Cafe is so cute! Drinks were delicious and staff is fun. Definitely recommend 🎉. We got the Royal citrus tea: a bitter and very refreshing. The strawberry cobbler comes with strawberry popping boba

Good drink & food, very nice staffs, love the grilled quail eggs The soursop tea is👍 For the rice paper salad, it would be great if the chili oil is taken out, it makes the salad quite greasy.

I got the Matcha it was great! I wanted to try their fries but I was told the kitchen closes at 10pm so I’ll have to come back again. I didn’t like the Matcha boba personally but that wasn’t a problem because the ladies were able to get it replaced with regular boba! Highly recommend and the aesthetics of the place are so cool.

This place is next to Viet Hoa Internatinal food. Nice place, clean and with some nice decorations. Food and drinks are great and affordable price. Small place so can’t fit a lot of people so don’t coming in during busy hours. This place has good selection of bubble teas, smoothies and snacks. There a tasty top 10 drinks and 14 different kind of snacks you can trying them out. I love to come here to sit here and trying everything out.

Can you tell I’m hooked? I’ve been trying out almost their entire menu, and everything has been on point! Drinks are made right in front of you, so you can clearly see that they don’t put artificial powders—which is great Bc for me, powders is a no no. They also offer various bites which are distinctive from other places. Their hot organic teas are made from pure leaves and even have little flowers which make them too pretty to drink. Super friendly and fast service! And everything is so much cheaper than other places that I’ve been to. Will def be my new go-to boba shop.

I got the pink lady which is the dragon fruit green tea and I got it with no lemons or no ice because they put lemons in all of their tea and I do not like lemon but it was really good the only thing I didn't like was that 1/4 of the tea was missing and I'm guessing this is because I requested no ice. Everything else was good and the drink overall was refreshing and I enjoyed the extra dragon fruit at the bottom (had to request it). Maybe they should put a feature where you can pay a dollar extra and get the drink filled to the tip when customers don't want ice, other than that I was satisfied!

Customer service is slow, and one of my drink was missing boba so I guess i paid extra for nothing.

I had a really bad experience at The Bep Teahouse. I ordered three drinks through their iPad kiosk and waited around 45 minutes. When they finally called my name, they told me the flavors I picked weren’t available. No one told me earlier, and they waited until after all that time to say ‘sorry, only refunds.’I walked away with no drinks after almost an hour of waiting. They didn’t offer substitutions, an upgrade, or anything to make up for the wasted time. I understand items can be out of stock, but customers should be told right away, not after 45 minutes. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a drink here and when I walked out of the shop, I poked the tapioca straw into the cup and it broke. 90% of my drink was on the floor. I called the store to explained the situation and asked if I can get another drink. The cashier said that she is unable to replace the drink for me because this happened outside the store. It was disappointing to hear. I am a fan of The Bep but after this incident, I won’t be returning.

I came here and bought 2 drinks one for me and one for my friend. First the girl was sweeping when I came in at 8PM. She saw me ordering my drinks with the other worker and she comes close to me and starts sweeping near and on my feet which is disrespectful.🙄 Then we drink the tea when we get home and we get this nasty boba that was not even chewed yet. I spit it out when I felt that disgusting texture on my tongue. I am very disappointed. I have 2 pictures because we got the nasty boba in both drinks I purchased. My friend is very angry and almost threw up.
