Initially had a problem with my order but before I could even say anything the barista realized the problem (which she didn't cause), approached me and fixed it. That is the definition of good customer service. Fantastic.
My favorite Starbucks on the way to Disney! Friendly staff, good drinks, nice outdoor seating, big parking lot. It’s always quite busy here but the team behind the counter is working well structured together and they always have a smile on their face. Tables and interior is always clean and neat.
I am a fan of starbucks, though I don’t get it often due to the prices and because it’s not as good where i’m from. We were leaving our vacation and decided to stop there to get something, I got a strawberry crème frappe like usual and was surprised by how flavorful it was. I could taste the strawberries in it and the whip cream tasted like actual whip cream instead of nothing. I enjoyed my drink very much and wish it tasted like that all the time! Thank you for a great drink!!

Came to Orlando from Hawaii a few days ago and have tired some other coffee places but nothing has come close to the kick of a Nitro Cold Brew. Along with that, the service we got here was amazing. It’s always nice when you’ve got some jet lag brain fog. So yea, go here, get yourself some coffee and some eats. Start your day off right! Keep up the good work folks.
I am a Starbucks regular because Starbucks is consistent. I always know what to expect with my drink and the atmosphere, but I must say, I dont always know what to expect with the service. I must say, the barista Cara makes our day every time we come in. Her positive energy is contagious, and she always welcomes us like a friend she hasn't seen in a while. Thank you, and keep it up team

This is less a review of the Starbucks brand (which we should ALL have issues with for anti-labor practices, wasteful cost of CEO funds on private jets that burn up precious gasoline, and etc. etc...), and more about the hard working baristas. When I come here to pick up UberEats in the morning, there is a CROWD from the tourists and hotel stayers here. They literally have a team of over 10 working non-stop and yet they keep the momentum going. I won't forget last week when I was waiting alongside around 3-4 other deliverers and one of the baristas, Kairia, for giving me hydration in recognition of my patience. That is the service and kindness this location gives even with its busy, chaotic morning rush. Next time you are here and see the long line looking like it will go out the door, be sure to tip the baristas. They are here for you and will make you feel appreciated.
One of thebest I've been to. Very fast and friendly service. The staff worked very well together and we're always doing things even when they were not busy!
The baristas were top notch here. Got drink and food recommendations plus a pleasant conversation. Give those workers a raise!

Very welcoming and friendly. Used the drive thru. The staff person asked about my day and plans while I waited on my order. That's always a good connection to make with customers. I'll be back next month to frequent this location during my stay in the area.

They were so busy when we tried to go in. Getting parking was rough the parking lot just had a very odd traffic pattern. We did the drive thur and they forgot the additional additives of strawberry to my drink. I gave it back through the window to be fixed.

I had frequented this location over the Christmas holiday and the service has been very inconsistent. It ranged from perfunctory to downright hostile. On a recent experience, I approached a noticeably grumpy barista, after picking up my mobile order and noticing that I’m still missing a latte. Asking when I should expect the latte, she scrolled on her screen and told me to wait as she’s the only channel for coffee. After a few more minutes, I approached again asking for an estimate, she then scrolled on her screen and claimed she cannot see when my order is coming and that I should just wait in a dismissive tone. After approaching her colleague, he indicated they are very busy and that I could either wait or get a refund. Understand it’s the holiday season but I have been waiting for a long time in addition to the 10mins from mobile order to my arrival, which had all other items ready for pickup. The space only had a few customers so I opted for a refund and left. This wasn’t the first time an order was missed at this location, but I wasn’t expecting such terrible attitude. The location was clean and convenient. Perhaps they had issues staffing, but this was far from a typical Starbucks experience.
No bag given for numerous items. No sleeves on hot drinks. No spoon or any toppings with oatmeal and drink prepared with cold milk when should be steamed

The Danish was fine, but the drink was coffee!!!!! Usually my drinks are correct at Starbucks, so I didn't taste it as I drove off. Even the ticket on my drink was correct, but the contents were wrong. I was very disappointed. When I called the location they said come back, I said I couldn't because of all the traffic in Apopka Vineland Rd. What a horrible thing to happen on my birthday

