Where to begin, everyone was so friendly there and the food and drinks came by quickly. The food was so good, me and my friend had a great time

I had to look for my waiter several times. It was very cold at our table and the New Orleans pasta was extra spicy for some odd reason.

Food is delicious, howerver service is always slow. the reason I come is the food and they are always nice. My hubby ordered the nachos in the appetizers section. The order so big enough for two people and they were delicious. I ordered chicken pecan salad with lime vinaigrette with honey croissants. So much food I took it home. If you don't mind the wait I recommend it. Pics are the nachos.

I got the lunch trio plate. It had a lot of food. Chicken strips were crispy Spinach dip was cheesy and warm Bacon cheese fries were yummy. I forgot to take a picture. The waitress was very pleasant and my food came in a timely manner. Oh and the famous honey butter croissant was delicious (I think I swallowed it whole).

Had a chance to visit one of my favorite restaurants Cheddar's the food was delicious as usual and the ribs were very good!!!! I had the strawberry lemonade which was very delicious I was hanging out with my family. We also had a nice waitress.

I've been dining at Cheddars since 2016 when I moved to Houston. Their food is very reasonably priced ( whoo hoo!), and their servers have always been wonderful. Just look at these sumptuous ribs just for one person! I split them in half and it was two meals.. that is, unless I was Fred Flintstone!

Always delicious. Wait is almost always 10-15 minutes but bar always has a free seats. Fast and friendly service. Yummy croissant with butter to start the whole meal.

Decided to try this place. We had a large party and were seated within 20-30 minutes. Which was reasonable for 12 guest. Our server was nice and patient with all of us. The croissants were super delicious!! The food was good. Would definitely return to try other options.

Love Cheddar's. This location is a great place for family dinning. The food is amazing and the service is even better. The place was clean and the wait for our food was minimal. And you have to save room for desert. This chocolate cake and ice cream was enough for two people to share. Stop by Cheddar's if you're in the Humble area

My server was Kaitlyn and I have to say I’ve never had a greater experience with a server before. She’s the best of the best and will be there even in busy times. She has the best taste in food and I’ll be sure to be here and tip greatly! She’s also very funny and charming, amazing server!

The food was nice and fresh! The Shrimp Alfredo with Broccoli was delicious! The Wisconsin Chedder Bites with a side of ranch were fried perfectly. I haven't been disappointed by this location yet. Our server Madison was on point, very attentive and friendly. Going early is best especially on the weekends and today considering it's Valentines Day!!

Great family place. My 9 year old has loved this place for years. The service is pretty good no matter which location you go to. You can also get a steak for less than $30. The croissants are delicious and the desserts are huge. My favorite is the chicken potpie.

You don't have to be a vegan to get a vegetable plate at Cheddars. Their side dishes are that good. I love the broccoli casserole. This location is very close to the airport. The atmosphere is ideal for business social or pleasure. Their alcoholic beverages menu is one of a few from a chain restaurant that tops my list. I like the tropical, colorful drinks topped with garnish. Shyre was very pleasant and friendly. The service was excellent.

I know it's a chain, but I like it. Been 3 times and enjoyed my meals each time. Had bad service the first time, but hey, everyone has an off day. The other two times were great. I've had steak which was good considering where I am eating it. The chicken Tenders are good and crispy. Fried shrimp as well as the grilled shrimp were both good. Had a few mixed drinks which I like alot. The Watermelon Vodka-rita was really a stand out. My wife liked the chicken Alfredo pasta enough to order twice

Hubby wanted to visit Cheddar's since he's never visited a Cheddar's before. I had doubts about visiting because I thought that their menu was very limited based on what I saw online. 👀 To my surprise, I was wrong. They have a very extensive menu with several options of entrées and drinks. The food and service is at the top, the atmosphere was a little on the dark side but there's lighting above each table for a more cozy intimate illusion. We'll definitely be visiting again.

