Best donuts in Irvine ! I came by at 4 pm on Saturday afternoon and they still had a wide selection, donuts were fresh, service was pleasant and even the box was pretty. Their blueberry and dark chocolate (with custard filling) were a hit at my party.

This is one of the best donut places in the area. They have a good selection of fresh fluffy donuts that tend to not be overly greasy or overly sweet. The whip cream is super creamy and given in generous amounts, so it's like eating smooth and fluffy clouds of joy. The cronuts are delicious and usually customizable upon request, like adding whipped cream or custard when supplies are available.

Customer service can sometimes leave a bit to be desired but most of the time pleasant and friendly people. I’ve never had anything bad from there some of the prices can be a tiny bit high but I can’t say I ever regretted the price LOL. Great place for donuts and pastries as well it is definitely a must try but be warned once you do you will go out of your way to go back whenever you need any kind of donuts or pastry breakfast sandwich etc.

The donuts here might be a little on the expensive side, but you definitely taste the high quality ingredients and the skillful method of preparation. Both the cake and the raised donuts are so fluffy and delicious, you really can't go wrong with any of the donuts here. It's located in a huge shopping center so there is a ton of parking available.

There are several Mag's Donut locations, but this is my and hubby's fav. Super nice staff. The donuts are made freshly every day. I personally think the icing is on the sweet side but if you like Krispy Kreme's, you might think it could be sweeter. They have quite the donut menu with several gourmet offerings - cronuts and filled creme like an eclair but round. Their brewed coffee is always good too.

I grew up with a shop like this in my hometown. When I moved around from state to state I could never find a donut shop that matched what I grew up with. There is just something off about the larger donut chains. I dropped into Mag's yesterday and believe that after 18 years of searching for "that donut spot," I have found it. I ordered a mixed dozen for just under $14 and the dozen didn't last very long. I am excited for my next excuse to get another dozen from Mag's.

Raspberry jelly filled donut. Chocolate donut. About as close to French-standard of light bread as you can get around here. Bacon breakfast bagel. Very light cream cheese on a sesame bagel. All delicious and reasonably priced.

I love all the donuts and desserts, and they have great coffee and tea. If you like fresh baked food, and having tons of choices, it's the perfect place.

Not a huge selection, but all the basic varieties. Friendly staff and donuts are good. The kids love em! Easy to drop in and take to go. No seating available inside but tables outside in the shopping center.

Love love love the doughnuts here. They are very fresh. However, their price keeps going higher and higher so I only can treat myself a cream-filling donut once a while. They used to be $1.15 and they went up and till now $1.65 (the last visit was at least 1.5 months ago). For the quality, I can say the cream is excellent, and tasty unlike some other donuts shops sell. I always order one whip-cream filling and a chocolate bar. They are my must-get.

Great donut place with the usual foreigner hospitality. It's just that this place is small and that can be bothersome at times of high traffic. High traffic is expected (rightfully so) at popular establishment. It's just this donut place could use a much bigger location, like the one by the mission Viejo mall. It maybe a better setup I don't know. Don't get me wrong, when I'm in that area I'm standing in the line because it is worth it.

The place looks so much better when they moved and renovated! It is a hit and miss. Sometimes their donuts are nice and fresh and sometimes they are stale. I guess you just have to time it somehow. At least their prices are very cheap!

The cronuts were fresh and good however the ham and cheese croissant was a bit dry and lacking in flavor. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful. I wld go back and try something different bc everything else looked delicious and the service was great and extremely accommodating. Wld give 3.5 stars if that was an option...

Donuts were not fresh! I went there at 10:30 am on Saturday. I got a dozen for $17.5 Which is higher price than others in the area! Coffee was cold! Only the box was nice! Very disappointed!

Bright and cheery shop. Donuts are ok. Jelly is Gel. Prices are high for donuts. Maybe in-line with area but two miles away 50% less. Coffee was disappointing. Too watered down.

Best donut shop in Irvine. They never ever have empty shelves like a Donut Star. We've gone here for years and would gladly give them five stars except they have one younger female employee that is completely unhelpful. So long as you don't deal with her I highly recommend this place. They will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy.

Went there about a week ago and will NEVER go there again. The older man who works there was rude and gave me the wrong donuts....plus they were stale. Totally not worth the price!

Been coming here for the past 20 years, but less and less now because every time I get hot coffee it's almost guaranteed barely warm and not fresh. The donuts are rarely any good. In the past couple years this place has really taken a dive. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...

By the looks of the interior design of this donut shop you would think that the donuts are delicious, but honestly in my experience one of the worst donuts I’ve ever had. I got a powdered donut with cream filling and it was disgusting, the cream was spoiled and the donut was stale. Not only that, the owner lied to my mother about the meat in the ham and cheese croissant being “turkey” knowing that my mom cannot eat pork due to her religion. The owner was extremely greedy and simply just wanted my mom to buy the croissant even though my mom insisted many times. She convinced my mom many times until I stepped in, and briefly told her “NO!” Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone this horrible donut shop!
