Always a pleasant experience when I frequent this preferable location. Very clean paying close attention too sanitizing area spaces. The reception was welcoming by occupational staff with a smile while she took our request orders. The employees worked in unison as a team. I was surprised their were multiple vehicles in parking lot but empty inside business. I came to the conclusion that they were probably eating in their vehicles due too the virus problematic situation vulnerabilities. Otherwise it was a great experience while dining at this choice establishment. Keep up the good work. Loved the diversity as well.

Javon , the manager was amazing, excellent customer service and he went above and beyond to make sure we received amazing customer service. You need more workers like him around ! His display of sympathy and compassion during a personal crisis was outstanding.
Just left There 30 minutes ago. Spent. 38$. And the left out 2. Fries. Went back. Nice. Women. Older white. Lady. Gave me my fries and apologized that fine. Gave me a free cookie I get it. Mistakes. Happen. I always. Go there. For years. Never had an issue this location but when I got. Home for the second time Took out my Classic Chicken. Sandwich. Left out one side of the bun. I think this is pretty ridiculous. That can not be an accident. Someone needs to have some more training. Or. They don’t need a job I was not given a receipt but. I order.2 chicken. Classic meals. 2 frosty. Sm chille. And bbq. Nugget. Unexpected Management.
I always come here and Everybody's always friendly, good energy, but I came today to order me lunch and there's a guy I never saw before he was wearing a managers uniform First of all, he was acting like he could've been a little bit just so I could tap my phone to pay then I asked for extra barbecue and he lied and said he gave me two but he only gave me one then he said I gotta pay for extra barbecue so I gave him $.50 and he gave me three and one of the and he was OK with it so clearly He was just being extra For no reason And that's probably why the line was so long today. he needs to do better.
This beautiful brand new Wendy's is the nicest fast food restaurant I have ever seen. There is a large rock built in fireplace, conversation area with upholstered chairs and a couple of coffee tables, flat screen TV, gorgeous new lighting and decor and plenty of parking in their private lot. I have The lighting is nice and bright, temperature comfortably cool on an 80+ degree day, pleasantly quiet with closed captions on the TV so you could watch without it being loud. The service was excellent. I was waited on within a minute, food order was exactly as I placed it and came out sizzling hot and beautifully fresh. WOW, I am very impressed!
You Know when you go here what you want and you get what you want. Those juicy tasty burgers.

Food's fine, it's a Wendy's, but it's frustrating when they close early and leave all of the outside lights on. No one knows they've closed until that person spends 5 minutes at a dead speaker and then pulls up to the window, only to be told they're closed. Turn off the lights outside when you're closed!
I just got back from Wendy’s. I ordered two chicken nuggets meals, a baconator meal and just a spicy chicken sandwich by itself. As they handed me everything I asked if everything was there and the person at the drive thru said yes. It’s dark in the car because it was after six. Sure enough I get home and I’m missing a ten piece chicken nuggets. Very annoying and a waste of money. I wasn’t about to take a 15 minute drive back to Islip. This never happens at Chic Fil A.
Wendy's burgers always tasty but man what a attitude they constantly have at the drive thru. No hello or anything. Just handing the bag to you and then when you ask for a straw they say it's in there bag when it wasn't. The guys at the drive thru need a serious attitude adjustment.
The food is usually good. But the person who I received my food from the drive through never says thank you, even though I am very polite when I interact with them and say thank you myself. There needs to be a politeness lesson. It's not right to just hand me back my card and food and just stare at me without saying thank you. It's rude.
The Worst Wendy’s I ever went too. I am a veteran Ordered a breakfast combo that was being offered for free to veterans for Veterans Day. Showed my Veterans identification cashier did not Know about offer . I asked for Manager and they would not come out or Know about it either. So not acceptable. I say stay away from Wendy’s in Islip. I am a resident there I know they won’t get my business anymore.
Had to go back twice & they still made the Jr bacon cheeseburger incorrect. It's part of the biggie bag 2nd sandwich didn't even have bacon on it ridiculous. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION, check your order before you leave 10/3/2025 2:15 pm
So, these guys can never get an order right. The only reason why I keep coming back is because I genuinely like Wendy's and this one is the closest one to where I live. I could even share screenshots of me contacting customer service online and getting gift cards every single time because I take pics of my food and show my receipt and tell them the stuff they get wrong. What has happened more times than I can count? They don't put bacon in my BIG BACON CLASSIC, ummmm what? My mistake? not checking the sandwich knowing well that they get everything wrong all the time. But really? Miss the bacon in a sandwich with "bacon" in its name? Many times I have been tempted to just drive back and ask to get my order fixed but I truly hate being that typa guy and because it's just a waste of my time (and the money they charge for the bacon). Funny thing is, this Wendy's is NEVER packed, I don't think I've ever seen this place with more than just a few cars parked outside and in the drive-thru, so, you're not even busy, how do you even get something SO EASY wrong? Something as easy as making a sandwich? How? It doesn't make sense to me, I really wonder how these people tie their shoes in the morning. If you go to this location, food is good, staff is meh, just ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AND MAKE SURE IS CORRECT AND YOU'RE NOT GIVING AWAY FREE MONEY.
The manager, Linda, is extremely disrespectful to the staff. You can clearly hear her yelling at them from the dining area, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere
Ordered on uber eats and walked to pick it up. When I got there, they forced me to go through the drive through, despite the fact that I ordered online and walked there. I stood there in the drive through lane, and they asked me my name over five times back to back. They handed me my food and drink. I had to ask to get a straw for my drink. When I finally sat down to eat my food, no sauces or extras that I ordered were in the bag.
I’m a dasher and today I came here to pick up an order for DoorDash. Apparently a previous dasher came and picked the order up and stole the order then unassigned the order. Wendy’s was completely unwilling to remake the food for the customer even though the customer confirmed they didn’t get their order. Employee was rude. NEVER GO HERE. Also a little advice to Wendy’s, when dashers are picking up an order you should make them confirm it in front of you to avoid stuff like this happening!!!!