If I could give Cheddar’s in Humble more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The moment we were seated, the staff made us feel right at home — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about our dining experience. Now, let’s talk about the food — hands down, everything was delicious! The honey butter croissants were pure perfection — warm, flaky, and drizzled in that heavenly glaze that melts in your mouth. They’re a must-have every single visit! The chicken fried chicken was golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired perfectly with that rich country gravy. The smothered beef tips over mashed potatoes with grilled onions and gravy was pure comfort food done right. And the bacon cheeseburger with loaded fries was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just the way we wanted. The portions were generous, the food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted like it was made from scratch — just like their name promises. The atmosphere was cozy, family-friendly, and filled with great energy. Our waitress was amazing with her bubbly attitude made our outing there even better. Our waiter was great even though it was busy he made sure to check on us to see how everything was & if we needed anything. Food was good & tasteful. The only thing I would say could be worked on a little bit was the floors being wet/slippery throughout the establishment although it was raining it can definitely be a safety hazard but overall 10/10

After hearing about this place by multiple ppl. I wanted to give it a try. So I ordered online late at night for curb side pick up. Good food, I'll definitely give it another shot. After all it's one of the only places you a get a Montecristo sandwich.

We ate here for dinner as a group during a break from a conference right down the road. The food was pretty good - you simply have to be ok with basic run-of-the-mill chain style offerings. Nothing bad, nothing exceptional but it is definitely reliable - which is saying something in and of itself. Our waiter Michael was great - super attentive and very friendly. He took great care of us!

Food came out hot and delicious. The honey butter croissants were amazing as always. Our server, Madison, was so sweet and attentive. It was super busy so food took about 30-45 min to come out, but it was hot and yummy. The only negative to our experience this time had nothing to do with Cheddar's. There were patrons sitting at the bar screaming their whole conversation for everyone to hear. It was hard to hear yourself think. So if you go, try to get seated away from the bar. Unfortunately, those were the only seats available at that time.

We had dinner here after traveling for 15 hours. We were pretty hungry so we ordered the cheese bites for an appetizer, along with the customary buttered bread. Both tasted just fine. I ordered the grilled salmon with steamed broccoli and a loaded baked potato. The salmon was overcooked but not dried out. My husband had the smokehouse burger and requested it be cooked to a medium. They did so, which is surprising. The food was adequate, not fantastic, but not terrible. Our server, Quentin, or "Q" was courteous, attentive, and willing to get our questions answered. He was the best part of our dinner. Thanks for a nice dinner to come home to!

Can anyone tell me why their green beans are sweet? Who puts sugar in green beans? The ribeye was just ok. Not much seasoning at all. The unsweet tea was good and the side salad was good except the tomatoes were kinda funky. The sauteed mushrooms had good flavor but they looked like they were canned and then cooked with some sort of seasoning. Food was just not worth the price.

We had a Christmas lunch with neighbor and her friends. The food is ok but the thing that is memorable is the crescent rolls with sweet butter drissel provided as soon as you get drinks. No mimosa avaliable. The training waitress squeezed my lemon and put them in my water so I had to ask for water with lemons on the side. They put us in the back so we could not worry about bothering others with our small gift pour out on the table and grab exchange. I think this chain needs a reboot. Nothing to write home about as far as atmosphere.

Since moving to Houston 5+ years ago, this had become one of my daughter and I’s favorite restaurants. Somewhere convenient to grab a bite and enjoy a refreshing drink for a reasonable price. The various food selections, beverages (alcoholic/non alcoholic), and service usually is quite pleasant. Tonight was our second night eating here within 3wks. Both times we’ve been disappointed. The croissants were not baked long enough. Tonight I actually had to ask for a different batch. Both visits the baked fish was over cooked and dry, the broccoli bland and crunchy, a steak very gamey (definitely needed to be cooked longer) so we end up not eating it at all. Overall it definitely gives different kitchen staff/cook(s) vibes. I will say the drinks and our waiter were very nice and pleasant…..they were the highlight of the visit🤗👍

My wife and I used to enjoy this location, but the service has taken a nose dive recently. We were at our table for 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, and it took nearly 10 minutes to get our drinks after ordering. They used to give complimentary croissants when you sat down, but we didn't get this until 5 minutes after ordering our food, which was nearly 10 minutes after getting our drinks. The waitress only checked on us once after serving our food. Thankfully, the food was as good as it has always been, and the staff, although slow, was friendly.

