Waiters were friendly food came out hot and packaged well. Just sometimes they block the parking slots and force customers to use drive through. They put chairs in-front of the parking slot. And also are often understaffed.

These ladies in the morning are amazing! They are always so sweet and energetic! I work in Athens but come to this sonic almost daily just to get that boost of energy in the morning. And they make my shake look so pretty! Thanks guys!

Went today this afternoon and the staff are amazing! Octavious went above and beyond for our order and the drinks were fantastic. The food was very fresh and hot. Order came so quickly for placing it on the app when we were already there. Shoutout to the staff here definitely will be back soon!

I love the opportunity to update a negative review to a positive. This Sonic has greatly improved its service since I reviewed it a year ago. The service, especially first thing in the morning when I want a cheeseburger instead of breakfast food, is AMAZING! My order is always fast and exactly right. I'm glad I gave this location another chance. The employees are friendly and courteous. They always greet me pleasantly and I feel valued. Great job!

There is an employee who is literally so kind and such a bubble of good energy that she makes my family and me return almost daily just because her good attitude helps us have such a positive great morning! Her name is Rebecca and she goes by a nickname, "Rose". I haven't seen a fast food worker as awesome as her in a very very long time. Besides the great attitude, I notice that she seems to follow protocol and double checks our order, which is usually quite large. She also suggests other products and makes certain we have all the condiments we need. She even knows us all by name and talks to each and everyone in the car. Such an awesome employee! We will keep coming back cause of her!!!

Stopped at this Sonic and hands down this was the best Sonic I’ve ever had in my life. The burgers were piping hot, perfectly cooked, and loaded with melted cheese. Seriously, they hit that cheesy, juicy sweet spot just right. But the real game-changer? The onion rings. Crispy, golden, and full of flavor absolutely next level. I’ve always loved Sonic, but this location went above and beyond. If every Sonic was like this one, I’d never eat anywhere else.

desiree is the sweetest worker EVER!! for context i was having a horrible night, so me and my friend went to sonic. we were sitting at the screen and someone took our order but didn’t put it in the system i guess, but we talked to her and she IMMEDIATELY resolved the issue. as we were sitting here writing this review, she gave a homeless individual a drink and yall the SMILE ON HIS FACE!! she is literally the sweetest and kindest person ever. she deserves a raise and more hours! we love desiree and we WILL be coming back because of her. she deserves the freaking world!

I have ordered from Uber at pretty much all the sonics around. I LOVE their cheese sticks, foot long chili dogs. Every single time I request 5 mozzarella sauce. Not one have done that. I get 2 at the max no matter how many of tye largest orders I buy. THIS location finally gave me what I asked for!! I ordered 3 largest orders and I got 5 sauces for each order! THANK you SO much!!!!

Priscilla was very accommodating with assisting me with trying use the app on my new phone. Her service was exceptional and very helpful. The chili cheese fries were dry and overcooked, with a very small portion. The hamburger was really good and the route 44 real fruit slush with lime and nerds was also good.

Food Now days is very expensive... An I can say you get your money's worth with their less expensive combos.. double Patty cheese combo... If you wish you just pull up to your own spot each has a Live Order Screen with Menus Outside is like waiting for girl on roller skate 🛼🛼 to come rolling up with a tray ,, But they do walk it out to you... Were passing through town and decided to stop in for a post-lunch treat. No complaints with this location! Drinks were ready fairly quickly, and no hiccups ordering through the app. Ordered a red velvet shake and a sugar cookie Dr. Pepper. Burger is Burnt around the edges and is hard as a rock.it looks like the Meat was Burnt and had been sitting for awhile before it was served to me and they didn’t have french fries at 4:30 pm I could not eat any if the food that i purchased besides the Milk shake that was okay and it was a $60 dollar order through DD. Good option in huntsville for late night snacks. But the service at night isn't up to the mark. It's happened twice that I was not given the maple syrup and sauces with the items I ordered. Issue with the person who packed or the one who passed on the order. Make sure to check you receive all items before driving out of here.