I had the worst experience, I recently came to this location to have a drink and head to take my child to Disney World. The manager was nasty to me and called the cops on me. AI will never go to this location after the embarrassment I had to face. All we did was great and seems like we were always an issue because I am Hispanic and I hope after posting this review they can learn to talk to a person instead of doing something that will make their day a living hell. They need to train how to treat others and not assume a person is lying to get free food. I paid for my food and drinks like every other customer and was mistreated like dirt after spending my money.
Bad attention from the employees, especially from a girl named Estu who accumulates the orders and does not end up letting the customer wait longer than necessary
This location is normally my go-to. I ordered via mobile app the first time. Simple order, just an extra scoop of matcha and cold foam with the usual iced matcha latte. Waited 15 minutes and it seemed like everyone who came after me got their drinks first. I even wondered if I ordered at the right store location tbh. Finally got my order Venti size the cup wasn’t even full and it tasted like straight milk. First time I’ve ever asked for my drink to be remade, the girl at the cash register literally huffed at me and was so rude and still went on to make it wrong :) I’m literally paying extra for the add ons so why not just oh I don’t know, give me what I paid for??? I just tossed the newly made drink in the trash and went to Dutch bros.
Out of lemonade at 11:20 am. Had to place order twice to get the correct sizes. Told she had alot going on right now and to "hold on" immediately following being asked to speak up. A confused gentleman finished our order. Person in front of us got the wrong order and had to knock on the drive thru windows for help before we could pull up. We left. No thanks.
Terrible service, waited for along time for my coffee and it turns out that the attendant misspelled my name, Boris is not a difficult name,
I made an Online order and the lady at Drive thru said to me “you just submitted the order we asked for 4-7minuyes to be ready” (I know that) but guess what? 2 cars in front of me and they took forever, I ended up having my drink at 2:54 when 7 minutes was supposed to be at 2:44. I just want to say next time just keep those kinda of comments to themselves there’s no need to say that if you guys always takes forever.
For the 2 hot drinks, I had to be the one to ask for the sleeves and stoppers. Then, the lady just handed it to me for me to put on. Wow. 😳 I do not recommend this location if their service will continue like that.
Awful service...asked for a cup of ice with a splash of strawberry acai to put the in the energy drink ( that I also bought from there) and instead of charging me $1 like all the other stores do, they charged me full price of the Strawberry acai refresher, saying that's the only way 🤦🏻♀️ or after asking asking "a supervisor or the manager " came back wanted to ring it like custom tea latte and add the strawberry acai base which is dumb 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ because is almost the same price like the refresher 😏🤦🏻♀️ and all I wanted was a splash of the base...
If I could give it a zero, I would. What an unpleasant experience I just had at this store. The coffee didn't have the instructions I asked for. I asked for it to be made again, and it was worse. The staff was extremely rude. I've always said that if people don't like their jobs, they should do something else. Don't waste your time in this place, you'll start your day off on the wrong foot.
I clearly asked for an extra large and paid for it, but was delivered a small. A young woman kept making excuses. Very poor service!
As a fellow barista, this isn’t a caramel macchiato. Not only it was made wrong, they didn’t even bother to fill it up all the way. I paid for a grande sized amount only to be given a tall sized amount. Please do better.
Orders are NEVER ready and your staff appears to hate their job. Stop ignoring customers
We ordered two drinks, BOTH light ice….. as you can see, the Venti drink was barely filled half way with milk (not including the foam), meanwhile the Tall was filled to the brim… we asked the employee named “Apple” to fill the Venti to the top, only to be hit with an excessive amount of attitude from her saying “corporate recently said we aren’t allowed to fill light ice drinks to the top, it’s an extra charge” we order this drink literally all over the country, seeing as my husband is a pilot, and if what she said is “true” then why was my drink filled to the top even though it was also light ice? The milk isn’t coming out of her paycheck. It’s milk for godsakes on an already almost $8 drink. She reluctantly added more milk “this time”, but still didn’t fill it to the top so had to ask yet again, and the look on her face and aggressive attitude was extremely apparent. Instead of nickel and diming over oat milk that’s not coming out of this employees or the managers paychecks, maybe corporate should consider going over customer service with its employees. We decided not to return to this location the following morning, just because we didn’t want to deal with someone who was so rude and had such a negative attitude. We ended up going to a different Starbucks 10 min away instead, ordered the same exact drink, and lo and behold, the barista at that location was extremely pleasant, and filled up the cup to the top WITHOUT having to be asked to do so.
Dirty! While I waited for by beverage to be made. I noticed the tables, chairs and floors were filthy. As if they didn’t try to clean the cafe at all. My coffee was burnt and not hot. The customer ahead of me waited 28mins for a sandwich. She asked about it twice to the baristas, and both times was just told “the ovens are backed up.” Somehow their mobile order and drive thur ovens were not backed up. Would have been quicker and cleaner to stop at a gas station than to stop in here. Parking lot was small and trash everywhere.

The drink tastes great, but the service doesn’t match. I placed a mobile order and the app said it would take 10–15 minutes, but it actually took 30 minutes. I asked the staff when my drink would be ready, but didn’t receive any response. Also, the girl making drinks did not wash the utensils before preparing the next orders, which was concerning.

Worst starbucks ever, there’s some lady that works here that needs to be fired for being so loud when she laughs and singing obnoxiously, I was in the ladies restroom and the manager didn’t knock and walked in and then slammed the door 30 times trying to close and lock it. I didn’t even finish using the restroom I had an abrupt encounter because someone decided to make someone a manger and give them key when clearly, they aren’t equipped. A knock would been nice, or a sorry, I stuck my head out and the employees ran and giggled like we are in kindergarten. I walked out, nobody cared to explain themselves and then it was awkward which was a thousand times better than the lady cackling. October 21, 2025 6:15 pm. For some time I was the only person in the lobby allowing these people (employees) think they can be as loud as they want. Very inconsiderate.