Even my white gravy tasted sweet. I had my wife taste them to be sure it wasn't just my taste buds. It wasn't. She had the chicken tenders platter which was fine. However, her trip to the ladies room found unacceptable conditions. The waste receptacle was overflowing, a sink was clogged with dirty, soapy water standing in it and the floors were wet. Overall, we weren't pleased with our experience this time. I dropped my rating from 5 *s to 3. Had this been our first trip here, we would have given it a one and not returned. However, since we had a good experience the first time, we might give them another try. Might.

We listened to a child's video game and tantrums throughout our entire meal, so the atmosphere was awful. Service was extremely slow. Our waiter was nice enough, but he never brought my iced tea and brought my husband's wine after we had received our meal. We were also charged for two additional glasses of wine which we didn't realize until my husband paid the machine at the table. This amounted to almost $20 difference. At first, they only offered us free desserts. We said not good enough. We settled for a $16 gift card which we will use at a different Cheddar's because this one is terrible. No drink, extra charges, slow service, unpleasant ambiance. 3 stars is being too nice.

The Philly cheesesteak from cheddars is my favorite. Their spinach dip is one of the best. Disappointed because of COVID they have/had a limited menu and this was not a dish that was/is offered currently. I opted for another dish on the limited menu and the server said “it will take us a long time to make it, because we currently do not have any”. So I just got chicken tenders and they were undercooked. I did not let the server know because she seemed like she was having a bad day. So we just finished and left. I was so disappointed that day because I had told my boyfriend “i’m taking you out to eat today” and i was so exited. Also this was his first time at Cheddars.

We went here during lunchtime but there was a short wait to get a table. We ordered $6.99 lunch combo. I got chicken noodle soup and my friend got house salad. They were absolutely delicious. And then we both get half of Southern chicken salad. It was really bad and too salty. We had to call our waitress to change us a different order. I ended up getting half of Cheddar’s club sandwich. Service was ok!

The spasagna was frozen in the middle for my two friends and my veggies were cold. My bourbon glazed salmon did not have the glaze on it and the croissants were cold as well

Haven't been since covid but the impact was great. The food was good and decent portions but our waitress wasn't socially inept so it impeded greatly on our experience. Also the croissants aren't good past cooling at the table.

Cheddar’s has a nice casual atmosphere and is a decent spot for a relaxed meal. The portions are generous and reasonably priced, which is a big plus. I especially liked the honey butter croissants — they were warm and delicious. That said, the service was a bit slow during our visit, and a couple of items came out lukewarm instead of hot. The food tasted okay overall, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. It’s not a bad place to eat, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d consider going back, though it wouldn’t be my first choice.

I like that their prices are affordable and the food is good... what I don't like is that the same thing happened to me the 2 times I've gone. The employees are good but it's unpleasant to be served by a person with a suffocating odor in their armpits... it takes away my hunger and makes me want to run away. They should be more attentive to the personal hygiene of their employees.

My waitress was excellent it was hamburger and fries that was cold an no seasoning, they added lettuce to my hamburger wen I ask no lettuce, I'm allergic, the little container of mayo I ask for extra looked like someone was digging out of it, I usually don't give restaurants another chance so I'll think about going back but only for the pot pie an croissants.

Food is good, the wait is not too long. During the afternoon the carry-out section is closed, you'll have to order from the bar, which can take a whike since the bartender has to attend to the customers. I called to make an order, thinking it was going to be ready when I got there. When I got there, I found out my order was actually not placed, had to re-order and wait 20 minutes, which was really annoying.

My last 2 visits HERE have been a waste of my money!!! Food quality POOR, not tasty or appetizing. The floor was dirty!!! The server was nice however it didn’t not make up for all the other things that were so terrible! I CAN’T!

