Good experience in this store. I got the big dinner box for $20 it's a really good deal with 2 medium Pizza wings and bread sticks.

It's fast. Price good. JH is a pizza desert late at night so this is an essential service.

First time walking in to the New PizzaHut on 37th Ave and by far the best service ever! The staff were very welcoming and friendly! My order was made to perfection, the pizzas were nice and fresh, the stuffed crust had the perfect cheese pull! The BBQ boneless wings were to die for! My new favorite place!

Great in person service. The pizza was good I had pepperoni and plain. I had the honey bbq boneless wings and they were bomb! I would definitely get those again. My order came with breadsticks and marinara sauce. For dessert i ordered the brownie, it was delicious and comes warm. I would definitely come again for their wings for sure.

Melts, fries and wings are really good. Just wished the fries portion was slightly bigger.

Sucks that Pizza Hut eat-in places are gone. But considering, this is a grat place for picking up pizza and go home to watch a movie, picnic, or waterver. You wont see a big menu displaying everyhting they have so sometimes it's best to ask what promotions they have. Give it a try.

This place doesn’t have consistency on pizza. Some time mind blowing, some time ok & some time salty pizza. Today pizza looks eye appealing and delicious but super salty. Still we love this place because it’s in walking distance from my house. We forgot to take pictures when it was whole, super hungry & kids finished all but I could not eat.

MUST set up computer system similar to McDonald's, so those who show up know which orders are ready. The order number must coincide with numbers from online orders. Today 2/09/25 it was packed at around 7pm.The poor staff members were overwhelmed, trying to fulfill orders and tend to everyone's requests. I had to scream out my name to see if my order was ready, after screaming when a man got too close for comfort. There were too many men packed in one way place moving nowhere. Management needs to help clients and personnel, since clients will be lost if the chaos continues. Granted, it was Super bowl Sunday, but this place is usually packed. There has to be a better system in place to help all.

Ordered 2 pizzas and while the flavor is really, really good, the crust should be called thin and doughy. Both pizzas were a little undercooked dough was extremely soft but the flavor was there. Ordered 2 drinks as well and they didn't have either option.

I can confirm that they are undercooking stuff sometimes. I've ordered like 5 things so far, and the "garlic cheese sticks" were undercooked.

I was so frustrated of the unprofessionalism. I called again and eventually I had to go to the store to pick up the pizza. They apologize for the inconvenience and gave me a free 2 liter Pepsi, a future $10 discount and the large cheese I asked for. But it doesn't change the fact that I as the customer had to show up to the store to get a order when it was for delivery. Never had such a bad/disappointing experience with Pizza Hut.

The worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life, I ordered for delivery, a pizza and some wings, the pizza arrived empty, some pieces were empty, the pizza dough was like eating gum, the wings were old and without flavor, in general for the 33 dollars I paid, I prefer, as always, to order at Dominos la peor pizza que me he comido en mi vida, ordene para delivery, una pizza y unas alitas, la pizza llegó sin contenido, algunos pedazos estaban vacíos, la masa de la pizza era como estar comiendo un chicle, las alitas estaban viejas y sin sabor, en general por 33 dolares que pagué, prefiero como siempre pedir en Dominos

I tried to order food for delivery and they said cash payment is not available I don’t know why I talked to manager and he said no and I asked asked to cancel my delivery and he just hung up after that. Never going to order from this location

Ordered a large pie with peppers and onions. The pie was so small it looked like an individual pizza you order in a restaurant. Each "slice" could be eaten in three bites. The peppers and onions were very sparse, skinny little strips, maybe 5 or 6 of each, not even enough to cover every slice. The crust was very thin, very little sauce. We thought we'd try it since it's new in the neighborhood and close, but there are many other local independent pizzerias so much better than this. Won't ever order here again, it was a total waste of money.

Horrible ordered my order and did not tell me anything price and when I called back they hung up on me never again

Horrible location. I ordered 6 items, they gave me 5 when I went to pick up. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make the missing item. The worst part is, they packed some fries and a bunch of ketchup packets in one of the "My hut box" without the pizza, and I didn't find out until I was back at home. Double check your orders and make sure that your pizza or whatever it is that you ordered IS inside the box and not a bunch of ketchup packets. Will not go back to this location ever again.

I placed an order on uber its my order was incomplete by more than $30.00, the food was cold and soggy. When I called the guy placed me on hold and hung up, I proceeded to call again and they hung up on me. I called from a different number they picked up once they heard me they hung up again and called back AGAIN and no answer!!!! I drove to the location and called as I looked through the window once they saw the number they didn't pick up as I'm watching them. Horrible service and extremely disrespectful

Very bad start for that place. They have a very tiny menu pasted to the front door. Cashier doesn't understand customers and is very slow. They gave me the wrong items and the pizza was undercooked. Manager was nice but needs to hire competent people. Seems all the workers are still in training. I give them a 1 out of 10

took me 2 hours to get 2 mini pizzas, people were not working, they were stuck on their phones, watching a soccer game. Kept bugging them about my food, they finally started my order, took them another 30 minutes to finish my food bc they made the wrong pizza, told them it was fine to js give me the one they made, told me i had to pay extra. ya need new employees.

Ordered online, two pizzas and double order “breadsticks” for pick up. Pizzas were undercooked, no way up to the standard of franchised advertisement. Breadsticks were a mistake as we were given a laughable excuse of breadsticks that had no flavor to them whatsoever. Seems like everyone is still training and franchise should check in if it wants its location to thrive.

I ordered the mini cinnamon buns on 4/30/2024. Just to bite into one and have a long piece of hair in the middle. First time going here and will never be returning.

I order from here on a semi regular basis. Very convenient and reasonably priced, that is until this time. There was an extremely small amount of sauce on my boneless wings. I've never had such poor amount of sauce in any wing order in my life. Pizza hut, do better.

I ordered to pick up and I received a call but I couldn’t pick up because I was driving. I entered and the man was super rude “ I called you your lucky I didn’t cancel your order”. The pizza can be good but it’s not kind to receive these comments.

He said he would make them supremes and then charged me more instead of just communicating it correctly. He then completely forgot a pizza all together in the order.
