Do not order from this location. I ordered two large custom topping pizzas for a total of $62.96 after tip and fees and received one cold medium pepperoni pizza. After an hour and a half of trying to reach customer service they refused to give a refund because they could not access past orders.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I was told by Jordan Murray we had a free pizza due to the horrible service but when I call the manager line no one answers then when I call to place a order to see if they can see my account they can’t and they want to transfer me to the manager’s line that doesn’t answer. I will never recommend this papa John’s to anyone.

Well, does anyone know what customer service is????? I showed up 5 minutes after I was told my pizza was ready, sat inside for 15 minutes without any employee asking for my name or who the order was for. After I spoke up and asked about my order, they shuffled around another 5 minutes and tried to hide the fact that my pizza was sitting there ready the entire time I was inside the store. Needless to say, I don't appreciate wasting my time because of disorganization or whatever it may be. I will not be ordering from this store again, at any cost.....just not worth it for an average, ordinary pizza. What a joke!

I ordered a pizza for delivery. After waiting for an hour with the DoorDash wait time continuously being pushed back 5-10 at a time, the order cancelled! Zero communication. Could not reach the manager. When I called to check the status it said the anticipated delivery time, but the link in the SMS said cancelled.

Had a pizza craving leaving work so I ordered takeout. I should have opened before leaving. I ordered meat lovers with extra cheese. $30 with a 2 liter Pepsi. Arrived home to find pizza toppings did not start until 3-4” from crust with barely a dusting of cheese. I’ll drive on to next pizza location. My fault for not checking the reviews before ordering.

Placed an order online for 2 pizzas and waited over an hour only for them to never show up. When I tracked the order it stated the order was delivered. When I called the store they acted like I was lying. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't order from here!

Do not order your food here. This qualifies for the worst run franchise across ALL fast food places. We placed an order to be delivered to our hotel. They said 1 hour. We called after 90 minutes and they claim the pizza was delivered but they would send a new one. Another hour wait. 4 phone calls later they tell us they can't find a driver to deliver Pizza to the Hyatt Regency at DFW airport. But he promised a refund. Guess, what, they charged us anyway. They lie and deceive their customers and have no sense of customer service or morality. You are better off going hungry than attempting to order from this dump.

Incredibly bad restaurant. Instead of dealing with the customers, they chat among themselves. Incredibly rude. I added the no sauce note but they didn't even care. It was the worst Papa John's pizza I've ever had.

Waited on call for more than 10 mins. Had ordered clean cut Garden Fresh Veggie pizza, sent pepperoni pizza !!! Have allergies.. who is responsible????? Atleast answer the call!!! Paid $26.86 for a delivery!! I do not recommend this store for sure.. People please be aware and do not go. Management take some efforts to have some kind of customer service! More than an hour of wait to get my pizza replaced and same phone call.. And the replacement pizza is so bad, look for yourself!!!! What a worst job ever.. Not eligible for even One Star !!!

I don’t know, the old manager that was a woman must’ve been replaced. This manager was rude and was yelling at the customers as well as employees. He was very rude and I’ve never seen anything like it. I was going to hold my tongue but he has to be reported. On top of that he was vaping in the kitchen area. I refuse to eat from here again. We need the old lady with glasses back. I can’t think of her name. But the place seem a lot different now. And to see him yell at door dashers that’s dashing for a living made me just turn around. I will not buy from here again. Also men are wearing crop tops to work now?!

Usually fine but last night I ordered 2 medium (12" pizzas as i usually do) recieved 2 small pizzas with stickers on the side of the box saying they were 12" I know that they were smalls because when they sent out another one it was *actually* 12" (noticeably bigger) and had the same sticker on the side (in the photos the ones we received first is on the right)
