I ordered online via the Chipotle app. I ordered two custom burrito bowls. I was 3:20pm when I ordered and I selected a 4:00pm pickup time. I arrived around 3:45pm and my order was already ready to go. I did not interact with any employees. The restaurant was not busy and had maybe 5 people inside. Food was exactly what I ordered. The food is tasty. I would eat here again.
Located at the heart of Frisco. They serve fresh, customizable burritos and bowls with bold flavors, quick service, and satisfying portions ,( sometimes can be less 😭 ) at reasonable prices. 🌯🔥. They do offer fresh refreshing drinks too
Whoever was on to go orders tonight did their thing keep them on it. All of my 3 bowls were full there was so much in them and I did pick up and I placed my order online you know how they usually skimp but no I was pleasantly surprised satisfied in every way.
Chipotle never disappoints! Their fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and customizable options make every meal satisfying. The burritos, bowls, and tacos are packed with quality meats, veggies, and toppings. Plus the guacamole is always a must have! Quick service and great portions make it a go to spot for a delicious filling meal.
I always go to this location and no complains on food but today they did not honor the BOGO deal which was everywhere being advertised as 4pm to close. Went around 9 pm and they announced that it ended at 8 pm . Lot of people left disappointed
I ordered a burrito at this chipotle and I thought the flavor was good but the portion sizes were severely lacking. My burrito lacked a uniform distribution of ingredients throughout as I had a lot of bites that just consisted of rice and beans. Also the salsa wasn’t as spicy as I had grown to enjoy. Solid but nothing special!
I love Chipotle, and I visit this location frequently because it’s closest to where I live/work. The staff here isn’t very friendly and they rarely smile or welcome me. I most always order the Veggie Salad, and they are always very tight on ingredients they give. When I ask for extra veggies, the woman behind the counter always sighs and doesn’t give much more. The store also doesn’t feel or look clean. There are always empty dirty tables with leftover food, napkins, straw wrappers, and drinks every time I visit. On this visit, the tray the cashier put my food on was dirty. It had dried salsa and crumbs on it. I had to get a new tray. Other than that, the food had always tasted good as expected. I just wish they had better customer service experience.
If I wanted to waste $15 and eat disgusting avocados I could have bought walmart avocados and burned some cash in my backyard and wasted a lot less time.
Not so great. Feel mooyah is much more worth it than chipotle. I don't really get the hype for this place. The meat they give susbstanially small. And it cost 16 dollars including tax. Seriously 16 dollars at wholefoods would have given you alot more at the hotbar and salad bar. So my curiousity has been fufilled and will never walk into a chipotle again. Also the employee handling the bowls is very irratated atitude, not very happy the employees. Which is something I have hardly experienced since moving to texas.
I went to this restaurant on September 6th, at 2:00 PM together with my young daughter and son. Since we are new to the United States and unfamiliar with Mexican food, while ordering my daughter mistakenly asked for the food “with bread.” The staff member, in an impolite manner, corrected her by saying that it is not bread but a tortilla. Later, my little son accidentally spilled a cup of water on the floor. When I asked the staff to mop the floor to prevent others from slipping, I was very rudely told, “You should do it yourself, I don’t get paid for that.” Eventually, I went to the cashier and asked if it was really my responsibility to clean it up, and they said yes. As a result, I was forced to wipe the restaurant floor myself. Unfortunately, it seems that customer respect is not valued in this restaurant.
This location I’ve noticed is notorious for a chincy amount of protein, especially a double scoop of protein, but never in my life have I been so disrespected by a chipotle bowl before today. As a pregnant lady who was craving chipotle and was so excited to dig in, my flabbers were infinitely ghasted to open my bowl and find literally not even one singular scoop of chicken, when I paid for double, residing in my bowl. I could count the chicken pieces, which I scooped to the corner thinking surely there must be more hiding. Well I did find two other pieces, accounting for maybe a total of 8 pieces of chicken. Times might be tough, but now getting my protein in is even tougher :(
Came in two days ago at night , I got a atraco burrito with guac rice bean and lettuce for me and my sister we both had food poisoning. I spent the two worst days of my life throwing up and in the restroom all day I literally thought I was going to die of the pain. The only same meal me and my sister had that day was chipotle and we both had the same experience no idea what food item could have cause this but as someone that works in the food industry food quality needs to be key and the modest important thing. People getting sick for something they pay is inaceptable I won’t ever in my life have chipotle and hopefully you guys take food safety more serious and don’t make anymore people sick again.
Do NOT go to this Chipotle on Preston Road. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employees are openly rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory. They serve customers with attitude, hostility, and complete lack of basic human decency. There is absolutely no professionalism, no kindness, and no respect in this place. Management is clearly failing. Complaints and feedback are ignored, and nothing changes. This location feels toxic, poorly run, and completely disconnected from what Chipotle claims to stand for. I would strongly warn anyone to stay away from this location. The environment is hostile, the service is humiliating, and it is not worth your time, money, or energy.
