Ce que disent les clients de The Sister Pizza
The Sister Pizza is a neighborhood go-to for many, especially for a quick and tasty slice. Customers praise the grandma and Margherita slices, and the recent addition of vegan cheese is a hit. However, some recent reviews mention declining pizza quality and unprofessional service, especially with phone orders and the SLICE app.

Tip: Go for the plain cheese slice for a good value. Avoid ordering through the SLICE app due to long delivery times and cold pizza.

Buenisimaa pizzas y buena atención.
Well it’s been a year. Upgrading these guys from 4 stars to 5. They deserve it. This is the best slice you’ll get for 2.75 on this Ave for sure. It’s a nice plain cheese slice. The guys are ALWAYS nice, kind. They always have tunes playing. I always see them cleaning. Makes me feel safe eating here. Just a nice place :) happy to support this small business

Amazing that they now serve vegan cheese! I know numerous people in Jackson Heights who seek non-dairy pizza, and there are few options. Thanks for adding to the menu—my family will be ordering regularly!
One of the better Margherita slices I’ve had in a while. Very solid pizza spot
Best grandma slice I’ve had in a while ❤️
Tasty pizza, cooked well, friendly people at this pizzeria.
This is really tasty pizza- my go to in the neighborhood.

Sisters is great quality for the Jackson Heights neighborhood. They use good ingredients & their base is decent. But JH is severely lacking in good pizza as a whole. Do NOT order through their SLICE App. The pizza takes over an hour to an hour & a half to arrive and is cold. Customer service is awful. I had to call them 3 times & get on their chat twice. They have a no refund policy. We finally got our pizza 2hrs & 20 mins after we ordered and it was brick cold.

The pizza here was really good every time but recently they don’t take Apple Pay and the pizza quality is down. It was almost unbearable to finish my slice it tasted like school pizza.
Pizza was undercooked and the cheese was all over the inside of the box. The calzones were almost solely cheese. However, the garlic knots were very good. Would only go again for the garlic knots. Pass on everything else.
I decided to try Sisters Pizza. The pizzas taste okay, They were huge slices but nothing about them were a must have. I do have to give a low rating to whomever that girl with the glasses at the register was. And I do mean girl, not woman, as she does not appear to be over the age of 18. I walked in to pick up my order. At first I thought she was having a conversation with her co-worker. But I started speaking and she kept talking while the other worker took care of me. I realized she was having a conversation on her wireless earphones. While I waited for my order, I observed the yapping girl just kept talking and talking, blah blah blah, even when another customer needed assistance. The other worker had to help her with him too. Afterwards she gets up and starts to "clean" the tables. While still blathering away on her airpods. At that point my order was ready and I left. Thank goodness for her that it's only a small business. If this were a corporate business, she most likely would have gotten the pink slip special. I doubt she's worth the NYC minimum wage of $15. More like the Federal wage of $7.25.
Was great. Over the last couple months it has declined terribly. Basically inedible at this point. What happened?

Pizza taste fresh out the freezer . Cheese was disgusting .
Pizza quality was abysmal. It came soggy. The pizza used to be so much better during Mama Roza’s time. Really disappointed as the quality has come so down.
Worst pizza by far in the neighborhood. Inside service is the worst and if you order by phone they just hang up.
The gentleman that takes the orders on the phone is very un professional he doesn't have any patience
Awful service. Absolutely rude and arrogant people are working there.
Terrible customers hanging out here and TERRIBLE service. workers on their phones ignoring customers trying to order and pay.
