I've visited this particular location many times after my husband gets off work from the airport. Always fresh food. Always friendly staff. I love Sonic's variety of food and drink choices - especially their shakes! Highly recommend this location.
The manager Dralynn was very nice to me. He is very professional and sweet. I asked for a fresh burger patty he made sure everything was fresh. He even brought my food out personally. This sonic is doing a great job.
First time getting breakfast here. The food was fresh and hot and a wecome change from the usual. Tots instead of the hash browns served at other places was a great difference. The drive-thru person was friendly and provided great service. Best experience at this restaurant I have ever had
They made my sandwich exactly how I asked for it to be. And the onion rings were amazing, cooked to perfection. Excellent visit.
Decided to stop around midnight on 1/10-11 since we had just finished at a get together and had over an hour and a half to get back home. The staff here were all attentive, friendly, and smiles all around. Didn't get upset that we ended up with three separate orders for one car. Would highly recommend this place for a late night snack stop.
Sonic was actually very customer service very nice. The food was great. The establishment was clean. People had their uniforms on. Everything seem to be great. I will recommend family and friends. Thank you.
The slushie options are great. I asked for blue raspberry, strawberry, needs and extra flavoring. I call this drink "the diabetus". Unfortunately, I actually got diabetes as a result. Great slushies tho.
I ordered sausage egg & tator tots in a burrito. Dude brings out this 1/2 ass burrito. So I open it up and there was barely any meat and literally 3 tator tots on there. I said really bro....smdh....never again
I initially left a bad review. Since then, I've come back to this location a few times. Every time the service has been good, the food has been good, no complaints. They definitely addressed the issues I had.
i just come for the drinks, but it’s a good place.
The only lady working was patient and super nice! Understaffed and extremely slow but the lady that took our order seemed nice! She was literally the only person working so the slowness was understandable. The owners need to do a better job on hiring because this poor lady was working all alone!
Fast, easy ordering during the day, night crew are awful. They'll leave you sitting at the speaker forever and when you pull up to the window they're too busy on their phones and goofing around. I always worry about them spitting in my drinks.

This place was not good fries were overcooked the tater tots were overcooked the weenie was undercooked in the hot dog I don't know it made me not want to go back to Sonic again but not all sonics are the same
At the drive thru now, no greeting, no hello, just a dreadful voice that immediately said “hold on” ... waited like 2 min before anyone came back and said ‘may I take your order?” ... I wanted to leave but I had my kid in the back seat who wanted sonic really bad. I stayed.. placed my order and she said “anything else?” .. added a blast.. and I got “anything else?” again.. it seems they are annoyed to be there or super unhappy they work there, environment seems so upside down, negative vibes. Oh and they forgot my ranch.. which when I walked to the window to get them and even that lady seemed mad that I asked for sauce.. update: I’m giving them 2 additional stars due to the sonic blast being made perfectly. It had the right amount ice cream, not too much whip cream like most Sonics do, and just the right amount of candy. 👌🏽
I pulled up to the park and order and she asked me to move to the drive… they couldn’t quit quite keep it together .. not very efficient
We waited over 15 min for 2 drinks… Looked like only one guy was working…. Not his fault, but still we were almost late to an appointment. He did give us coups for our next drinks… thank you!
We ordered 7 drink and did not received any straws. We realize it until we drove off.
We were a little disappointed in this location. When the girl brought the drinks out, she didn't even bring straws or mention them. (We were sitting at one of the tables they have.) She told us she would bring our food out in a minute. As she was walking away I had to ask for straws. Then when she brought us our food, we didn't get the sauce that we ordered. The mozzarella sticks and the pretzel were way over cooked. The cheese sticks had the cheese coming out of all of them and the pretzel was very brown and was harder....not a "soft" pretzel. I then had to ask her for napkins. We didn't get any in the bag. Very disappointed.
Everytime I come to this location, they mess up my order. Not only that, you have to wait at least 15 mins to even place your order. Then when you do, you have to wait a long time for it to come. When I went to this location, there was only a few cars there, so I don't know why it took them that long. Before this, I hadnt been in 5 months. They need to do better than what they are doing.