Did not let my son have rice on his quesadilla… the only location that has said this to us. They also dumped the rice back in the container after already touching it
Chipotle’s golden days seem to be over; the food quality now feels so poor you couldn’t find it even under a microscope. For today’s mobile order, we picked up a Veg Burrito Bowl and the high-protein, high-fiber bowl. The Veg Burrito Bowl was mostly rice with barely any fajitas or other toppings, and the high-protein bowl had hardly any chicken and was completely lacking in flavor. At this point, opening more locations doesn’t help if they keep serving such subpar food.
If I could give this -5 stars I would I will no longer be coming here again. Quality of the food has gone down hill. If I had extra time I would’ve turned around and returned everything I purchased. Spent $50.99 and was not worth the price at all. They are training someone new on the line I received a quarter portion of steak that I normally would get as a regular portion. I asked for a little more he gave me another tiny scoop and then they charged me for extra on both bowls. I didn’t mind paying but the fact that the steak tasted dry and burnt up like it was reheated from last night. Don’t come to this location if you expect high quality food from chipotle. There’s several other locations in the area that will get the quality right every time.
I understand that inflation is driving prices up, and I don’t mind paying more for good food. However, at this location, Chipotle bowls have not only gone up in price but also gone down in portion size. I love Chipotle, but this is by far the worst location when it comes to portions — I literally got half a spoon of chicken in my bowl. That’s unacceptable.
We've been Chipotle lovers for a long time, and if there's one thing I love most, it's the chicken bowl with white rice, beans, and guacamole. However, on June 3rd, my husband ordered our usual chicken bowl for lunch through DoorDash. When I got home and started on my lunch, I noticed that: 1) the chicken didn't even weigh 1 ounce, 2) the chicken was so burnt it and tasted like it was burned, and 3) the rice looked like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator, in balls, dry, and hard!! What happened guys? The concept is fresh food!! I understand that many food chains throw away food at the end of the work shift to ensure freshness, but serving food in poor condition goes beyond any quality control!! Don't be ashamed to ask the cook on duty for more protein and sides, and if it takes a while because they've been very busy, that's fine. We can and will understand the wait as long as we receive the quality we're paying for!!
First of all I came in and the man at the cash register, not sure if he was the manager but he was yelling at the ladies that were making the food infront of the customers. The person before me asked for half of one protein and half of another and the lady did as ordered and he said “TOO LATE YOU ALREADY DID IT!” and I didn’t really understand what he was talking about but he sounded rude. When I got up to the line I understood why… I asked for half Chicken and Half steak to which the person making my bowl nervously looked over at the large guy working the register and then looked back and me and told me “sorry we no longer do that”….. I looked this up and that IS NOT A REAL THING! Even the app lets you order half and half?! I wish I knew his name. He was the only white tall male with a crew of Hispanic workers at around 9pm on this date 01/13/25. It seemed like the workers felt uneasy around him. Y’all need to check it out. Update: the workers name was Daniel I believe.
INEDIBLE…... Brought a chicken bowl and it was completely inedible. The rice was completely raw tasted like plastic rice, very hard to chew , pinto beans were extremely salty and chicken Al pastor tasted weird. I bought chipotle after like 6 months after my bad experience last time and the food quality had degraded even more. Also , for people who don’t eat meat or prefer just chicken this is not the place for them because food is kept such a way that there is very high chance of cross contamination. I would not prefer or suggest going there after my recent experience.
Got a bowl, half chicken half steak, rice and lettuce. The guy that built the bowl (new, maybe?) created most of it and pushed it up to the guy running cashier. That guy told him, “that’s too much steak”. What?? It looked fairly reasonable to me (which is rare - I generally see them skimp on protein). I’ve questioned previous orders before, where they appear put well less than a half scoop of protein in the bowl. It’s a shame such a good restaurant is more interested in a couple less ”chunks” of protein than giving customers what they pay for and expect. This, and this alone, makes me question whether I’ll continue eating there. I’d seriously rather just go somewhere else, that gives me what I pay for (and then some), rather than trying to negotiate with the employee about another couple chunks of protein. So tired of this… If a couple extra chunks of protein are destroying your business, raise the price a bit. I’d rather pay an extra $0.20/$0.30 cents than have to negotiate a reasonable amount of protein. Geez… UPDATE: So, "owner" responded for me to reply to the general "contact us" website link. Nothing there applied to what I mentioned above so ... pointless. To reiterate, I would just like a reasonable amount of protein for the product that you're selling, without having to negotiate or hear others saying "that's too much .. <whatever>" -- not a big ask. Thanks!
