I ordered Half-Banh Mi combo with Beef Alphabet Soup. The soup was good! Make sure you eat it while it's hot. It tasted really good. The banh mi was delicious too. It was so good i forgot to eat my soup. The hlaf banhmi combo is good for people who do not want to get full. It was enough to satisfy not-so hungry people. My friend ordered the box of rice that comes with pork egg roll. I love the egg roll and the dip that came with it. I so loved it i dipped my banh mi in it and used it as its sauce. The fried rice was okay. It was not tasty enough for me. But when i put the seasoning they have in the store, it was good already. It was just my preference that my fried rice is salty. Their fried recipe is perfect for those whose not after salty type of rice. They have varieties of food options and drink options. The cashier was nice in recommending what to order. The place was quiet and clean. The restroom was clean and equipped with diaper board, hand dryer, and paper towel dispenser.

Came for some ban mihs and they didn’t disappoint other than they could put a tad more meat when the bread is so thick. But still a good Sammy. The bulgogi fries were reallly good, just enough meat and the fries were fresh and seasoned just right. We also tried the eggrolls and those were also tasty. Crunchy and cooked to perfection. We spent $38.28 for 2 ban mihs, the 2 eggrolls and fries and drink.

High quality Vietnamese food at good prices. The grilled pork box and bulgogi fries were filling and flavorful. The egg roll was crispy, the noodles were silky smooth and the sauce was rich. Good stuff

Walked in here on a Sunday morning and there was no wait. I placed my order with the staff and I was given a buzzer to let me know when my order was ready. It took about 5 minutes or less to get my order. Before I could even taste it, everything looked delicious. I was super happy they have a combo option because that way I could try their other food items. I don't mind having half a sandwich because the fries were enough with it. The banh mi was amazing! From the bread to the ingredients, I was extremely impressed. The meat and fresh vegetables were a good ratio. The garlic aioli mayo/butter was tasty. The bread, oh my goodness the bread! The bread was the highlight of the banh mi. The inside was soft while the outside was warm and toasted perfectly. I can rarely find a place that serves you fresh bread like they do here. The sidewinder fries were made by order so it came out hot and crispy fried; just the way I like it! My favorite was the Special! I liked the grilled Pork, too. The lychee tea was refillable and that was awesome. There was plenty of space to move around and seats were available outside with a roof.

Food was delicious and received it quickly! If you get a box with the ribeye, choose the sweet chili sauce! The egg roll was good too! The lychee tea is so good you’ll have to get a refill. Overall great tasting food. Would definitely come back. The establishment was clean and service was great.

The Banh mi here is fantastic. Being a huge fan of Banh Mi I didn’t think it could be improve anymore but Roostar did it. Every sandwich our table ordered was delicious. The bread is crunchy on the outside, chewy and decadent on the inside. The Garlic Aioli brings the typical Banh Mi over the top from good to amazing. Their fries are fun! Service was great on our visit. After finding out it was our first time, the gentleman took time to explain their menu and which is the best deal to try it all.

I loved this place! The food was delicious! Great ribeye Bahn mi! The fries were fantastic. Best of both world's, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Yum yum yum. I have jalapeño ranch with them yum! Love the vibe,decor and friendly service. I will definitely be back!

A budget friendly place for lunch. We had the pork sandwich, pork lettuce wrap, and grilled chicken over fried rice. All of it filling and delicious. The Vietnamese cole slaw was excellent.

The food is so delicious! I had the pork belly fried rice and a lychee tea. Both were excellent. The staff was extremely kind and patient as this was our first time here and took awhile to decide what we wanted from the menu.

We've been looking forward to this location opening and man was it worth the wait. Banh Mi was delicious and uniform bites (not always the case everywhere else). Don't sleep on the garlic fries. 100% guarantee you haven't tried anything else like these. Blondie was a great dessert too. I just found my spot. Welcome to East End!

Very good. I found it a bit pricey in comparison to what I’m used to paying for Vietnamese in Calgary. But it was our first experience in the Houston area. I love the fast food style restaurant and southpark characters and art. The French fries are excellent and the subs tasty.

Today , I went with wifey to get some roosters After 2 months, My issue, the increase in price and small quantity are noticeable. 1. Price feels really high for 2 bowls and 1 fries, $49 dollars. Googi fries were counted only 7 fries, no sauce and ok meat. I’m been coming to roosters since 2019 and I’m noticing portions are getting smaller and prices are increasing, Taste is wonderful but it’s a hit and miss. Really frustrated tbh. I miss the old portion size.

Ordered the chicken curry by DoorDash. Looked nothing like the photos. Was like 15 oz of rice with maybe a tablespoon of curry and a few sad, lonely chicken pieces. Most bland curry I’ve eaten in a long time. Just way overpriced for what you get and don’t use misleading photos please

Disappointing. I ordered wings and the barely have any seasoning at all. No flavor . Are they that cheap with the seasoning? Sucks because I usually like roostar . Also was missing items on my side. Smh