I ordered 1 reg shake. They served 5 drive thru and a car that waited maybe 5 min. I was at 12min. waiting! I told them I only ordered 1 shake. 7min. I left. Go thru the drive thru if you want faster service.

Used to love Sonic but the whole company has been going downhill. Ordered through the app, wanted a chicken sandwich no pickle add tomato lettuce and bacon (for an upcharge which I was ok with). Got a chicken sandwich only pickle and mayo. It was too late to go back to get it fixed, so I put in a complaint through the website to hopefully at least get refunded for the sandwich or something. Was offered 2 free cheeseburgers on my next trip to be added to my account. I thought that was a more than acceptable fix. Never got them, and no further response from corporate.

The food is the food. The service can be decent or crap. Rarely is it good or awesome. Three employees sitting on the patio, having cleared your order go their screens, not able to identify what you ordered after leaving you sitting in a stall for 15 minutes.. not typical, but closer to typical than not. There's old equipment that's been standing in a pile for months and the property is showing it's age.

Waited in drive thru for 51 minutes for food. I was trying to be patient. Many people in line were frustrated and some pulled out after a while. I saw cars pull out of the slots also after a lengthy wait. Many others just cruised in and back out after seeing the length of the lines. The food was good. I ordered dessert also on 2 medium Sonic Blasts with extra toppings but only found some at the bottom of a cup full of vanilla ice cream. Very disorganized inside with the number of employees on duty. Lack of leadership at that time I guess. The other Sonic’s near me are closed down now for whatever reason. I won’t be back again at this location. Will have to find another restaurant that can service my needs. Too bad because my wife and I really enjoy their food.

Staff is rude and will not fill your order properly and then when you ask for what is missing they just ignore you. We waited over 15 minutes for them to give us what was missing and never got it. We have up when our food got cold. If you don’t want to take a chance on not getting your entire order and then being ignored then avoid this place! If you do like having your time wasted, being ignored, and being treated like you’re an inconvenience then this is the place for you!!

Made a online order. Got there 10 min later and signed in to stall 2. 10 min later still no food. Thay said they were working on it. After 30 min I asked to get my money back but was told to contact the app( but we all now that the chance of getting money back is slim to none). Manager said she was going to make food personally and 8 min later gave me wrong food. (Didn't know till I got home) went back and she remade food but was wrong again. Now it was 1hour 10 min. Contacted corporate and they said sorry and was going to give me a free drink if I was willing to buy something else. Told them that was an insult and to keep it. All I wanted was my money back. You don't offer someone a free drink only if they buy from you again.

I literally went about 30 min ago to try the new smash burger. Not only did I wait longer for a previously made mobile order, but the burger was dry and old. They covered it with cheese and no sauce at all. It was not a good experience. At this point I think I’m good on Sonic. It was a waste of extra time outside my pick up window and it was not fresh.

I am totally disgusted with this place, I went to get a DoorDash order and a girl who works the night shift, she has braids and is always with another boy, they ignored me every time I told them I needed my order, I was waiting for an hour and they continued to ignore me, what bad service really, I don't think I'll ever go back.

As a Dasher, I get to see how stores run and treat people. Today while I was picking up an order, the gentleman that I dealt with was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I simply stated that I’m here to pick up a DoorDash order for… and I stated the name.. he proceeds to be rude and act as if he didn’t understand the name I was saying. When common sense would tell you put two and two together that’s what I’m referring to. Then proceeds to say well you need to tell me the name specifically. I’m sorry, but if you’re pronouncing the name differently, why does that matter? Not to mention my customer got cold food. I can understand having an attitude and the food coming out hot but if you’re gonna have an attitude and then serve cold food, that is unacceptable. Not to mention they were people there waiting 45 minutes. They were just helping the drive-through and not taking care of the others orders waiting . I will never pick up another order here.

