Wisconsin boy here. Boy Howdy this place is a vibe!! You want that 50’s surfer feel you got it. Want great burgers? You got it, also at a great price. They make their own special sauce called TK sauce, which is virtually Midwestern coleslaw without the cabbage to it so it’s coleslaw juice. But it goes great with the hot crispy fries. I’m here in the state visiting a friend and they recommended this place and it did not let me down. Burgers are flame broiled, which is a big plus coming from a Midwestern person. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the food as I find that cliché, but I was also too busy consuming it.

This a local gem with a BIG reputation and for good reason. The menu while simple shines with simple yet traditional American favorites. The turkey burger is one of the best in OC - juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. But, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. A must visit if you're new to HB!

A little busy place but definitely worth it. It is a stop that you want to go to when visiting the beach. Good food and reasonably priced and great quality. My family loves this place and they have burger patties just by themselves which my daughter loves since she doesn't like a regular hamburger.

Great food for an even better price. Pretty hard to find a cheeseburger and fries for under $10 in Orange County, especially a burger of that size. Great flavor, good dipping sauce, and right on the beach. Highly recommend

I got the Big Bargain meal, the cheese burger was really good. Juicy patty, fresh tomatoes and lettuce. The fries was just okay, I liked it at the first bite but turns out I couldn't even finish half of it. But overall it's still a pretty nice place to stop by!

It's a fine burger, nothing gourmet or over the top. Came with their "house" sauce l,t,m,p I added bacon. 10 bucks for the burger 2 bucks for a bottle of water. Girl who took my order was friendly, got me out the door in under 5 minutes. No napkins in the bag is my only hangup.

Middling kind of place. I know Many people like their burgers, so I was a bit surprised@how dried out and rather bland they were. So so fries. Seems to me the fast food places with drive their are tastier... And more economical.

This is a hamburger restaurant with a local surf atmosphere. The clerks are kind. The cheeseburger tastes like a normal cheeseburger, and the fries are a bit better than other burger houses. The price is cheap, so I think it's worth eating at least once.

Used to be my go to 2x a month after work when i felt too tired to cook after a day's work. We've been coming to tk in NB and mostly HB as we live here now but over the past decade, tk has changed a lot. Its not the same anymore. Their chicken sandwich is no longer a full breast size, now they slice the breast in half maybe even 1/3 and pound it SOOO thin, u can taste a hint of chicken but its mostly bread & lettuce flavor! Their burgers are also much thinner now and most of the time dry, ud have to get double or triple patties to taste the meat! Their onion rings are always burnt and flimsy. If you're lucky to get a fresh batch, it will be delicious and crispy, but that's 50/50 chance you're taking. Im tired of spending $60+ twice a month from this joint for my family of 4 and to just regret not cooking instead.... used to love tk. Now, its sadly only 2 stars in my book.

Every time I drive by TK Burger I want to stop and eat a cheeseburger.... I hadn't been here in years, now I remember why. It has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever seen, old napkins were actually blowing through the doors as we were eating. There was trash all over the place. The burger had way too much char taste (for me). The one bonus to this burger joint is the view... 😝 #LocalGuides

Someone took a bite out of my takeout :) Don’t trust the staff is watching over your order. They clearly let whoever shows up at the counter to grab a burger from a bag, take a bite out of it, put it back in the bag and leave as though nothing happened.
