clean and comforting to be in. They also sell plushies! Couldn't recommend this place enough

Not only were the food and drinks absolutely delicious, but the owner's warm and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. One thing that really stood out to me was the selection of games available to play while waiting for my order or simply hanging out with friends. It added a fun and interactive element to the atmosphere, making the wait time fly by (already short to begin with). Whether you're a board game enthusiast or just looking to pass the time, there's something for everyone to enjoy. But let's talk about the real star of the show – the boba drinks. Each one I tried was bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. From classic milk teas to creative fruit blends, there's a drink to satisfy every palate. Plus, the customizable options allow you to tailor your drink to your exact preferences, ensuring a truly personalized experience. Overall, my visit to Ice Valley was nothing short of fantastic. Great food and drinks, a friendly owner, and fun games to play – what more could you ask for? I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area for a refreshing treat and a good time.

I first discovered this place months ago. Every single time I have visited I was greeted with warm friendly faces and super-fast service. The whole shop felt so inviting and welcoming. The bright pastels and the little games around the shop really made me want to come back. This is the kind of place I could spend a good few hours in with some friends or a great location to drop in and grab a sweet refreshing drink. The quality of the food and drinks is way beyond its price. You could have a fantastic drink or a yummy dish for less than 10 dollars. This is definitely a place I will not stop requesting.

The girls working were very nice. The teas were prepared quickly and were pretty good, although not the best. The place is cheap though, cheaper than most other places we have been to.

Happened to be around the corner and wanted something refreshing. Instead, I walk in and found something more than I can ask for. Clean store and bathrooms! I had a great customer experience with the gentleman that was behind the counter. There’s definitely things to do here - multiple selection of games and quiet enough to get some work done.

So happy I found this place! Needed a quick pick me up and was pleasantly surprised with their quality. I ordered the 2 flavor lychee and pomegranate with popping boba. The drink itself was well made and not too sweet, quite refreshing. Also ordered the popcorn chicken, fries, and the bubble waffle from the snack menu, all crispy and delicious. Staff was friendly enough to offer suggestions on what they recommended. Will defiantly come back and try their other drinks and snacks. Great place to study, grab a tasty drink/snack, and hangout at.

Was excited to try this place provided the high rating on Google. Was disappointed by both my strawberry milk tea and the popcorn chicken. The strawberry milk tea had a chalky powdery taste. The boba pearls themselves were cooked well. The popcorn chicken came out hot and crispy, and they gave 2 of the spicy sweet sauces, which is generous and appreciated- however, the chicken itself tasted old and on the verge of spoiling. The staff was super sweet, and they have some fun games and cute decor. But if you follow my reviews, you know that food dictates the ratings.

Came here for the first time in a while. It is in route home from my kids’ school. It was an absolute disaster. We ordered 5 drinks and 2 food items. It took OVER AN HOUR to get our items because there was only one girl working there by herself. This was extremely poor planning from this owner. I felt so bad for her; she was taking orders, making good, making drinks, fulfilling door dash orders all by herself. I wasn’t mad at her for the wait; this is on the store owner. Also, only 3/5 drinks were good. Our oreo drink had a coffee taste so our youngest daughter didn’t drink it. Total waste.

Zero social skills. Never once were greeted or welcomed. We would’ve purchased a lot more had there been any interaction. Boba tea was meh at best. The sesame seed balls were delicious. A lot of games to play inside - but very cheap versions, not good quality. I would love to try more food, but the girls were more interested in finishing their Little Cesar’s pizza than dealing with customers - as we saw the couple before us and the couple after us treated in the same manner.
