Been here twice now for lunch, it's close to my work and very convenient to get in and out! I am new to this cuisine and the staff is always patient and kind, ready to answer all my questions. Also, the food is really good!!
Omg. The best. When I try places like this I'm just so happy. The food top 10 plus, the portions 15plus,the service 25. Thank you..
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Kabob with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables—and it was fantastic! The spice level was just right—not too overpowering but enough to give it a nice kick. the service was quick and friendly. If you’re looking for a healthier meal or something flavorful and satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back!
They have such a wide selection of food, and the chefs are always accommodating of my child's food allergies. Both male and female chefs have been very kind and helpful when I've been there in the past 6 months to accommodate my son. Their food is always yummy! We especially like the potato salad, the braised beans, the pasta salad, and my favorite salad...the southwest corn salad with the avocado. Mmm! My daughter loves their tomato soup!
Amazingly, excellent food on my visit. Shrimp is a gamble at a fast-cas joint, but it was perfection. I appreciated the *baked* falafel being available (I dislike fried falafel because it is less healthy.). I appreciated the option to build my own bowl, making a perfectly crafted entree just for me. The dining area was attractive on my visit and the employee that waited on me was friendly. This is a great Zoës location, in my opinion. (I honestly thought Zoës had pulled out of the Louisville market completely. I guess this is the only one in town--not near my house sadly!)
Loved the food. Very healthy and tastes very fresh. The food came out very quickly and everything was very tender and tasted delicious! My kids loved the kabobs, chicken and shrimp, my wife loved her steak kabobs, and my Harissa Honey Chicken Piadina was amazing! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Wow! 👏 From the moment you come in, the easy going, professional and friendly service starts. Order taken promptly and plates served fast. The menu has many options, do I will come back often and try other entrées. The portions are right on point and above anything I can say, the flavors are out of this world. Needless to mention, very healthy food items as there are a lot of vegetables and a lot of grilling not frying. The ambiance is clean, following guidelines, weather was perfect to seat outside by the water fountain. Huge value place! Take a look at my plate 😅🤣 A flawless experience ✔👍❤👊
When we moved to Louisville earlier this year we'd never even heard of Zoe's. That being said, it is now one of our favorite places to eat. The Mediterranean/Greek offerings are very welcome in a landscape of burgers, sub shops, chicken eateries, and Mexican cuisine. Not that those are bad....it's just nice to get a break from that kind of thing once in a while. We've been to this location 3 or 4 times, usually on a Friday afternoon/evening. The staff is usually busy hustling, and we tend to arrive shortly before the dinner rush starts. We've never had to wait in line, but we have had to suffer through "it's Friday, let's put a trainee on the register!" a time or two. That's OK, though. Everyone has to learn their job somehow. It just takes some patience for the person on *this* side of the counter. The menu is huge and takes a bit of reading and understanding to know what you're getting. We started off with the Hummus Trio, which is AMAZINGLY good. In our visits I've had the Rosemary Ham & Mozzarella Piadina (more or less a grilled pita sandwich), the Mediterranean Chicken (my favorite entree so far), and the Steak Stack. All were very good. I always order mine with the Greek salad and use the Greek dressing that's available on the tables. You have to check out all the tables because some bottles of the Greek dressing have various oil-to-vinegar ratios. Food delivery times are pretty decent, and we usually get ours in 10-15 minutes, and have never had a problem with an order. Side note #1: the Greek Dressing is made on premises, and is quite possibly my absolute favorite salad dressing....ever. Side note #2: They don't deliver silverware when your food is delivered. It's by the drink station. If you do like I did and go "Snap! I forgot silverware", they'll go get it for you. The decor is very colorful, slanting towards the green, oranges, and reds. The chairs are molded orange plastic, and this location also has booths and tall tables (which we prefer). There is also outside seating near a fountain at this location, which is a nice touche. In our visits this location is usually very clean. Since the staff cleans the tables and you don't there are times when they're so busy that the table cleaning may get behind. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. We're glad we've discovered Zoe's kitchen. When we can't decide where to go, this place is usually the winner.