Sonic really needs to change their name. I love their drinks and every once in awhile they get it right. But this Sonic is particularly awful. I should have known better but it was convenient and I thought it would be quick. Most of their parking spots are blocked off, we submitted an order on the app before arriving and waited 20 minutes for them to bring it out once we checked in. When they brought it, only one out of four items was correct so we waited even longer for them to remake them and still get it wrong. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else.

Don’t come here at night.. especially Saturday at 11:30 so I ordered a shake at the drive through.black guy with hair gives me my change a whole bunch of penny like 15 or 20 I get my shake, no napkins ,spoon ,straw nothing. The milkshake was dripping down the side of the cup. I was Damm you gonna give me a spoon and some napkins to wipe the cup. just rude really bad customer service.

First when I pulled up they had cars in the stalls and it looks like all the employees were just sitting outside on their phones. I pulled around to the speaker and I joke you not the girl answered the speaker box with “What you want?” So in shock I froze for a moment but then I started giving her my order and it was just silent for the next 5 mins or so. I drove around and she was just standing outside the door connected to the window on her phone. She walked back in and was about to open the window but then she walked away from the window. The young man who came to the window was nice but when I asked for a manager I was told that it wasn’t one…. Times are hard I understand but are they really this hard ????

Only gave 1 star because I had to. I wouldn't have given any. Ordered 2 meals & both were wrong. Everything was cold & they made the burgers the way they wanted instead of how we asked them to. Nothing like getting something with no sauces on it & your 1st bite is a mouth full of sauces you don't like 🤢🤮. I've only been to this Sonic twice & both experiences were horrible. There won't be a 3rd. I wouldn't recommend going to this Sonic if you want something special ordered because they won't get it right. Lesson learned!!

Food showed up burnt, and just greasy with the tater tots ( which I ordered fries). The chicken dinner box/meal also the toast was black on the edges, the chicken strips/ fingers were over cooked, not golden in color, they looked as if they sat under a warmer all day then redipped and sold to me, who in the hell gave them 4 stars is a lie.

Ordered 1 drink thru the app pulled to the drive thru was told to come to the patio in 90 degree weather for 1 drink lol then had to wait even longer as only 1 poor carhop was running around. 1 worker inside just standing around talking to others holding cups. One worker i guess thier shift was over since they just went back and forth to a car that was parked after standing around chatting and the one guy is running around everywhere with no help. y'all need to get him some help! Waited for close to 10 minutes all together for a drink. Might need more then one poor person carhopping in the summer.

had the unfortunate luck of stopping here last saturday 4/5 on my way through huntsville . i placed my order for 1 Rt 44 dr pepper at 3:56pm on the app and i did not receive my order until 4:45. after i had checked in on the mobile app i waited roughly 15 minutes before calling in on the speaker to ask about my order, the man on the speaker told me to go to the patio to get my order. when I got to the patio, there were already several people waiting for their mobile orders. i rang back in on the patio stall after waiting for about 25 more minutes, asking if i could get my drink after waiting almost 45 minutes or if i could get my money back and FINALLY i got my drink from the manager. in the entire 45 minutes i was sitting there every staff member I encountered, except the female manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional not only to me but everyone . she seemed to be trying to resolve the issue with a staff unwilling to help or work. the entire situation with me and others was just ridiculous, this was my first experience with this sonic so i’m not sure if this is a normal for them or not but i certainly will be avoiding this sonic the next time im in huntsville

Most of the speaker pull-ups outside are broken. You can push the red button and nothing happens. No employee comes on to say anything. If the pull-ups don't work why not put a sign up?. Went thru drivethru and sat for 10 mins in the line pulled up to the speaker box to recieve nothing. Employees refused to answer. Pulled around to the carport area and told an employee I was there for doordash. Finally got the order after 30 mins of headache This is not the first bad experience at the Jordan lane location. Just the first time making a review. Always looks dirty outside.

