My visit was very pleasant. The staff is very attentive and friendly, understanding you with respect and patience. They ask what you prefer. We chose to eat outside, and although there was a little dust, they cleaned the table and provided excellent service. They told us about the daily specials, like the burger with water deal. The menu featured a salad with a picture, and I couldn't resist ordering it; I highly recommend it. It was salmon salad. Compared to other Toks restaurants, the portions are very generous, with good sides, excellent presentation, and great flavor and cooking. Your order takes between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on demand. A great feature is that the restrooms are located on the ground floor, which is perfect for people with disabilities. I would definitely go back, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The place is beautiful. It has an area with tables outside and umbrellas in a lovely garden, and a pet-friendly area. The building is like an old mansion, very beautiful. Inside, it's not very large because food is only served on the first floor; the restrooms are on the second floor. The menu is the same as all the toks, but the service and cleanliness are good. It's a quiet place with good music and beautiful facilities.

A very nice place to go for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The facility is beautiful. The service is excellent, especially from Miss Leticia. The food is delicious, even better tasting than other locations. Although it's a bit far from me, I will definitely visit this place again.

El lugar es muy bonito, con mucha historia y muy bien conservado, te traslada a otro espacio y no te sientes en la ciudad, es pet friendly y hasta comedor de animalitos hay, el pero que le pongo fueron los sanitarios de la terraza, estaban demasiado sucios y la comida fue muy poca la porción, pedí un pozole verde y traía 2 granos de maíz, 3 rebanadas de rábano y un poco de lechuga. En esta ocasión no me gusto el servicio del restaurante solo vale la pena el espacio.

Please if you come to this branch, be careful with the stairs because on the edge there is a kind of metal that cannot be distinguished from the stairs since they do not clean them, which makes it slippery and impossible to see. When I went for the first time and fell because of that, the Toks team saw me clearly and did not say anything or try to help.

I've visited Toks Huipulco multiple times, and although I'm a customer of the Toks chain, I always encounter the same dilemma, specifically at this location. The location is magnificent, but the food is never up to par. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is also impeccable, but the food is consistently of low quality. The seasoning is very poor and sloppy, and the dishes lack the flavor and quality that distinguish the brand. I've eaten at other Toks locations and know that the food quality should be higher. I hope they improve in that regard soon.
