This place is so much better than the piece of crap DQ across the street. While at DQ we waited 35 mins for our freaking food that we never got (we ended up leaving to jack in the box) and horrible customer service... we were very pleased with the fast and efficient not to mention great customer service given from this facility. We ordered, paid and received our food within 7 mins. Thank you!

Good location clean bathrooms. Friendly workers. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. Oh the best part breakfast 24/7 now you can get bacon any time.

This has to be my most visited place through out my work week. Easy to get in and out, affordable, and just yummy. The staff is friendly, well trained, and well managed! Great location, and I am very glad they are there.

Update2: again in the area and again great service. The drive thru lady is very good at what she does. Quick and friendly service. Repeated the order to make sure it was right, a smile and good morning greeting when i arrived at the window and then recieved the correct breakfast order. Message to the owner, buyout the guy who owns the location in keller and get your staff in there. Update: In the area again and again stopped. This location is great! Very fast service, and the staff are always very friendly! I probably stop by here 2-4 times per week for coffee and a quick bite in the morning. They don’t get attitudes when you order lunch for breakfast, and typically get it out just as fast. There is usually no line or a very small line, which is the main take away here! Fast service, good quality food, and friendly staff.

Really good location. Great Customer Service. They had our food hot, fresh and ready after a small wait which I don't mind. If you like spicy things, I recommend the #10 spicy chicken sandwich. It was fresh the chicken was juicy and the tomatoes were perfect too! Not soggy at all😌

The hubs stops here on a regular basis for breakfast or lunch. The service is fast and they're focused. It may seem annoying to ask questions more than once but they simply want to confirm the customer's requests. More importantly the staff is friendly. The food was bland, I'm surprised, I love Jack in the box tacos but there was no cheese, barely meat, mainly, a lettuce and sauce taco. My cheddar jalepano bites weren't cooked all the way.

They close at random hours. Inconsistent, at best. Orders are frequently wrong. Have been in the drive thru and an employ (that I haven't seen working there since) was eating fries from the draining/warming bin, with his bare hands. Luckily, I don't eat fries.

The food is ok and the customer service is pretty bad. The employees are always arguing amongst each other because they're so understaffed and very rude but it's the closest one to my house and they are open late so I come here as a last resort. And also on many occasions the drive through has taken over 45 mins from when I order to me actually receiving my food. Like I said last resort.

Wanted a sourdough burger. The burger was fine but the fries were ok. They surprised me with having a lime coke, which I hurriedly went to drink.

The employee wasn't very polite, I wanted to add on to my order but he said he couldn't and on top of that I had to go back through the drive thru because my order was wrong. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem when I went through the drive thru. Guess I'll start going to whataburger instead since they're open late night like jack in the box. Smh

Spent quite a bit of time in Cali really enjoying Jack. Living in Illinois with no Jack close it was nice to see one while visiting Texas. The food was not horrible but this def was not the Jack I'm used to. The people and location were ok just skip eating here if you want it to taste really good.

Most of the times I come here it is no problem and everything is smooth but there is this one lady. I am not sure what her problem is but she is rude and seems to have an attitude every time. I have done nothing, I am a regular so I’m sure she knows my voice and stuff. It’s like every time I try to order at the window it’s just aggressive. I can not help it if you didn’t hear me and I repeat myself nicely and I have no problems repeating something but why get mad at me? I don’t get it. Just today I ordered a Oreo shake and I asked for a medium and she said regular so I said medium again and she said we only have regular or large. So I get a regular and I said no whip cream or cherry two times just to be sure and I ended up getting whip cream anyway and I felt like it was done on purpose. I didn’t even say nothing about it because it’s just something small no big deal but I mean man. This has been going on for quite a while, I always speak nicely to everyone I am not sure what her problem is. I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to say something. I wish I could type the tone of voice she had towards me .

Just a regular place... Service ok, not so clean but I liked the tiny tacos.

The bun falling apart, ask for secret sauce and got one package, the top part of the bun wasn't even toasted, all the onions are on one side of the burger. I travel for a living and this will not be a stop I take again.

I went here for the classic wedges. Got to the box and the sign said no wedges. Super disappointed. So I had an idea....they can make the classic wedges with the fries since they're out! Wrong! The rude associate stated that since it's a promo and they're out if wedges she couldn't substitute my order. The absolute dumbest thing I've heard and then proceeded to mention a truck coming tomorrow like I give a care and then charged me for all my ingredients to make my fries like a classic. Bad experience, ordered a coffee and asked for creamer and was informed they didn't have any. No biggie, decided to switch it to a soda instead. The guy tried to charge us for 2 full sodas instead of the price it came with the meal. When told we just wanted the sandwiches the dude said it was too late to change it.

I dont usually eat fast food, but tonight was one of those nights I didnt have a chance to cook. I came through the drive thru and placed my order. The gentlemen in glasses at the window took my payment and asked me if I could reverse. That honestly made me question my food. Food was nicely wrapped and all, but I honestly didnt trust it. I couldn't enjoy it and only took a few bites.

