Been here 3 times before. This visit wasn’t as good as my last 2. Place was slow, yet beers took way too long to arrive. Staff was friendly, but inattentive. We often sat for 10 minutes till someone came by to see if we wanted another. Pretzel bites with beer cheese was our only food item. The cheese sauce was watery and didn’t have much flavor. Overall we’ve been pleased with this brewery. We’ll be back again and won’t let this past visit ruin our typical great experience.

Great service and beautiful views! I got the Buffalo chicken dip and it was delicious; I also got a delicious blueberry vodka lemonade. The menu had so many yummy looking things on it; will have to go back for more!

Brewpubs can be hit or miss but I thought HMB gets high marks for quick service, good food and drink. Asked for burger med-rare and it came out juicy, fries crispy and the brisket on the burger was thinly sliced for easy bite. Beer choices across many styles and available for crowlers. Full bar and accommodating for small children.

They stepped up their game big time! I remember when they first opened up, they were great. I loved coming here. But then for a few year they fell off and was consistently terrible experiences…until the past few times I’ve gone recently. Wow!! Even better than I remember it ever being! I used to think Last Chance Cheese had the best French onion soup in town, HMB took that title right over! Their wings and burgers are impeccable! Do not make the 3.9 stars fool you. That was probably from their few year struggling stint. They are my go to spot whenever I’m in town. Please stick around and do not change a thing !!

A great spot for lunch! We’ve been coming here for years after hitting the slopes. Juicy burgers, delicious fresh salads, and tasty pasta. The beer selection is huge. Highly recommend!

As someone who skis all winter, I’m always looking for that perfect apres ski spot, and Mountain Brewery is truly a gem in this area. So many places around here have long wait times or food that doesn’t quite live up to the hype, but this place delivers both comfort and quality. After a long ski day, it’s exactly the kind of cozy, welcoming atmosphere you want to walk into. The cauliflower crust Margherita pizza is a must, light but satisfying and the beet salad is fresh and beautifully balanced. The ribeye was solid as well. It’s become my go to spot to unwind, refuel, and warm up after being on the mountain. Highly recommend for fellow skiers looking for a reliable and delicious apres stop!

HMB Chicken sandwich was outstanding highly recommend. They have a nice selection of Beer but, I had a long drive to go so no beer for me.😒 But the next in town definitely stopping by.

Food was good. Quesadilla was good. Hamburger came without French fries. Must be subbed. Pretty stupid. Didn’t even realize. Was expecting fries. Very sad. No fries. By the time i realized I was chowing on the burger without fries. So I wouldn’t have gotten the fries in time to eat with the burger. By the way did I forget to mention no fries with the burger. Beer was good. Me and my pal split the G. Burger (without fries) + quesadilla + 4 brews = $77. Not bad, not great. Wouldve been better with fries. Smh. Nice waitress. Manager was cool. Sick EDM music.

Visited Hunter Mountain Brewery and really enjoyed the food and the beautiful views—it’s a great spot to relax and take in the scenery. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. However, the service unfortunately didn’t meet expectations. While I won’t call out anyone by name, I do think our server could’ve handled things more professionally and with better attention. Because of that, I’d rate the overall experience 4 out of 5.

Came here before leaving hunter mountain. The majority of us ordered the Gateway burger, medium rare, and we ordered different sides (regular chips, onion rings, and sweet potato fries) so that we could try all of them and share. The onion rings and sweet potato fries cost $3 extra. All 3 were solid options! The regular chips are more like kettle chips and very fried and crispy! Perfectly salted as well. The sweet potato fries were not as crispy but still very honey sweet, but a tad too salty. The onion rings were by far my favorite. They were perfectly crispy, lightly battered, and were made from real full onions! Definitely will order the onion rings again in the future, even with the $3 extra cost. The burger was also perfect. Not too done and slightly pink in the center. Very juicy and was devoured within 5 minutes. Haha. I would have preferred more than 2 pickles though in my burger though. But overall, was an enjoyable meal and would be back again!

This a great casual restaurant to bring a family when you’re coming up the mountain. Food is not amazing but there’s something for everyone. We had the white wine mussels and chicken curry. The Indian food is probably the best thing on the menu. I probably wouldn’t do mussels from them again but I’d try another Indian dish. Service was friendly and quick but the atmosphere was a bit loud for my taste.

The food had a canned and microwaved energy to it (which the $20+ prices per dish did not reflect). Beer was good. Decor and vibe was bible-forward.

Great views from the outdoor patio.. umbrellas keep you cool. Stopped for drinks and apps… the calamari was $18, very very small portion. It was mostly breading..crispy n hot though., with a “spicy” sauce.. it was just ok. The butterscotch White Russian I had was tasty. My hubby had a beer crazy hazy unfiltered.. he liked it. They are Pet friendly..

Do not recommend, service was too slow. Waited 45 minutes for food and 3 tables that ordered after us already got their food and were finished by the time we got ours. Burger was greasy and the fries were also drenched in grease. All the food became cold within 5 minutes.

Decent beer. Horrible service. Had to ask the host to bring the waitress over after being in for about 20 minutes. Waitress finally came over and did not put in our full drink order, waited another 5+ minutes after the bartender brought the incomplete drink order and asking for the missing drink, still nothing. Finally left before food. Also VERY loud

Disgusting. We’ve been here a few times. It’s never been amazing , but just ok. This time- the food was literally horrible. Stinky calamari, separated sour cream and stale chips- and chicken that tasted Ike it had gone bad. Wont go back again. The owner was there watching our dissatisfaction - and even after we sent food back, made no effort to check in on us. This area has an incredible food scene and there is absolutely no reason to spend any time or money here.