Sat in drive thru from 12:05 to 12:25. I gave my order and it was taken incorrectly. I gave order a second time. It was not read out again to verify. They took my payment and I was given a Diet drink which I did not order and Double Cheeseburger which I did not order. I ordered a cheeseburger and a RT44 strawberry limeade with extra limes. On the burger I asked for a cheeseburger with mustard. Add extra pickles. I got no lettuce tomato or onions and they upcharged me to a double cheeseburger. So the drink was wrong and so was my burger. Paid more and still didn’t get what I ordered. The employee at the window did at least apologize for the long delay in the drive thru. I was okay with the wait but not cool getting the wrong food and drink and paying too much for what I didn’t even order. Everyone makes mistakes. Just do better ; )

The service was terrible. The guy with the microphone was laughing at my husband's English. I don't understand why they hired someone so incompetent. The service was awful, and they didn't give us what we ordered. We waited almost 40 minutes for two milkshakes.

Don’t even know why they’re open. Waited over 30 minutes for food that never came when I ordered online. Employees were out talking to friends in their cars and taking several smoke breaks but ignoring customers. Completely ridiculous.

food was atrocious. the service was terrible. they wouldn't make half of what we wanted even though we came an hour before close. no sweet cream, no smash burgers, only drive thru. absolutely RIDICULOUS. do NOT recommend.

Late on so many orders that I meant to pick up. On top of that, one time someone was once very rude to me and then told me not to be rude! Such hypocrisy! One time, I needed to pick up an order and they didn't even have thr equipment in good shape to make it! Avoid if possible!

Ordered online for 3 drinks. Parked in a stall checked in. Waiting over 20 minutes. Just for the coke to be Dr. pepper. The cherry coke to be nothing but cherry. And the strawberry LEMONADE. To be a strawberry sprite. When the drinks finally was brought out. I had asked which one was which. And the guy said “I have no idea”. Left me to guess. Well. The right side. It was clear which was which. Not worth the money. Should have just gone to the gas station next door to pick up drinks.

Workers were so rude. Couldn’t hear them on the speaker and then when my order was messed up and we asked for our fries they said no get out. Never in my life have I acted like that in any restaurant I’ve ever worked. Get some new workers lol. That was complete BS. Goodness forbid I get Mariana for my mozzarella sticks

I just got two sonic burgers from this place and they were not done at all!! And I wanted two shakes but they said they were not surviving ice cream. I’m honestly pissed! I started to go back and get my money back but honestly I had to wait in line for 15 minutes and did not feel like waiting another 15 minutes. Do not eat here!!!