Have been here a few times. Sometimes parts of my order is missing. I think the food is okay but realized that all of the chili dogs my family was eating looked off. The color of the dog was green grey to pink (pink being the center).

Last four visits trying to give second chances. Can't get an order right the first time. Chili cheese tots were not hot. Tots tasted like old grease. Chili tasted like it should have been thrown out the week before. I don't go to this Sonic anymore. It's a waste of my money.
I ordered the boneless fried chicken wings with bbq sauce combo and..... They were soupy (drowned in so much sauce I needed a spoon) and really hard/stale with... No meat inside. I literally don't blame the workers I think Sonic just had no idea how wings should be cooked or how they should taste. Lol But the service was great and fast.
Unfortunately, this place is old and run down. The drive thru is a painful process, and the parking spaces are often taken by the employees. Aside from the location being in a bad area, the staff seems unprofessional and indecent.
I ordered other food. I ordered a double burger with onions only. I received a single cheese with no onions. I asked them to remake. Guess what a single no cheese with 4 pieces of onions. Come on boys you can do better. I will report to the corporate office tomorrow. You weren't even busy!!!!
Horrible service,building is getting worse and looks like it’s about to fall down. Hardly any of the drive in intercomes work.Takes ten minutes just to get someone to answer the intercom and then another ten just to order one pretzel and two drinks. People are very rude even though they have a high overturn of employees.
I never learn my lesson. I come once a year to see if things have improved. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to, and I've lived all over the country. It's like they train their carhops to be rude. Tonight they acted like taking my family out for shakes was such a huge inconvenience for them. If making 8 shakes and remembering to make all of them is so difficult, maybe a career as a walmart greeter would be a better choice.
All of the parking stall screens are either broken or turned off except for the ones with employee cars parked there. They force you to go through the drive thru even though plenty of people inside. I understand the current situation, but other locations still wait on customers at the stalls.
I just placed a online order and ordered mozzarella sticks, tots, brownie chocolate chunk blast add banana fruit.when I received my order the gentleman as very polite but my blast unfortunately didn’t have bananas and my mozzarella sticks the cheese wasn’t melted enough but the tots were delicious!!
This sonic was the worst sonic you could possibly order from they were extremely rude, I odored 5 times still got my order wrong. I'm not even over exaggerating I'm being honest , I have gave Sonic a chance 3 times and every time my food was cold wrong order they cant even get a drink order right how hard is it to make a Lg coke with extra cherry not hard at all or a Cherry Limeade I worked at Sonic it is not hard the Worst Sonic ever I will drive further down to the next one this one is not worth stopping for basically giving your money to the trash and the wait itself extremely long and when they correct your order even longer!
I order online so my food will be ready by the time I went to pick it up. It took them 15 minutes to give me my order even though I put an specific time to pick it up. I think the people that was ordering at the drive through were getting the order faster!!!
Everytime I stop at this Sonic I regret it but yet here we are . The food is always disgusting. They either make the food sloppy or wrong. I didn’t even eat it this time because it looked so unappealing. The service always sucks , or they are always out of something . Would NOT recommend! I wrote a review this time to remind myself to keep driving. I would rather starve then eat here again.
Rushed service. Asked for cherry limeade.. gave me a strawberry drink.. asked for reuses Pieces Blast.. had a attitude a s said they didn't have ice cream! They are just too lazy to make it! Never come here! A bunch of young kids that don't care about quality customer service. This location used to be really great.. not now!
Food wasn't fresh at all, tasted like it was fried in old oil. They took 25min to give us our order, workers were complaining. Just always a terrible experience when it comes to the freshness of the food. I prefer to drive a little firther and visit the one on Aldine Westfield near Hardy.

I sat for 10 minutes after pushing the button for the employee to look at me in the ugliest way and asked me to move to drive-thru so I did and apologized for being in the wrong and she didn’t say anything.. then she had me waiting in the drive-thru for 5 minutes and when she finally spoke she seemed so annoyed at me. I drove down to another Sonic after that and they were completely opposite there. Please get rid of the African American girl who worked night shift on 8/22/2021. She lacks customer service skills and needs more training.