We ordered to pickup and notice they were missing a whole meal. Had to wait for that to be corrected, no big deal, it got fixed. Got home notice I was missing half of my meal... too far to go back, not cool. I was missing chicken tenders; my daughter had some and didn't like hers. So I tried it to see what the big deal was... Once I tasted hers; I wasn't too mad about having to waste mines. They were so bland and tasted like cardboard. She couldn't even finish her meal.Then my wife had me taste her broccoli... once it hit my tongue, I had to spit it out. We were refunded my meal for their mistake ( I thought that was nice). Out of the experience, that was too many wrongs to make that right. All that money and most of us couldn't enjoy our meal.

I recently ordered the Chicken Tender Family Meal from Cheddar’s, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. While the ordering process was smooth and the staff was polite, the quality of the food itself really missed the mark. The sides were extremely skimpy and definitely not fresh. The mashed potatoes were thick, dry, and had the texture of something that had been sitting for a while. There was barely enough for two people, which is surprising considering it’s supposed to be a family meal. The broccoli casserole was another letdown. It was cold, and the broccoli itself was undercooked, making the dish unpleasant to eat. The chicken tenders were okay, but the sides are a big part of the meal, it felt rushed and poorly prepared. For the price and the reputation Cheddar’s has, I expected much better quality and consistency. Overall, the experience was far from satisfying. I’m hoping this was just an off day for the kitchen, because this meal didn’t reflect the standards Cheddar’s is known for. At this point, I’m not sure I’d order the family meal again unless improvements are made.

Then trying to check out, the kiosk on the table combined our book and the table behind us bill together. After 10 minutes the waitress brought us a corrected bill that was still incorrect. Worst experience ever. Not sure if our waiter wasn't expecting us to tip but he was not very attentive. He didn't ask to have our drinks refilled, and it was my husband's birthday. Husband requested for us to eat at Cheddar's as he has never ate here before, and it was a disgrace! I even asked our waiter to see if we can do something for my husband and he said yes at first, but took so long to even service us. It wasn't even that busy, is what gets me. The food was very dry and looked like my plate had been sitting in the kitchen for a good 30 min and brought out afterwards. This place has gone down so much. The Pain Killer was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. Sent it back and requested a patron margarita, and that tasted like tart syrup. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The burger had no seasoning and bacon was colder than the fries. I had asked for a to-go box but I was so disgusted, I just left it there because it wasn’t even worth bringing it home to reheat. How do you mess up a burger?? Y’all really need to do better and please don’t respond with “Oh no, that’s not good”, because if you were taking these reviews seriously, you would’ve made some improvements by now.

I called my phone in for pickup and was told how long it would be and when I arrived my 3 boxes were sitting on a counter around DIRTY DISHES and it was touching my boxes. Ordered takeout. Arrived prior to designated time. Food was brought put at time provided by restaurant. Arrived to my destination less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and all the food was cold. This is extremely disappointing.

I was taken to cheddars today 03/10/23 for my birthday by my son. I had received an email from Cheddars for my birthday for a free desert which was the cookie with ice cream. Anyways the service that we received from our waitress was horrible. She would disappear for quite some time, came once for a refill… I ordered a Margarita I even showed her the picture, and she still brought me the wrong one. My son wanted to split the bill using his debit card, then the other half in cash. So he pays half of the bill on the black payment box on the table which was $42.06…leaving him to pay $42.06. The waitress then brings him another bill now this time it’s for $72.00. So we ask for the manager and no manager to be found she gets the kitchen manager. And she says she made a mistake but you’ll have to pay the $72.00. My son tells her I already paid half I’m not going to pay $72.00…that’s crazy! So we pay her the other half in cash and leave. As soon as we get half way down the street…my son was charged for 23.00. I This is so ridiculous I will NEVER eat at Cheddars again!! Especially on 1960 & 59. Worst birthday ever!!!!!!!

The greeter looked disinterested. He couldn’t speak loud enough. Once we sat down that was it. Nobody came for service it was over 20mins to 30mins. The atmosphere was uncontrolled, and when we finally got up and left because nobody came to service us, the greeter stayed with his face down on his cell phone as we walked out, never coming back.

