A very quaint place with charming decorations and sayings, where you can enjoy a hot horchata (my favorite). It has electrical outlets and internet access. There's also a smoking area. Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences in the past, such as the place closing before the scheduled time, or staying open but without service. Or the credit card terminal not working and no notice posted.

I'm really disappointed because this has never happened to me at a Cielito before, but I was passing by and wanted a hot chocolate. They only gave me the lid, and the gentleman before me, who was a bit older and from around here, got the leftover chocolate in a little cup. I had to ask for the whipped cream and the hot chocolate that was supposed to come with the drink. I don't know if I should think it was discrimination; I don't want to think that. Also, the gentleman had some kids with him who were just making a mess, throwing away straws, sugar, snacks, etc.

Terrible, bad coffee, and expensive. They charge extra for cinnamon in the pot coffee! The cornbread is served super cold.

Terrible service. I ordered two small coffees, and the cashier voluntarily charged me medium. Burnt coffee.

Terrible service. The two people who served us were incredibly unpleasant and rude. At one point, they even went into a curtained area, and if I don't call them, we're still waiting for them to come out to serve us. Terrible attitude, and the coffee is bad. There's a Starbucks a few meters further toward Interlomas; it's worth continuing on foot. Just pass this café by.

The frappes were awful, made with powder and poorly prepared. I also ordered a cappuccino, and it was lukewarm. The bread was stale. The baristas were wiping their noses at the counter, partying. They clearly lack training and the right attitude. Don't even bother coming here; it's a disgusting place. Interlomas pedestrian walkway

Terrible service, I really don't understand how they can continue to have such a terrible service attitude. The girl's name is Fernanda, I politely asked for a latte and it even seemed like I borrowed it as a gift. She treated me in a super despotic way and when she made my drink she made it with the milk she wanted and thought I hadn't seen it. I don't think it's fair that you pay for your drink and have it delivered however your employees want.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I went and I understand that I didn't check the time, I went past the door, but it was still open and I went in. I put on some gel and got to the register and the silly employee (a fat one with glasses) who was drinking her coffee, who I thought was a customer since she kept staring at me from the moment I walked in, left me standing there for half a minute while I waited for someone to help me, and then she said, "Sorry, I already have the lights off," instead of telling me from the entrance that it was already closed.