Bad service dirty ice machine
I normally don’t do this but the quality of food and its preparation is very poor. Ordered onion rings and they were soggy. Bun on my burger was also soggy. This location had to do better!
Officially boycotting this location. Recent visits have resulted in me leaving empty handed. First, it was the slush machine wasn’t working. Next time, it was no slushes plus no mango flavor. Tonight it was no ice cream for shakes. We are done.
Never stocked up on anything, you push the button and it takes long for someone to take your order. They took my order half way, never even let me finish ordering, just disappeared. Waited 15 minutes for 5 slushies. They brought the wrong order. Very unorganized and not professional. Ghetto! Smh. Dony go to this location!
Hands down the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Even to just to get drinks I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes for them to be brought out. Time management is not a strong suit of this location. Half of the stalls don’t have functioning screens and there is never any signage on them to prevent people from pulling in. I’ve never had a decent experience here.
I went through the drive throw. I went to order my food and immediately had a horrible greeting. Whitney is the person who greeted me I told her what I wanted to order then was served the wrong food on top of her bringing it out to me still being rude. Idk what the policy is but I know it’s not being nasty to people for no reason I will never return back to this sonic again.
This sonic is horrible we waited for over 40 mins for our food then ask for condiments and the girl with the blue braids ignored us knowing she heard me loud and clear i will definitely like to know who owns this place you have customers spend their hard earned money here but have employees that don’t know what customer service is you need to reevaluate the type of people you have working for you and hire people that actually wants to work and have respect mind you it was less then 5 cars at the time I placed my order smdh
I really thought this place had changed since I went 2 and half years without going back I was sooo wrong. I had told the lady I had 2 separate orders one I was paying cash and the other a credit card. The cash order was brought out last and I order that one first and the credit card order was brought out first they forgot my shake and ranch for my cheddar peppers,didn't receive and straws for my drinks the peppers were fried to hard the cookie dough blast was a peanut butter cookie dough blast at the bottom it was peanut chucks. I have had enough of this sonic location I would prefer to go out of my way to the one near imperial valley & 1960
I usually don't post reviews but after this being the 3rd time we have had a problem at this location I feel other people should know to find another sonic to go to. Today we waited at the drive thru window for 25 minutes! I counted my items and left as I was frustrated with the wait. When I opened the wrapping for my burgers I find we were given a chicken sandwich instead of a cheeseburger. When I opened the wrapping of the cheeseburger there was ketchup on the top of the bun and mustard all over the wrapping. Our fries and tater tots were burnt and cold .
Nope, nope and nope! Kids standing around, playing around. When coming to the speaker they ask repeatedly what your order is. Screen said “ Nyah is on the way” waited and waited. Nyah never showed. I’ll be calling management…. Not sure if it will help so I guess corporate would be my next step. This type of service is RIDICULOUS! Come on, we know this may not be these kids’ future permanent spot but at least have some dignity and act like you want to keep your job…. It’s called work ethic.
Once again we got to this location to get a late night snack and no food!! The drive thru says Drinks Only. This happens nearly every time we go to this location. Other times we go and try for ice cream and Gilles what??? Ice cream machine is being cleaned. Isn’t that what your major seller is?? So aggravating!!!😡😡 I’m honestly not sure why we still try. It’s almost a game now, we place bets on our way as to wether they have anything abt.
If I could give zero stars I would, this place is awful. $5 for a crap burrito. Not to mention ordered an ice coffee and tasted off, took the lid off and it smelled rotten. Mind you I have been to this location several times and it’s just get worse every time. Never really see many cars yet it’s always a long wait.
Premises look clean, no litter. Ordered food was frustrating, music was too loud and had to repeat several things. Brought order out short 1 dring, had to pull back into lot for it. Ordered chicken strip basket with gravy, came without it. No onion ring either. Had to return again 🙄 for the gravy... it's the whole point. Only positive is the burger and tots were perfect 👌. Oh, and no applesauce for the kids meal. Update; If the franchise owner cared at all they woukd be reading their reviews and making corrections. This whole "escalate to franchise owner" game is as stale as the lazy help.
