Casi nunca hago reseñas sobre lugares y restaurantes a los que voy, pero para este lugar vale la pena, nos atendió una sola persona que parece ser el dueño, muy amable y atento. Pedimos unos tacos de cerdo y pollo que estaban deliciosos con bebidas todo a un precio muy accesible. Si tienen tiempo o pasan por este lugar por favor denle una oportunidad aunque tarden un poquito en servirte, vale completamente la pena porque es una joyita de lugar. I almost never do reviews about places and restaurants I go to, but for this place it is worth it, we were served by one person who seems to be the owner, very friendly and attentive. We ordered some pork and chicken tacos that were delicious with drinks, all at a very affordable price. If you have time or pass by this place please give it a try even if it takes a little while to serve you, it is completely worth it because it is a special place.

Excelente lugar, sencillo pero agradable, comida muy rica, al parecer es el dueño el que te atiende, cocina y se encarga de todo y eso le da un toque especial.

A great dining experience in the town of Izamal! We received very efficient service, the food was well-prepared with good quality ingredients, and although the facilities are modest, they are noticeably clean and tidy. The spacious place was a delight for my family and me. It's definitely worth having lunch or dinner here.

Delicious food, a mixed grill for two for 158 pesos! 👍 Very friendly service. We arrived at 7:30 pm and at first we didn't see any staff or other customers. After a few minutes, the owner came and we were able to eat! 😍

We were looking for a local and inexpensive restaurant, and we certainly found it! We ordered the chicken, and it's the best dish we've had since arriving in Mexico (15 days ago)! A generous portion served with tortillas. Not to mention the incredibly affordable prices! You can go there without hesitation!

We went around 3:30 pm and were served without any problem. We were the only ones there at that time and enjoyed their food at an unbeatable price. We ordered the chicken dish and the chicken skewer, both juicy and flavorful, not dry at all. Good side dishes, a varied and complete meal, accompanied by tortillas.

Very cheap restaurant with delicious food. We ordered chicken skewers and ceviche, plus two juices. It came with rice, vegetables, tortilla chips with guacamole, and tortillas. The bill came to less than 200 pesos.

We had a late lunch - early dinner after climbing the pyramid. We were the only guests at this odd hour, but we were very welcome. Do not expect a posh restaurant. The place is simple but spacious, the food is very fresh and delicious home cooked type of meat-dominated courses. The prices are very friendly and the bathroom is clean. There might be mosquitos depending on the season...

The food was delicious, don't be afraid to go in; it's just a hidden spot. There are swings, although you might not want to use them in the blazing sun. It's not too hot, and the meat is tasty. I only took a picture of the lemonade, but it definitely quenched my thirst. Very cool.

A very clean, large, and beautiful place. The man who serves you is very friendly and attentive. Just keep in mind that only one man serves you, so you have to be patient. Everything is delicious and at a good price! I recommend it 100%. Most importantly, it's close to an archaeological site where you can enjoy some excellent chelada.

The place is great. Specialized in meat, portions are big and cheap for the value. Take a brochette or 2 is enough for a grown man. If you take the option for 158 pesos, just know that 2 people will have difficulty finishing it.

The restaurant is barely recognizable from the outside, but there's a fantastic restaurant hidden behind the yellow wall! The space is very open, and the colorful tiles add a great charm. The owner cooked and served us. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! The prices can't be beat. It's just a few minutes' walk from the city center.

When we went, only one man was serving, but that didn't stop him from giving his all and being very friendly. We ate between two adults and two children and only spent 500 pesos. Excellent seasoning. The music is basically the radio, but it's still fine.

I don't know where the good reviews come from. My meat was like shoe leather, but the rice and vegetables were fine. The radio was playing in the background with a lot of static, as if the station wasn't coming in.