I just left this location without my order because this is the second time in less than a month that the so called manager (black man covered in tattoos) has handled my order in a beyond disrespectful and unprofessional manner in less than a month. Today I ordered a Route 44 coke zero ON the app ON location AT the stall AT 5:48 pm and we were the ONLY vehicle at any stall upon arriving. There were at least 3 vehicles in the drive thru line that I could see. About 5 minutes later 1 and then 3 additional vehicles parked in stalls. After 15 minutes of no one bringing out orders, one vehicle left. When I noticed that 20 mins had almost passed since I ordered I also observed that another employee pulled up in employee parking and went inside and the vehicle in the stall beside me had been waiting almost as long AND no one was in the drive thru line or at the drive thru windows but a white man pulled up and went inside, stood there talking at least 5 minutes and then went back out and appeared to be waiting for food. Eventually the second employee came out and brought the car next to me his food but ignored my horn and went back inside. Nearly 30 mins after I arrived and ordered my ONE drink, the manager (i recognized him from my first disaster communication with him on December 26th) brought food out for some one that had just pulled up so I tapped my horn again at which point he turned around and went to the (assumed) employees car (white man that walked inside) who pointed at my car to let him know I was the one that honked. Drive thru started getting cars after almost 10 mins of no cars. As politely as possible after waiting 30 mins and watching the 2nd employee who parked in employee parking bring food to a female waiting in HIS car, I asked about my order and said I'd been waiting 30 minutes. As with the communication with him on December 26th, he was extremely rude and unprofessional while explaining to me that if ppl ordered at 5:25, I would still have to wait until they arrived, even the 30 mins after me, to get my ONE drink. To stop him from repeating what he kept saying over and order, I finally said 'okay, I get it' because during this engagement, I still hadn't got my drink nor was he checking to see or tell me how much longer and because I was getting emotional/upset (like last time, i just wanted my drink) he kept arguing with me so I told him to forget it and left. I am a very patient calm and understanding christian woman so when I drove away near full blown panic attack and crying, I responded with profanity making my emotions worse because it's not my chatacter to respond to unpleasant interactions that way. December 24th at 4pm (internet said that location was closing at 6pm for christmas eve) my daughter order again ONE drink and when we arrived, they were closed so on the 26th I arrived through drive thru and the same guy (tattood manager) responded the same rude unprofessional way instead of listening ("I'M the manager" was his remark) but changed his demeanor once realizing that what i was ONLY trying to achieve was to get the drink that I paid for and not a refund. I WON'T go back since management has changed and since I've been aggressively talked to like a dog. Things were SO much better until my visit in December or when other managers/employees are there. We used to come daily for drinks and at least twice a week for food for my daughter and I will let loved ones know what happened AGAIN and let them decide to either go to madison, jones valley, or Moores mill location for kinder interactions. I've done or said nothing to be talked to like that and I've had to wait before but came back. I'm done.

This location needs to be shut down so you guys can hire an adequate staff with some professionalism. Extremely rude And the customer service sucks. I ordered multiple drinks; enough drinks that required a cupholder. Something that I shouldn’t even have to ask for. I asked the girl at the widow if I could I have one and instead of her having the decency to open it up she hands me all the drinks and a flat unopened cup holder. So I had to open up the cupholder myself And put all of the drinks in there myself. Sonic do better!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I really would. Don’t bother eating here, genuinely- the staff are seemingly confused by the simplest orders and will literally lie to keep themselves from doing more work. I was given a melted cup of ice cream instead of what I ordered, and then on a second occasion I was literally lied to about what was in my shake. Neither time I was offered a refund or any form and the staff all seem checked out and confused as ifs our fault their working there. For the love of all things good just close the place down:

I just pulled out the drive-thru and had the worst customer service experience. They had charged my card (i checked my bank while waiting) and just shut the windows didnt say a word about the wait time. Then gave us our food shut the window without saying a word. when asked about what took them so long to give me back my card they said the card reader wasn't working. There was already charges to my card I still had to wait for them to do who knows what with my card for that long. The food was already ready sitting on the counter when I had got there. Everywhere else I go they give you your card right back. There shouldn't be any reason to wait forever for my card back unless they doing something they aren't supposed to do with it now I've got to get a new debit card at the bank and freeze my card in the mean time. It took 20 minutes to get our order., even though there was nobody before us. Our debit card was charged and it took them 20 minutes to return our debit card. The girl handed us our card and our food then closed the drive through window without saying a word. Service was terrible. I was disgusted by the girls nails that was at the drive through window. I ended up throwing my food away because the place looked so filthy and the girl at the window kept cleaning her filthy fake bacteria filled nails over the bags of food before she handed them to us. Never again will I buy. food here again.

Very rude, hung up the phone on me, black dude (assuming the manage) walks around on his phone constantly, have waited 20 min for 3 drinks with literally 2 other people in the stalls. This sonic is so slow. When doing DoorDash we wait over 30 min for food then they take our tip away, AND give us violations for being late to drop food off. The WORST sonic to come to.