The worst service ever! I asked for easy ice... only to get a cup full over ice. I paid for bacon which there wasn't any on my burger. I also waited almost 15 minutes for my food to be brought out to me only to receive fries that were beyond room temperature. The entire order was horrible... the lettuce was old and wilted. I ended up just canceling my whole order smh
This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to. Each trip here is 40 minutes or longer. They have miss made my order both times. It looks like a few young people working and they are incredibly understaffed. It's worth just going somewhere else.
Sooooo we normally get slushes because that's all I like. My husband gets other things not I. So tonight I went and got 2 route 44 strawberry slushes with extra strawberries and got my daughter the corn dog kids meal with a blue raspberry slush. I get home my husband said he already had gotten us slushes I'm like cool put them in the freezer. So he goes to drink it and starts coughing I asked what's wrong he said taste this slush. I immediately took it away. It taste like melted sugar mixed with liquid sugar and Xtra sugar strawberry flavor that they frozen and they tried to make a slush. That was not a slush it was the worst and a waste of money. One sip taste like it would put you in diabetic shock. That's was a waste and to add my daughter asked my why was her food hard and cold. Never again
Both times we stopped here our order was messed up. Ordered popcorn chicken with honey mustard, they didn't have anymore popcorn chicken so just decided on their own to give us strips (no money back and the popcorn chicken is more money..) and then don't give us our sauces. Last time, they shorted us mozzarella sticks and cream cheese icing. Why is it so hard to read a screen and bag the items properly or at least double check the order?? This one star is generous.
My husband and I had the absolute worst experience. Nyah provided us with the ultimate worst client service ever. No greetings, cold and reheated food, no apologies, lots of attitude. We had to come back to return the food. She made us wait so long even though the food had been ready. I will not return to this location.
This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to! The drive up stalls “don’t work” and they make you use the drive thru. Half the time they can’t make shakes or blasts. There are never enough employees. We ordered a big scoop cookie dough blast and we got a cup with Oreos and a scoop of cookie dough at the bottom covered in a blob of ice cream. When I told her we ordered a blast her response was “I know. It’s in there.” This location would be better off closed in my opinion or go under new management with an extreme overhaul.
Who knew they closed down literally everything hours before close. Drive through only after 7? Drive through only? Never heard of a sonic being so careless and lazy. Would not recommend this location at all. Orders are never right and food tastes old. The owner needs todo everyone one q favor and either hire a completely new component crew or just close down this location.
I ordered from here drove up and seen the lady stick her hands without gloves in them strawberries. I drove right off. This place give you cold food they customer service is horrible. No one asked you to work here people chooses they own career. They need to do better and actually get people that wants to work and love there job.
Waited in the drive through to order my food for almost 5 min..no one came on the inner com, so I pulled to the window. Young girls inside ignored me for another 4 min, then 1 came to the window with an attitude like I did something wrong. Said she didn't hear me on the inner com and was very busy but only 3 cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive through. Finally ordered, was even nice about the long wait but no apologies and very rude employees. Last but not least I seen 1 counting money in the drawer and when I paid for my food she said she didn't have change so had to use my cc. These 2 employees had poor customer service and lack people skills.
Service is always extremely slow. I was once the only customer and it still took them 10 minutes to get me a simple bacon and egg burrito. The lady who works the drive-thru is also rude. The tipping point was today when they forgot the bacon in my bacon and egg burrito. The food is decent (when it eventually gets to you and matches what you ordered) but the service is just plain bad all around. This was an extremely convenient fast food place for me to get lunch, but I'm never going back here.
