Dunkin' Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts shop has a lot of pluses, and some minuses. There is a huge complimentary parking lot. The coffee is always fresh, hot, and bold. There usually is a good selection of donuts and other pastries. They also carry bagels, which are just okay. The draw back is that the staff is not that friendly. It might be a communication problem, because they look at you, as though they are not understanding. The other really bad factor is the restrooms. They are gross. They are dirty, and sitting and drinking coffee always results in one having to use the facilities. But NOT these facilities. The prices are moderate to expensive.

The food is good, same it's always been. Just turned off by tip jars on the counter when they get a full wage. There are drivers, waiters, barbers who get less money by law due to tips. Not cool guys. I don't ask for a tip after i give you a vaccination...just saying, take pride in your work.

Worse coffee ever I try in my life very low quality coffee even try 2-3 times always same shit like u drinking warm water no coffee smell not even enough strong😭😭

Just came from there and the donuts were hard like the rock.. went to my car to have my donut and coffee and I went back in a store. He was very argumental and didn't want to give me my money back.

Extremely impolite employees, didn’t understand me well when I was very very clear about what I would like to Order. And then when I received my donuts I was met with a disgusting look on the employee’s face. As well as a harsh walk. In my opinion there was no reason to approach me with such attitude, she seemed very unpleasant to be there. My experience was -1/10

Very rude employees. I overheard the cashier make a comment to a customer about her appearance. Very unprofessional. This is not okay. I can't believe she did that. Please stress to your employees that they should practice better customer service.

I placed an online order for pick up in store. My daughter stood at the pick up counter and was barely acknowledged despite seeing her standing. Instead of providing us with what was ordered they decided they had the right to change my order, without discussing it wiith us, for items of poor quality and items we don't like. $10.37 of my $17.88 should be refunded to me for poor service, disrespect for customers and donuts/that are sub-par and will be thrown out. The order was for 9 vanilla cream, 3 jelly and 1 croissant. There are 6 inedible stale jelly with liquefied/melted sugar, ONE DISGUSTING BAVARIAN CREAM THAT I'm guessing they thought would trick me into thinking it was a vanilla cream. But I'm not stupid. I only received FOUR vanilla cream and that was the bulk of the dozen and most important. I should be refunded for 5 vanilla cream (not in order), inedible Bavarian that no one wanted in for place, 6 slimy wet jelly donuts and a day old stale croissant for a total of $17.88. Next time I will travel out of my way to East New York where the donuts are fresh and customers matter.

Dunkin donuts on crossbay ......I didn't order munchkins....this was a regular jelly donut....what a shame....

Their bathroom is for employees only. That is ridiculous. I travel all over the US in a truck and drink their coffee everyday and never seen this before. This is a nice neighborhood, if it was a bad neighborhood I could even understand. If I wasnt driving a truck and trailer I would have taken my business elsewhere but parking isn't always easy with a big truck.