Waited over a hour and a half for my food. was first given only HALF my order and when i pointed it out, the employee had crumbled up my receipt to throw it away. THEN i had to call the store to ask them if they were going to give me the other half. The employee who answered was rude and acted like he didn’t want to give me my order. it then took 30 more minutes to get the other half (which was wrong). the employee got lip with me and teased me for trying to get my food. this was also he took my bag to 3 other cars trying to decide which car was mine. i said i waited an hour for food and he said “well oh well. sorry!” then walked off. will NEVER go back here and after talking to others in the community, they said this was one of the worst sonics in the area.

Went to Sonic on Jordan Lane, Stall #1. For my wife I ordered (via the online app) a Pretzel Bacon Double SONIC Smasher with a medium size groovy fries with two packs of mayonnaise on the side. Next for myself I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Triple SONIC Smasher +Onions +Tomatoes A large order of onion rings. Then I used a reward to get a free garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. I placed this order at approximately 3:20 p.m. local time. The online prompt indicated that the order would be ready by approximately 3:25 p.m. After waiting for 23 minutes, at 3:48 p.m. I called inside and spoke to someone I assume was a member of management to find out the status of my order. The young man was very nice. He checked on the status. 5 minutes later he came back to the phone and apologized and said the order was cooking and was almost done and would be brought out to my vehicle as soon as possible. At around 4:00 p.m. my order finally came out. I asked the young lady who brought the food if I could get a plastic bag. She said "We don't have plastic bags here" And turned and walked away with a very dismissive posture and attitude. She didn't even say "Thank you sir. Have a nice day" or anything along those lines. I actually had to say it for her. When I got home and opened my order The free garlic butter bacon cheeseburger was correct. The fries and the onion rings were correct. BUT...... Neither of the pretzel burgers were right. Neither one had any of the crispy onions on them as advertised. The triple Sonic did not have the tomatoes or onions I requested be added to it. Both burgers contained PICKLES on them and that was it. I never asked for pickles. And both burgers appeared to have been sloppily done. Historically this location has usually been good about getting my order right. I don't know what happened. But yesterday I was deeply disappointed.

I sat for over an hour and 10 min. For a mobile order never received my food one employee was smoking grass in the parking lot for 45 min. 2 others stood with for about 10 min. Saw at least 10 cars pull up and receive food. I have anything like it.

Stopped by Sunday evening and asked for a Butterfinger Blast/Milkshake. Butterfinger was out, which is fine, there's plenty of other options. However, I ended up ordering a small Peanut Butter Cup *Milkshake*, only for the cup to consist of nothing but peanut butter instead— with but of whipped cream on the top of it. It's generally a 50/50 experience when I come to this specific location; I'll either have a small hiccup or a completely botched order.

Ordered the triple sonic smasher with extra sauce and bacon through DoorDash. Barely had any sauce on it and barely had bacon, the cheese was a white cheese instead of the American cheese that was advertised. Burger was dry and barely edible. I would recommend people stay away from this place just an awful experience and waste of money

ordered online, was made to wait an hour for a $6 order that came out cold, had to throw it away or else i would’ve gotten food poisoning. that sort of service is terrible on its own, and is way worse when they tell you to download the app only for your order to not be there because you ordered as a guest on the website. and then to sit in the stall for that entire time, just so they can hand you your cold order — so it was there the whole time just sitting and they didn’t bring it out to you. absolutely horrible system that i will not be trying again.

It doesn't matter how I get my food from here, it's always wrong. If you want to mix two toppings in a frozen treat good luck they'll charge you for both and put NOTHING in it. Take today. I ordered my meal, picked up, and went to park and check my bag. Missing mozzarella sticks. Pulled around and said I was missing an order and was told to wait in the parking spot. How did it take 3 people asking me what I was waiting on and THIRTY MINUTES in the car before someone finally likes their head indoors and told them to start making it. Half an hour later. And what did I get? Nothing but a half assed apology. I will not be spending my money here anymore. I highly advise you to somewhere else too