Wish I could give no stars. The people are rude and they are always running out of everything "since this morning" how hard is it for them to write on the menu. "There sold out." It's rude how your trying to order something they are always saying "is that it.... is that it...." you should not be working there if you are going to keep saying "is that it?" After I am trying to see what else I want. And it's always young people that say that. I am never going to your fast food restaurant again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The carhop was RUDE. didn’t have a mask on. Maybe if you don’t like your job, don’t work here. Rolled her eyes when she didn’t bring us the proper drink. Asked for ketchup twice and didn’t bring it. I came to this same location years ago and it’s in the same condition. Disgusting. The fries and tots we ordered were obviously old and they threw them back in the fryer to make them look fresh. Just disgusting overall
Me and my gf ordered 2 Sonic Cheeseburgers. The tomatoes and lettuce obviously weren't fresh because they were browning. It was disgusting. Before that discovery, we received the wrong order. And waited over 30 minutes for our food. Worst experience ever! And it's not even my first bad experience with this location! Shut it down!
I am not an impatient person, but this location took way too long to even take my order tonight resulting in me just driving off. I was waiting right up to 20 minutes. When i first pulled up i saw it was 3 cars already parked. Okay, i am not tripping at this point & started playing with my kid in the back seat. When ALL 3 cars left, the button was still flashing red. I saw employees in the building talking an none of them bothered to take my order. As I was literally backing up a woman comes on the intercom an say go threw the drive thru. No thanks! It’s obvious they did not want my money so i went elsewhere. Will not return to this location and DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This location on 1960 close to Lee Rd is awful! Several times I have been thru there and only one person was working (kinda felt sorry for them) Today I pulled into a stall, pressed the button and waited. Then I noticed the button didn't work so I moved to the stall next to it. Pressed the button and waited. Never took my order. Pulled out to go through the drive thru. Delayed taking my order. One car in front of me. Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a pretzel. 12 of that was after the car in front of me left. Saw another couple getting their money back for a messed up order it appeared they didn't want to fix. Service is definitely extremely slow and fairly lousy! Watch people inside just walking around chatting and goofing off. I will not be going back to that Sonic any time soon!! Not until it gets a workforce remodel!!
THE WORST!! If people truly reviewed this place for what it is then this sonic would have Zero stars. My food came 30mins after the screen said Mariah was on her way and then I was given the wrong order! You can see inside the kitchen that the teens are just on their phones and not caring about the customers. There is clearly no authority figure here that shows them how to run a business. The “owner” just keeps responding that they apologize for the service but nothing is being done about it. This place needs new management ASAP
7 years later and y'all still suck. Get off your phone kids... stop losing people's orders and then making bad drinks on top of that. Everything is always broken or they are out of something like today they are out of onion rings... ice cream machine has been broken for who knows how long. Service is sub par at best, Unacceptable!
Why would Sonic have a sign advertising a product, and when you order it, they’ll say “uhhh… we don’t sell it”? I’ll take my money elsewhere then.
This places pisses me off everytime. I waited 15 minutes and no answer from a stall then moved to another one and waited 5 more minutes before finally giving up. The drive thru was moving so I placed my drink order there. Took 30 minutes to get a drink order. They seriously need some training on how to deal with an increase in orders. Your focus can't only be the drive thru when people are wanting to eat there. Wasted my time just waiting. Learn to manage your time or lose more customers.
First time coming to this location. We sat at the intercom for awhile before someone even said anything. There were no other cars in the drive through and I could see the employee in the window staring at us with their arms crossed. Why don’t you say something?! Weirdo. Also, we went specifically for a new shake that was being advertised on YouTube. It took 15mins after we ordered to get our shakes, and they were warm and soupy. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location next time instead of wasting my time and money on this location.

Very unprofessional!!! I was in the drive through, and the employees didn’t answer the intercom system, and I had to drive around to the window. When I drove to the window, three employees made eye contact, Looked at me, and laughed. They didn’t ask to take my order or anything. Employees inside actually looked and laughed as I was at the window in my car. Embarrassing and Deplorable to the Sonic Brand!! Don’t Eat Here!!
