Clean and safe and the food is great best soup ever had
Great food, but incredibly slow.
Thank you, the sandwiches were for a Celebration of Life and were perfect!!
Better than subway and a super friendly owner
Great sandwiches at fair prices. I always remember the original store/house in San Jose when at SJSC on '72
Great sandwiches, smaller and more expensive, but more meat. Been to a couple different ones, good meal at all of them.
Friendly, efficient staff and they always make my sandwich just the way I like it.
The best sandwiches as always. Been eating them for years. Always good.
Mother and son team took and prepared my order. Food was good...service was excellent.
Friendly staff, prepared food as requested and delivered it to our table. The #16 was great.
The best sandwiches ever and way better than brand x info my opinion.
Very clean shop great customer service, and the sandwich was hella good thanks so much.....
We come here from Somerset, Great Sandwiches and Service. It's the only place We get our sandwiches
You can get a great sandwich and salad here that is a great meal for a diabetic like me.
Love there food we use to go to subway but not any more
The new triple dip sandwich was so good. I could eat it over and over again.
We went there on a promotional turkey sandwich 6in free I'll tell you what the employees there are very respectful
Great place for a quick bite. Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly!
Great place. Wonderful people. Excellent made sandwiches. Great place to stop.
Good local food spot. Usually fair with portions. Decent value.
Always quick and efficient
Atmosphere at a sandwich shop? Doesn't really apply. The place is clean and comfortable, good seating and tables.
The friendliest Togos I've been to, excellent customer service! Fresh, top quality ingredients & they always get my order right the first time. 👍🏼👍🏼
Friendly staff and great sandwiches! There was a difficult customer in during my visit and the employees handled it well.
The service was fast and good the guy was very nice and helping working on counter
These sandwiches are so good. The holiday feeling in the air and the vibe you get from the personal are awesome. Great place to eat. Yummy!
Triple diiiiiiiiip lol it costs a bit but it's a giant sandwich. The employees here are always friendly and service typically is fast. Even making my behemoth of a sandwich was fast and on point. Thanks!
The owner is super cool and really takes care of his customers. When he first opened I wasn't all that happy with the taste of their bread. He spoke with his supplier, got the issue resolved, then offered me a free sandwich of my choice to try them out again. This place has been a great addition to our community.
Togo's sandwiches. I'm one of the lucky few still had the opportunity to eat at their very first location on San Fernando Street in San Jose California. I want to say around 1971 I could be wrong on that. But I could be wrong on the date that they actually opened all I know is they turned into my favorite sandwich destinations there are. My favorite sandwich is the number 9 with provolone cheese and jalapeno peppers and when you order and number 9 you get it full of meat not like some of those other sandwich change that you order from that say that they weigh the meat but I have a feeling they hold their finger on the scale I actually boycott a different brand of sandwiches because of that I got all the way home turn on a pastrami sandwich add for little tiny pieces of pastrami on it I was so upset I actually took it back. I promise I will never ever patronize their company again show again went wanting a sandwich if there's not a Togo's around you look to see if there's a Deli open somewhere such as your local grocery store but Togo's is definitely the place I say number one place to buy a sandwich they have good soup also.
We Just Went To A Togos In Sacramento, And They Had All The Meat In Bins Which Were Refrigerated. Then Microwaved The Pastrami & It Came Out Shriveled & Dripping Greasy. We Had Tried It Out Here & The Store Was Set Up The Way We've Always Seen The Set Up. Meat In Warming Bins, & Definitely No Microwave In The Process. Andy And Tina Were Very Helpful. No Rushing, No Slapping Our Food Together. Took There Time Answering All Of Our Questions About The Different Products, And Made Some Beneficial Recommendations. Great Personalities, & Absolutely Professional. Made Us A Definite Repeat Customer!
This is a great place to have a sandwich and visit they didn't rush us and it wait very nice. The food was prepared ask we ask for it. Thank you.
Low carb option: Hot pastrami bowl with cheddar cheese, 2 scoops of avocado and boom boom sauce. Soooo good!

I didn't think Togo's still existed. Traveling through. Had to get a hot pastrami. ONE guy working the place trying to fill lunch orders and here I am at 11:50. I hear him on the phone delaying orders and politely explaining he's short staffed. Great employee. Super held it together when it was tough. Great sandwich. Five thousand stars for that random experience of an obviously pressured guy handling it. Management material. Oh, and the tables and bathroom were clean. Everything was clean.
