I absolutely love this location! I pass two others just to come here because of how great the experience always is. This is by far the best Starbucks staff. Whoever does the hiring for this location does a phenomenal job! Everyone is always so incredibly friendly and personable. They seem to genuinely enjoy working there. This type of environment breeds good work culture. Also, to mention all of the staff is really knowledgeable on the menu. I like to try new things and they always make great suggestions based off what I’m interested in having that day.
Still our favorite SBX. Only complaint we have ever had is that occasionally the music is too loud. They will turn it down for you if you ask politely. _-----------------------_ Still the cleanest and most professional Starbucks in a 20 mile radius. The staff has gotten to know my family by name so we feel extra welcome. Starbucks might be a national chain, but this store is definitely "local". _-----------------------_ This Starbucks is always efficient and super clean. This one is never overcrowded and the clientele is typically a college student studying, business men and women, and even the occasional Bible study. Edited to Add July 2019: They now carry more of the full lunch menu. Very happy. _------------------------------_ This location does not carry all of the lunch and snack options which is a bummer but it's also not a giant Starbucks. As the Hudson Oaks area expands perhaps we will see the SB expand.
This is the best Starbucks anywhere from Dallas to El Paso! If anyone, any complaining customer or no-show employee tells you differently they are lying - bet! The staff here work VERY hard to please scammers, crybabys, brats, and regulars alike! No matter the situation or low staffing they always rise to the occasion to make your latte to perfection. Just double check it on the way out.
I was driving an elderly woman to her doctor appointments and she wanted coffee. I treated her to Starbucks and she specifically asked for a pipping hot cup of coffee to which they said would be a wait. We waited and she said it did not end up being fresh or piping hot. She only got a tall black coffee. I always get a tall Carmel frappe which was okay. She did not end up drinking hers because it was cold. Disappointing
People were great but these table and chairs are ridiculous. Makes me feel like im sitting in my kids kindergarten class. Not conducive to being able to get wirj done unless you stand at the high tables.
This used to be my favorite Starbucks. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and knew my order. Now the store has one or two bad eggs. I used to go everyday but not so much anymore. It’s very close to me so I hope it gets better again.
Today shortly after 5 PM, I went through the Starbucks drive-through. I ordered a Venti extra sweet peach tea with no water added. I did not get any peach. I don’t know what I got but I did not get any peach a few days back. I did an online order to pick up inside. It was the same order. I went to get my drink and it was a passion tea clearly they had to remake it this particular day the man was angry that he made the drink wrong. I don’t understand where I’m going wrong and I know that this is probably a very hard job and I respect that .
So this location is beautiful and open, which is perfect for social distancing. The staff were really nice but the only part that I was not happy about, was the charge for my drink. So my $4 tall americano that I would usually order the same way for years at our Starbucks, somehow turned into a latte that I paid almost $9 bucks for. C'mon guy, couldn't you have just given me what I requested and sent me on my merry travel way?!?! It's not like you get these kinds of requests all the time. So, that was my only issue here, which shows to be pretty big to me. It's ok, I know where I won't stop when traveling thru. I will say that they were really nice and when I forgot to also order my 2 trenta waters, when I asked him for them, he did make it and give them to me. So I give points for customer service always!
Hit or miss with this place.. usually a miss. My recent visit was a total flop. I try & take my reusable cup every time. Well when the drive thru lady handed it back, i didn't realize that they stole my black stainless steel straw & gave me a short green straw! It's not even a Starbucks straw! That stainless steel one cost me more than the whole drink did! I'm livid.
I have been several times to this location. Today was the second time I had a drink remade. The remake was horrible didnt taste like a blonde sf vanilla latte. I didnt like how it was blamed on the cashier saying he was new and still learning. I watched them make the drink and it wasnt him.
I waited 10 minutes for a cake pop. They had no line at the window and one person inside ordering. I needed up leaving with no cakepop. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait over 15 minutes for your order. That’s happened a lot for me
I ordered a tall, iced matcha latte…it tasted like straight up GRASS. No sugar at all…this is by far the worst matcha latte from SB I’ve ever had. I barely like to frequent this Starbucks bc they always skimp on the sugar in all the drinks.
I should not have to watch a hundred cars go through the drive through before I get my drink just because I came inside.
I like coming to Starbucks after I leave Walmart. The last three times they have gotten my drink wrong and then look at ME like I’m an idiot😭 it should not be this hard to take an order and make some drinks lol
I just asked for some extra milk, he said no, I have to charge you. What should you charge me?! I go to Starbucks every day and I have no problem. You want to charge me for the milk. I'm sorry, but you don't appreciate my daily visit to Starbucks.
Today one of the Vanilla cappuccinos was undrinkable. It was filled to the brim, no foam and there was so much milk that I couldn't taste the Expresso or the Vanilla syrup. I paid $9 for it. Several other past orders have also had similar issues. I always order the same things daily via Doordash so I can't address this issue with the store in person. Ii order the same thing everyday. Some days the cappuccinos are made well and are enjoyable. It seems inconsistencies with the way to make the CAPPUCCINOS are the issue..I really hope the issue can be resolved or I'll have to order from a different location. It's too expensive to keep this up. Thanks for listening.