Was unpleasantly surprised to see my food had rotten lettuce on my burger. It made me suspicious enough to check the rest of the food including the hotdog my daughter already starting eating and found her hotdog looked like it was severely undercooked. Really hoping this doesn’t make my her sick. On top of that, they only filled the fries about halfway which is nothing compared to the other issues but thought it was still worth mentioning.
So this said choose your sauce. Lady came up and said it comes with gravy... Anything else charges a fee. Really 🤔 clearly says, choose your sauce. I clearly didn't choose anything? And she didn't give me my change either. I usually tip but if you assume and not give me anything back.. not coming back. Good there chicken and gravy is terrible. Whataburger way better. 1 napkin btw for this meal.. really.. plus why not even bother asking what type of sauce I like.. plus was given attitude when she couldn't hear me on there intercom and she she replied can the DRIVER order. I had to yell into the intercom and said I am the DRIVER. Last for visits from different locations all been terrible. Will say I'm not coming back anytime soon.
Ordered a footlong coney and they gave me 2 regular coneys and the mozzarella sticks were severely undercooked and the drinks were wrong luckily I paid with a gift card and unfortunately I’m not getting that back

715pm We were placed on hold for someone to pretend to attempt to take my order only to turn the speaker off after them taking other orders after I arrived and activated my button. About 5 minutes later, you hear employees playing on the headset still telling me to hold on. They only started to take my order after getting upset and answered the speaker with an attitude..I no longer had an appetite to deal with that type of foolishness. To add, they weren't busy, we were the 3rd car there
Everytime I go sonic at this location n other humble locations they all are no good! The food is cold or drinks are wrong. Then they always closed n their menu red button to order never works or anything. When u order ice cream or shake they either say we don’t have it or it’s down or ice cream taste like it’s been sitting out for sometime! I haven’t been to this location in a year! Waste of time
Waited almost my entire lunch break to get my food. Do yourself a favor go to the Jack-in-the-Box next-door. They’re much faster and have better customer service. Decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and go through the drive-through to see if it was faster to get my food when I tell you I don’t understand how you can mess up a chili cheese tater tot is beyond me. I will not be going back to the sonic I do not recommend anyone else go to the sonic.

Came here last night around 11:10p to get a ICED COFFEE. The coffee was TERRIBLE!! Tasted like it had been sitting all day. Such a waste of my money & time considering I had to wait in line for 20mins. If it weren’t 6 cars behind me when I pulled out of drive thru I would have returned it and asked for my money back. Same goes for the frito pie, wayyyy too much cheese.. just wasn’t good.
I ordered two drinks through the app and still waited 20 minutes to get them at the stall. There was no line and only two other cars at stalls so I don’t know what the issue was. I pressed the red button and was told they’d be right out but still waited another ten minutes. If I hadn’t order on the app I would have just pulled off. A car pulled up after we’ve been there 20 minutes and was gone within 5 minutes. Ridiculous.
This sonic is horrible it took 10 mins just for the cashier to hand me a ketchup packet.
Every time I come to this location I feel like the employees are irritated that we had the nerve to ask for service from them they always say very irritated and tend to be rude at times. The food is about average for Sonic . Is the employees and didn't have an attitude every time, my review would be way better. I will give the young girl who works the drive through props. She seems to be the happiest employee. Updated review try them again, went in for just a coke. Took to 10 minutes to run my card after she took it from me. After seeing other reviews this makes me very uncomfortable.
Drove from Southside of airport then waited for 20 minutes and they still didn't have a single slushie ready with only 3 cars including me.. and they wanna get mouthy when u ask whats taking so long
I ordered online & when I checked in I waited about 15 minutes. Then I’m handed my shakes & they were watered down. When I asked “are they suppose to be like this” I was told they were sitting for bit!! I won’t be returning!!!
Bought A Oreo Blast Today. Got A Cup Of Vanilla Whit Crumbled Pieces Of Chocolate Cone On Top. Ask The Sonic Employee If There Were Oreos Mixed In The Ice Cream Because It Did Not Looked Like It. She Said They Were Cookies In There. But There Was Not😧. Im Tired Of Being A Victim Lol. I Guess I Just Wont Be Going Back. Called Customer Service To Verify That The Oreo Blast Should Have Cookies In The Ice Cream. They Said That It Most Definitely Should And That They Would Adress The Situation. Ice Cream Went Straight In The Trash. My 5yr Old Said It Tasted Funny.
