I haven't been able to get good here in at least 6 months. I show up for the later menu, after midnight and Everytime they close while I'm still in line. The only time I did get food someone decided to put something spicy in it. I'm allergic to a lot of things so I always read everything before I get it to make sure I can eat it. Putting whatever you want in it without asking the customer is dangerous. I couldn't eat my burrito because I had no idea what they put in it. Do better it's Taco Bell not a 4 start restaurant. I've worked in restaurants almost my whole life even a 4 start restaurant. We don't turn people away. That's not how a business is run.

I was in the drive through for over an hour even though I did a mobile order and pre paid. Terrible staff. Standing around not really working much. I wasn’t even greeted at the window. Tried calling the number and they open 11-7 business hours so will be calling tomorrow. I did submit the email form. Just over all terrible.

Pull in around 11:10, two cars in front of me. Place my order at 11:17. Pull up to the winds and finally get my food at 11:35. Completely wrong order, go to all the doors with no answer, eventually have to go back through the drive through. Another 20 min after that I finally get to the window and ask if they can do anything for me. They said I can give the food back if I want a refund. They promptly threw it away and tried to give me the wrong amount back, I had to point out that they were short. I would give negative stars if I could

Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. I placed my order around 9:00. Didn’t even get my food until 9:30. Only to discover that my order was wrong. It took another 10 minutes for any worker inside the store to even acknowledge my presence. Meanwhile, they’re just laughing amongst each other while processing one order at a time (instead of preparing anyone else’s order at the same time). This was while there were at least four employees, so it’s not that they were understaffed. Finally at 9:49 I received the missing items. Neither quesadilla was even fully melted, and the employee tossed the bag onto the counter with even looking my direction. I don’t think I’ve ever had service this bad.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There’s poor management which is one of the reason they’re short-staffed. I ordered ahead online to skip the line, but ended up waiting 35 minutes for my order to even be acknowledged. Mind you, there were plenty of employees to be managing the lobby and the drive thru. After 20 minutes of waiting for my food at my seat, I decided to see what the hold up was. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I was being acknowledged, even though the manager made eye contact with me, and the other employees were swearing out the window without a care in the world. And when my order was ready, after 35 minutes, they slapped on the mobile order pickup table without apologizing for the wait or even sealing my order off with a sticker to ensure safe eating. I warned other customers to not even bother with their time. This Taco Bell does not respect their customers and I am deeply disappointed with their service. Don’t go here if you’re willing to wait 30minutes to an hour for “fast food.” You could enjoy a nice sit down meal with the amount of time it took for us to even be acknowledged. Go spend your money and time elsewhere!

i have had a terrible experience with this taco bell for the last 4 years. Every other time ordering they get my order wrong (giving meat when I cannot eat that). They take over an hour to prepare an order, trapping us in the drive through for a mobile order we placed 1 hour ago. They made it so that the drive through is a single lane so you cannot even get out if you want to, making it a hazard. Please avoid this taco bell.

How am I waiting an hour in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of my. I go to taco bell way too much and am consistently spending a genuinely ridiculous amount of time waiting

Ordered for pickup inside on the app. Get there and the GD door is locked. There is 100 cars in line for the drive thru. I’m sure it’s not the staffs fault but my god.

Worst customer service EVER!! Everyone in here has had to go back to the counter because they forgot something. So now the counter is flooded with people as the workers ignore them as their crappy food gets cold. Awesome experience thank you for showing where not to spend my money.

Poor customer service at this location. The employee on shift was rude and didn’t include napkins, sauce, or straws. One mistake is understandable, but having the bag tossed at me was unacceptable. Definitely disappointed with this visit. 12/08/25 at 11:30pm

Avoid you could get trapped in the drive through! Last night I got in line for Taco Bell and sat there for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting to place my order. When I got to the microphone the staff worker said they couldn't take my order because they were backed up for at least 30 minutes with orders. I was now trapped in the Drive-Thru because seven cars were behind me. (Past a certain point at this drive through you cannot exit due to the building being on one side and on the other side there is a line of bushes, a lawn, and a ditch.) I asked them if I could place an order since I was going to be trapped in the line anyway and they refused. They told me that I couldn't place an order. I asked if a staff member could come outside and tell the cars behind me to please move so that I could get out and others would not be similarly trapped. Again they refused, even when I pointed out this could be dangerous if someone had a medical emergency. So I sat Trapped in the Drive-Thru without being able to place an order for another 20 minutes at least. Finally I got so sick of it I was forced to drive over the curb and drive over the grass to get out via the the adjacent Bank exit. I have a 4Runner so I was able to escape that way but I saw many cars behind me who would not have been able to do the same. This Taco Bell has decided to do online orders and they are absolutely not staffed well enough to be able to do in-person and online orders. Be careful if there is a long line you very well could get Trapped in the Drive-Thru like I did! To the owners of this taco bell, until you are better staffed you should not be doing online orders at this Taco Bell, and if get food gets backed up then an employee inside needs to come out and let the cars in line know that they will not be able to place orders so the people in the Drive-Thru can escape. The way things are are now is absolutely unacceptable and if someone should have a medical emergency in the Drive-Thru I would be concerned for them. A classic example of greed out-weighing safety.

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the Tri-State area. Constantly slow, constantly messing orders up. Tonight was just my last straw. Ordered online so I could get in and out (good joke right?), and I pull up to the location and there’s a good 8-10 cars in DT. Okay theyre short staffed, no surprise. I go inside to see if I can just grab my order instead of waiting, and theres FIVE people on, 4 making food, one at the window doing a whole lot of nothing because there was no orders to run somehow. Pulled up my order and after 25 minutes my order hadnt even been looked at according to the order tracker. Disaster of a store, no clue how its even still open.

We waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru with about eight cars ahead of us. The speaker was so hard to hear, I had to turn my car off just to order. My wife can’t have dairy, so we asked for her tacos without cheese. Simple enough. When we finally got our food, the order was completely wrong. They removed the cheese from my food instead of hers, and didn’t even make her tacos. When I mentioned it, the employee blamed me for not being clear and never apologized, just said they were short-staffed and running out of everything. We did not have time to re-order, so we ended up just leaving. I understand being busy, but this was easily one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. Skip it.

They made us wait in line for 20 minutes before ordering, then proceeded to tell us they only accept mobile. While trying to place the order, the app refused and they proceeded to tell us they can accept our order only if it’s small and they judged us for not ordering on the app, they said the line was clear for 10 minutes, it wasn’t, but argued our order wasn’t important because they had “39 delivery orders”. Ridiculous all around.

45 minute wait for food is crazy. Pre-ordered through mobile plus 30 minute wait time in person. Customer service at the counter is nonexistent. When customer service does occur, it is often rude and rushed. If you need to kill time and have nothing better to do, this is the place to go.

First time I ever had a Taco Bell and definitely the last. Messed up my order as I asked for no sour cream. Food was bland and soggy. Don’t recommend.

We ordered Two Taco Party packs “24 tacos” $47.26 ! We did the Mobile App for ordering and I couldn’t be more unhappy not only with the food but with the quality of service as well, we waited over 45 min for our order and while we were in the lobby waiting for our order we noticed two employees come in for there shifts with family and friends and they served them food within 5-7 min while we still sat and waited 🤦🏼‍♀️ When we got our food it was missing two of the tacos we wanted made differently for our 3 year old niece, and no sauces , we finally get home and most of our tacos are so tiny ! And missing everything except for the meat 😳 almost $50 in food and it was barely worth $20 so my overall experience today was not good ,