Ordered broccoli cheese casserole and it was very dry! My first time ever complaining about cheddars casserole! Then when requested for it to be replaced they said that all of it was dry they also said that we was not the first person to complain about it. So if you've had multiple complaints wouldn't you think that you should fix another batch well not the case here. Wow unbelievable. Won't be returning. Also our dishes stayed on the table the whole time that we received it nothing never was once picked up from the table not a glass not a plate nothing. Bad bad bad.

This was probably the most worst meal we’ve ever had in the Fort Myers area! It also started with our entering the restaurant the The hostess was talking to us as we entered the door and she was rudely interrupted by some server who seemed to have had an emergency of some sort. She didn’t say excuse me or anything and then she got nasty and yelled at me telling me that I was rude because I interrupted her. We were waiting to be seated. My mom was hungry. We called ahead and told them we needed a table for two. Do they have availability? Yes they did. Then we got sat at a booth because they didn’t have any tables. They had decided to take all the tables and make a 16 top in the middle of the restaurant. I never saw this before at this restaurant I hate to continue, but I guess I have to when the croissants came. They were hard as a rock. They were overcooked dark brown. I ordered a cup of tea, hot water. I had my own teabag, but there was no spoon to be found. Mom ordered the Potato soup that she’s always loved at this place. It was like gravy. They had left it on the stove too long. It was Like glue. Anyway, I had a salad and the dressings they had offered. The blue cheese was just like this liquid watery and the balsamic was the same way so I asked the manager cause she came to the table to check on us if she had oil and vinegar. I thought well that would be the safest thing except when the oil arrived at the table it was watered down or maybe it was wesson vegetable oil, but it wasn’t olive oil. The best thing about this experience was Jazz the server he was a friendly kind replaced the croissants, but he can’t fix the restaurant. We don’t recommend this location.

After being sat at our table, no drink orders were taken and no server came by to take our order for well over 30 minutes and the place wasn't even packed. Even after ordering an appetizer on the tablet, and the person that brought it out told us that she'll see what's going on, nobody came by. I had the call a server button clicked and the tablet was blinking for quite some time well within view of the floor. Multiple servers would walk past and not a single one even batted an eye as they walked past us.

My granddaughter and I went to eat dinner, the food was brought out in 5 mins and it was cold, the croissants were burnt. We sent the food back though and requested they cook our food fresh

My steak was charred badly, My friend had ravioli noodle in her potato, And it was a nat that came out of the cake with ice cream. I will not be coming back to this location in Humble tx.

I can't believe we did not get attended by any waiters at this cheddars 4 to 5 waiters doing nothing and just talking and waiters passing by n didn't even bother ask if we were attended , n they looked at us for nothing, they could not figure out to help us and we stay 16-20 minutes completely ignore .... so we came Jimmy's John's attended us way better than cheddars... normally we spend about at cheddars between $65 to$90 depending especially when we are drink, I was very disappointed

Well, the drinks are nasty here I order like three drinks back to back and they all taste the same nasty it almost taste like if the dishes weren’t washed right completely also I took my waiter three dollars even though she didn’t even come to my table not even once to ask if we need anything else or we were OK bad waitressing bad service and just totally bad drinks. They need to do something about their drinks because pregnant and I don’t know if anybody else tasted the drink so yeah please fix your drinks fix your drink drinks, and don’t be critics

Went to have lunch to celebrate my son‘s birthday, appetizers were OK. The food got there and looked all delicious. Once I started eating my plate. I noticed the cheese broccoli casserole had a coating of cheese, which I thought it was cheese, but it ended up being plastic full-size piece of plastic in it. My waiter was very nice and apologized. I did not want to make a scene. Of course it was my son’s birthday the manager on duty, which was two of them Leo and Reagan, Not one of them attempted to come over and apologize To us at the table, but when we were leaving, I noticed they were sitting down with the computer not far from our table ,,will not be returning at all very unprofessional and overall Unsanitary And just to be clear, I did pay for the whole entire meals.