How this place is still open is a wonder. TRASH. Trash food, Trash service. I legit go MAYBE once a year in hopes that management has actually done something to the place to make it run better. Gets worse every time. Why is there a 20 minute wait on a milkshake? How is there chili cheese fries with no chili? How is there 5 plus employees just sitting around on their phones while only one is halfway working? Problem starts at the top, if corporate and managers don't care, why would minimum wage employees care?
Zero Stars is what I wanted to put. I can definitely see why so many Sonic locations have gone out of business. The service is horrible. Pulled up to a stall, pushed the button and had to wait for almost 3 minutes for someone to take the order. Told then the first item and was in the process of saying what else and then they just left. Never said anything else. Pulled around to drive thru and the employee (Dralynn per name in receipt) acted extremely annoyed that he had to help us. After placing the order and giving our gift card to pay, it took him 5 minutes to return the card and give us our 2 items. The restaurant was not busy at all. The wrap was alright. The ice cream cup was melted. Zero Stars all the way for this location and experience.
I'm here asking for a double cheese burger and they give me a kids burger I didn't say it. Manager gave me lip and said in the background what else does he want in a sass manor. They told me to pull around to the front so they can retake my order. I guy that never took my order in the first place helped me out. His service was great. He defused the situation fine although it took a while. Mark is his name. And someone pulls up next to come and find out she was having bad service as well. And just said "forget it, I don't want it" while driving off. Mark deserves to be a manager over the other two females that are working with him. Came back some years later, and service is the worst. They don't answer their call box for chit, takes forever to get someone to assist in ordering. EVEN MORE TIME TO GET THE FOOD OF COURSE.
Pretty sure one of the workers stole my card info in the drive thru. I always use Apple Pay and today was the only time I used my card in months and it was at this sonic. 7 hours later, a charge was made with my card for DoorDash (not me!). It can’t be a coincidence and on top of that, my food was old, cold and stale. I’m never coming here again 🙄
This the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I went to stall 9 and ordered. The person never responded, and after pushing the red button again moved to stall 8. There, I ordered again but was never given the option to pay. Waited 10 minutes and drove off. While waiting, read the awful reviews. I should have read them before I went.
This is by far the worst sonic in the WORLD!!!!! ordered 3 milk shakes and a sundae waited 15 minutes at the window. Everything was melted and they didn't even make one of the shakes correctly. One of the employees is sitting down on his phone like there isn't work to be done. They lack leadership accountability and customer service I absolutely hate this sonic
I recently placed an order that took over an hour to be prepared, and unfortunately, it was delivered incomplete. Not everything I ordered was included. In addition, the presentation of the hamburger was very unpleasant and poorly prepared. The drink was not sealed, which is concerning because it could easily be opened and someone could drink from it or add something to it. Overall, the quality, preparation, and presentation were very disappointing and unacceptable.
I went on a weekday evening and dined in. The wait was ridiculously long and the food was terrible. I ordered a bacon burger on toast and it was disgusting. The meat was dry and the bread wasn’t even toasted. It just was bread with butter on it. Gross. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.
Do not ever go to this Sonic! I just ordered for delivery and got the complete wrong meal! My order that I paid for was $21.35. The meal I got was $9.70. I received 3 grilled cheese and a small lemon drink. My order was the double smash burger meal, fries, and a chocolate, peppermint shake with whip cream. This is the 3rd time I have had issues. I tried calling the store and no one ever answers!!!