Ate here for lunch with the family. The lamb power grain bowl and the new Moroccan chicken piadina were both quite good and healthy options. The marinated slaw was interesting and very unique. The chicken kabob was subpar, very dry. the accompanying fruit and grilled vegetables were pretty good however.
We've been here several times and the food is always good and hasn't taken long before it's brought to the table. It's not very authentic Mediterranean - more Mediterranean-inspired, really. The chicken and steak kabobs are good. The hummus is tasty, and the marinated slaw was surprisingly good. Sometimes the staff's a little slow cleaning off tables. Overall, we like Zoe's and keep coming back.
Zoe’s is usually a reliable go-to for consistently delicious Mediterranean food, and it’s been a favorite of ours for quite some time. However, our most recent visit felt like an off day. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken, which was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and everything I’ve come to expect from Zoe’s. Unfortunately, my friend didn’t have the same experience with her steak kabobs. The steak had an unusual taste that made us question its freshness or preparation. It may have been sitting out too long, or perhaps it wasn’t properly marinated—either way, it didn’t meet the usual standard. We asked to speak with a manager, but none were available at the time. Disappointingly, no other effort was made by the staff to address the issue, so we left feeling let down and decided to share our experience here. We’re hoping this was just a rare misstep, as Zoe’s has always been a favorite. A little attention to quality control and customer service would go a long way in ensuring the experience is consistently great.
When we walked in, we were the only ones in the place. There were 3 workers behind the counter. The young lady who took our order was very helpful, and quite friendly. We ordered our food, and went to sit down to wait for our food to be done, and found that every single table was dirty. I grabbed some napkins to try to clean off one of the tables, but it was quite obvious that it needed more than a dry napkin. We asked for a wet rag to wipe a table down, and the employee handed us a rag and walked away. Food was good, but cleanliness was sub par at best. Both men and women's restrooms were dirty, and there were no towels in the men's room. Kitchen door was open, and when you exit the ladies room, you can see right in, and water was visible all over the floor. The entire time we were there, no one came out to clean any of the tables, the drink station, or the floor. Cleanliness goes far beyond what we as customers can see, so it concerns me that the standards are not high enough to maintain a safe level of sanitation to serve the public. We're just passing through, so they won't have to worry about us coming back, but someone should address the sanitation issues sooner, rather than later.
This restaurant was a pleasant experience but it lacked the service and atmosphere that the price would indicate. During our visit we arrived to four associates standing around waiting for customers to make their orders. The restaurant was empty so these associates could have been doing other things. After ordering we went to find a place to sit only to discover that most of the tables were dirty or had dirty dishes stacked on them. The staff showed no indication that they were trying to clean the restaurant and were more interested in socializing with one another. Upon receiving our food, I noticed that the Falafel was cold indicating that it had been made earlier and had not been prepared to order or even kept warm. Quite disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I ordered to go at the store. I got home and opened my order of roasted lamb. First off i noticed the roasted corn i ordered was cold, like just taken out of the refrigerator cold..the sauce was not what i ordered either, what i got was orange in color and extremely hot as in spicy . I didn't realize that until i had put it on the lamb. So i could not eat it..the corn i could heat in the microwave but it was too late for the lamb. I called the store in the Summit and ask for the manager, the young girl said he was not there. I TOLD her he walked in as i was leaving, she said he wasn't there now..i only live less than 2 miles away from the store.. she said i could bring it back and they would take care of it. I'M TIRED and not going back but would appreciate if they would give my money back..she said No!
Recently visited today, Lamb kabobs was removed from menu, the salmon kabobs were good but So incredibly oily. Rice was dry & not very seasoned I ordered a side of *Fresh fruit* but immediately regret purchasing for $3 when served fruit was soggy & awful( See photo) .. used to love this place but food quality sunk quickly.Won't be back
The shrimp kabobs are great! The veggies are always undercooked. The music is so loud you can’t carry a conversation.
Staff were rude, rolling eyes, only cared about getting on their phones. Watch one staff put on lip gloss with her finger while kn the front line and only wipe it off with a napkin before serving more food. Food was mediocre and almost cold. I was truly disappointed by this visit because I love Zoe‘s food!