Resturaunt is nasty on the inside. Staff is not sanitary. While visiting the manager had her 5 to 8 year old daughter behind the counter where the food is. None of the staff was professional at all.

July 3, around 5p, the young lady at the drive through had a very poor attitude. Unfortunately people don't want to work right now so we have to settle. SMILE!

One of the grimiest locations I’ve had the pleasure of visiting, particular third shift employee seems to hate her life cause of how blatantly rude they were. I’m just trying to order food not catch someone’s idiotic attitude.

The sign on the door says they open the dining room at 6 a.m. but they refuse to unlock the door many times that I've tried to come here early. They tell you to go around to the drive-thru even though there's a line of cars there.

It's a terrible service, you have to be checking that he does his job well, I ordered my food without a pickle and they gave it to me with pickle, in addition, you return the food and they give you the same, they only take the pickle, I am allergic to pickle and if something happens to me, it will be his fault, I don't know what happens that he is always in a bad mood, I hope they can do an inspection on camera so that you can see that he comes out of the kitchen to fight with the customers, since thanks to them he has a job that he does not take care of and does not do it well, please, Jack in the box, do an inspection because I will definitely not spend my money here again if the lady is still rude to the customers.

Jack in the box and the Dallas Mavericks give a free jumbo Jack when the Mavericks win first quarter and when I visited this restaurant I was told they don't do that there and I asked to talk to manager and was told she left the store. Terrible! Disgusting! RUDE! The little Hispanic chick ignored us for 10 mins then when she finally decided to take our order she looked away at another coworker. I also noticed only 2 of the 4 employees working with food are NOT wearing gloves or hair net. When we get our food she COMPLETELY forgot my husbands sandwich and my dad's milkshake and stated we got all of it. When i showed her did not she goes back, finds it and practically throws is at me. The bathrooms were disgusting! It smelled like urine and something else.the whole inside is just gross looking and dirty. The A/C vents had condensation dripping out of the ceiling on to the floor. Please get rid of the older lady that is at the drive thru. She is arrogant and always in a bad mood. Everytime i go she always has an attitude and always messes up my order. Pulled up to order food at the drive thru around 11:00 pm. The lady started to take my order and then interrupted me in the middle to tell me to hold on. This place deserves ZERO stars. Jack needs to just pull this places franchise and sell it to someone else. Hardly anyone can speak English, they are constantly out of stuff, they close early all the time, just random hours. You may pull up and there won't even be employee vehicles in the parking lot to even PRETEND to be open. They don't know what to do with app/mobile orders or how to change their availability when they do close early or are out of stock on something. I've seen Doordash people pull up to pick up orders and they are closed. If you do catch them open and try to get a refund for an order from when they were supposed to be open, they act like you are the problem, and just tell you to come back when the mysterious "main" manager makes their 5 second weekly visit. Literally the WORST Jack In The Box I've been to, and I've been to PLENTY. Just absurd. Just saw I left a review before, and I see several other people have complained about the same thing for several months. You talk a good corporate response game, but I've contacted the email you put in the response, and haven't been reached out to, and obviously nothing has changed at the location. What gives?? I've had bad experiences at this location one too many times.The workers there just give you anything to get your order over with. Food is always cold and why is the system always shut down around 3am? I visited this location again today to give them another try and no one was inside. Are you 24 hours or not? We downloaded the App this morning my Husband ordered us Breakfast 27.98 worth me and my daughter went to pick it up get to the drive thru they say they don’t have a online order I showed them the email with the order # and time which was not even 5-7 minutes I said ok I’ll wait and pull back around to check to see if it comes up on their screen it still did not !!! Remind you we have the whole order , total and bank receipt that it was taken out still nothing there cashier/ manager which ever she was told me to call customer service!! I went to this location last Wednesday. I order just a jr jumbo jack burger this was around 9:30am on my lunch break. About 12:15pm that afternoon I was throwing up 🤮 & started catching the chills…I tried to remain at work but I had to leave about 1:30 because I constantly was throwing up. It was around 11:25pm. The drive thru had 3 cars in front of me. I finally got to the window 20 minutes later. I ordered a Munchie Box & 6 pc Garlic Parmesan Wing Combo. The Chicken sandwich was made with an old hard chicken patty. Fries were warm on both orders. The wings were not fried & crunchy. But the worst part was the employee, she can't even work when there is limited traffic. She was mad cause I asked her for a plastic bag for my order. She kept repeating a bag, I had to point to the bag, she gave it to me with an attitude. She needs to be the fry lady... Drive thru worker is too hard for her. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:50pm on 7/31/21 and didn’t get my food until 11:45pm I just left Whataburger for the same reason. This is completely unacceptable! I guess you just can’t get food in a timely manner in this town. And they trap you with a cement curb so you can’t even drive away once you realize what’s going on. Really???