First off, let me start by saying how bad they messed up our order and the fact that I tried to just be okay with it......then for me to try to be eating this FOOTLONG CONEY I DID NOT ORDER (I ordered a regular, SMALL coney) and feel a piece of plastic in my mouth that just completed made me lose my appetite. They added AN EXTRA ORDER OF fries we never asked for, forgot to give us marinara sauce for our LARGE ORDER OF 6 piece mozzarella sticks, didn't give any "groovy" sauce we asked for neither, and when our milkshakes came out, they were already VERY MELTED. WILL NOT be back to this location. Gotta do better. This isn't even the first time I've had a bad experience...I just be HOPING they do better next time just for them to KEEP disappointing....
Every time I go to this location, I have a bad experience. I stopped going for over a year or so but tried again today, hoping new employees or new managers would have turned things around, but nope, it's still the same. There were no cars in the drive-thru, and I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes before placing an order. I placed an order for a Smash Burger with no pickles and with cheese, and it looked as if they just threw it in the box. The meat looked as if it was chopped up.
I've gone here multiple times in the past and had issues, though something simple this time shouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong. I went in for a route 44 easy ice and got far more ice than tea, and it even says that on the ticket and I verified it with one or more people I spoke to, after having to move several times because the stall was broken, ofcourse. There was an impossible wait in the line and it wasn't moving. I got onion rings as well, I didn't know sonic sold burnt onion rings? I would have loved to go back and fix this had it not been for the vibe they seemed to emit that they would have spit in my drink if doing so. The place was very ghetto, this is not a sonic you want to go to. There's a jack in the box next door, odds are they're probably out of tacos or curly fries because they have their own problems, but atleast your food won't be burned.
Just because I ordered something online and y'all don't have it in store. Doesn't mean it's time for me to start jumping through hoops. For me to get my refund I wanted this to be a quick trip, not me putting my money. Somewhere and waiting for y'all to give it back to me because y'all don't have items that y'all are selling.

Ordered 3 drinks only one other car in front of us not busy at all waited nearly 30 minutes for the drinks
Ordered a hot fudge milkshake and they brought me a strawberry one. When I told them it was wrong, instead of remaking it they just added hot fudge to the strawberry shake. Not what I ordered and very disappointing.
This Sonic continues to allow me to order food that is not actually available. They do not refund mobile orders when items aren’t available. And the solutions offered by the customer service never actually hit your account. I’m continually disappointed by this establishment. Edited: 9/3 They continue to give this canned response to contact them. I have multiple times on the phone and online. They keep telling me the store will contact me, the store hasn’t contacted me and I was told in person the last time we had this issue that they can’t issue refund mobile orders. Sonic doesn’t actually want to resolve issues and is perfectly okay stealing from people and not actually providing goods.
This is the worst customer service at a sonic that I have ever received. Three times I have placed a mobile order and charged for items that were out of stock, only to be told that since it was a mobile order the store could not issue a refund and I had to call a corporate number. When we call the corporate number we are told they cannot issue a full refund because we received some correct items, and partial refund for the missing items is against policy. Their solution each time is to offer digital coupons/gift cards through the app, but these items never arrive. So over three incidents I have never been compensated for the items I have paid for. The store management will not help and corporate customer service will not help. I've been a long time sonic customer, but this experience at this store has turned me and my family away from sonic this from now on. I do not recommend placing a mobile order through this store as there is no guarantee that you will receive the items you paid for.
I ordered grill cheese sandwiches for my kids and a hamburger for myself. We also ordered drinks. The grilled cheese were made on hamburger buns which of course my kids weren’t happy about. My burger didn’t have any veggies or ketchup on it. I put no cheese and no mayo. NOT plain. The bread was soggy. This sonic used to be a favorite for us but every time we have gone recently it’s just been nasty. Will not be returning. Staff is also not very friendly. I said thank you and they just walk off.
Waited 20 minutes and couldn't wait any longer. Other people who got there after me were getting their food so I assumed I wasn't going to. That and I had to get back to work. Good thing my credit card wasn't working at the kiosk, I would have lost 12 bucks. Now I have to work hungry: (.
Third time coming here, only fast food in the area. I keep hoping it gets better. The wait time is unbelievably long. The food continues to be gross. Asked for a route 44 ice water, tasted like sewer water. Even the water is not good. Do not come to this one. This is my last time. It is gross!