The staff at the bar seemed to be reluctant to take my carry out order this Saturday evening. It wasnt that busy, yet it was almost as if they were ignoring me as I sat there waiting for one of them to approach me. While they took the time to accommodate the other patrons, I always had to somehow get their attention to get something. Overall, based on their behavior, I get the feeling I was being judged, and subsequently treated differently than the other patrons for some reason. I don't think Ill be returning to this establishment.

Who serves cold cookie with cold ice cream? I have good stories of going out to Cheddars with friends; enjoying cheap drinks and good eats and stayed well under $25. Food would come out fresh, with large portions. Now the portions are large and not memorable. Where is the PASSION!? Just throw the entire restaurant away! My last $72 you guys will see. Sweet server.

3 adults ordered 2 fried shrimp plates. 1 ordered fish and shrimp. Everything that was fired was cooked way to fast texture was awful. Didn't have time to being up to management and team stopped for a quick bite.. Best part we're our appetizers.. Won't be coming back any time soon. Even the croissants were hard.

I noticed this Cheddar's franchise while in the area and felt immediate nostalgia; Cheddar's was our go-to celebration/night-out spot in my college years, many miles and years from here. Atmosphere was good, and service was fantastic. I ordered my usual college-days regular, lemon-pepper chicken beasts, but skipped the appetizer to save room (and calorie budget!) for the dessert that lured us there in the first place, back in the day: the Monster Cookie (formerly known as the "Cookie Monster," but as Cheddar's grew, they must have had trademark concerns!). The lemon-pepper chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious, as were the sides. Cheddar's was headed for a 5-star review. Then my Monster Cookie came out. 😞 The brilliance of this dessert was always that the cookie didn't go into the oven until the customer ordered. It came to the table still piping hot from the oven, the ice cream topping quickly cooling the dish as it melted, into a gooey delight. We'll, Cheddar's menu still says the dish is "cooked to order," but mine was clearly not. The cookie wasn't hot. It wasn't even warm. It was room temperature, and going stale. I mean, if they were going to cheat on the "cooked to order," you'd think they'd at least pop it in the microwave and pretend! But the kitchen obviously didn’t care. For ruining my meal and my trip down memory lane, dessert turned this into a 1-star review.

The food was fine but our server was extremely slow, took 1 hr and 15 minutes to even come out and our drinks, which were just water, soda, and juice, took 30-45 minutes to just even come out. The server never truly attended us and other table by her that come before us immediately got there stuff while we are still waiting. I had to call over a different server twice for my gravy she said she will get and our desserts as well. Only when the other server was notified that she even came out to give our stuff. Our total time we had to stay in this restaurant was 2 hours, when it should’ve been 1 hour max. Terrible waitress, management needs to have a talk with her. The Webster Cheddars is way better with better service.

I'll be honest, I use to come to this location WEEKLY back in 2021, I returned today and I can't even believe it is the same establishment. Even the crossiants were cold lol usually that sweet butter is melted to perfection, instead a cold drizzle drawn onto them like some arts and crafts... Come on now... I got the lemon pepper chicken and it was dry, the rice under was cool and the bacon on my baked potatoe was chewy. I just told them to please take it off. For my daughter, I asked the server because my daughter likes medium well, pink and brown in the center, if she should order it normal or medium, she said medium and it came out chewy and BLOODY, had it remade and it was extra well lol guess you can't win there. The tenders were warm too for my moms steak and tenders, they weren't even hot, including in the trio.. I'm not sure if this is a matter of food sitting or their warmers not working properly because I could of just went to golden corral for some warm to cool food lol. This wasn't up to even the lowest standard. Our appetizer was the trio and the queso had that layer of cheese at the top that only forms if it was sitting there.. lol I can't even deal yall.... the broccoli and cheese casserole was really dry too. I am not sure what's going on.. The restrooms weren't even maintained..got poop stains on the seat and trash filling to the brim. Plus, the walk way to get to the restroom smelt like urine. As I'm leaving, more then half the customers had half a plate, signing checks, no to go boxes. I could just tell people weren't feeling it. I don't think I'll ever return lol it just wasn't good, not even decent. We had one round of refills because WE asked, lol and the table stayed dirty.