Very slow moving friendly guy behind counter… letting us know he was alone but moving like mud in a desert. Let’s hope the owners of this Togo’s figure out their staffing. 🍀
came back, this place is so great, today I came in for lunch and I got very quick and great service, I asked the girl her name, well Renee really did an amazing job, and she was very accommodating and very helpful. The sandwich was very delicious. I know I will be back, I haven’t had such a great time getting a sandwich ever that I can think of, and I can say it was Renee who made it so, keep up the good work.
Went here for lunch during a road trip on a Saturday. It was busy but the food was delicious. It's a little bit of a wait compared to a McDonald's but you have to understand that every sandwich is personalized for each person, so if you are an impatient person, you should just give up or learn to be patient 😂. Our sandwich maker made our sandwiches perfectly and added every ingredient in a balanced amount giving it a perfect taste and texture. She was also very kind and considerate to ask us what we would like and offered suggestions to help us make a decision. To sum it up, we had a great lunch and it was made better by having a great sandwich artist who also was very sweet.
Was at the Martell store, order the large Pretzelrami. Asked what the difference was and she said it's the amount of meat. I remember the old one was a smaller bun and over a pound of meat. All you did was change the pun and put less meat on it. For the ridiculous amount of $16.99. NEVER AGAIN, TOGO's is dead to me. I can get a bigger better pastrami sandwich at to other places, closer to home and at a way better price and with fries, coke. Sorry that had to raise prices so high. Good luck with that.
Best sandwich I ever had at a Togo's! This was at the Togo's in Jackson California! I got the large Italian and it was scrumptious. Although I did request a substitution and they said that we could definitely do it. Instead of the ham I wanted more more mortadella. But they did not do that. Other than that everything was great. Great experience overall wanted to remove some of my layers but they left the door open and that also made the place a little bit chilly. So I had to keep my coat and sweaters on. Phil gave it a five-star rating considering. Thank you Togo's for staying up there and competitive with the likes of other old school competitive sandwich shops and some of the new ones as well.
Yeah, I'd give this Togo's a 5 star review. We order on the app, which is pretty easy to navigate. In 3 times now, they've had our order ready 2 out of 3. It's a nice place, and the staff is nice. I'd recommend.
Wow! This is a great Togo's. We were all burgered out after our trip to Tahoe and were craving a good sandwich. There were only two sandwich makers behind the counter and one was doing Doordash orders. The other may have been the manager or owner. They were putting those sandwiches together quickly and accurately, if our group's order is any indication. The food was fresh and delicious. We'll stop here again next time we're heading/returning from Tahoe. I don't normally tip at fast food restaurants but I did here. That's how much we enjoyed it.
We went to this Togo's today and I have a pastrami sandwich excellent! The meat was nice and lean. My cousin had the turkey avocado sandwich it was so big she had to take her other half home. Friendly staff can't ask for more than that.

Fresh ingredients, salads and wraps. Not the quickest service but a pretty healthy choice if you opt for the lighter options.
I would say they get my order right about 80% of the time. I wish you could see what they were doing through a clear counter like Subway.
Pretty much like any other Togo's!Friendly service & good sandwiches.
Food was good. Was a bit confused why were able to hear the staff bicker towards each other.
Good sandwiches, a little dry, ask for more dressing. Excellent service
This Togos like all togos is an amazing sandwich spot. As far as the food goes it is top notch. The service is a little spotty. Some days their on some days their not.
I asked for sweet pickles, or sweet relish on my chicken salad, and even though they have it, they wouldn't put it on my sandwich. Ugh! But even without it the food was delicious.
Overall I was pretty happy. The server didn't toast my sandwich though and didn't offer. I will go back but its not top of my Deli list.
It's a Togo's, not much more to say.
Great sandwiches friendly staff. Just every time I've ordered online or over the phone my order is not accurate. They always correct any issues but deaf my worth stopping by and eating inside
Togos unfortunately is a hit or miss kind of place. Some locations are poorly managed while others excel. Fortunately this particular location falls under the latter. The restaurant was very clean and open while the staff was friendly and professional. Even Togos Achilles heel, their bread, was fresh and delicious. Two thumbs up for this location.
Would have given 5 staff was extremely wonderful and patient.. but my sandwich wasn't very good even though my fiance was great.. there was so much avocado that is all I could taste.. well go back for sure just hold the guac next time
Great food sweet folks that work there ! Always aiming to please ! Day shift rocks !
Not very happy with this place. Sandwich are not as good as other places they don't even ask me what I wanted in my sandwich like no mayo or mustard. They just put it on. I probably will not go back
If I said slow, that would not describe it. Someone in our group insisted on going here, but they are not staffed for a group of twenty. The sandwich was okay, though. They had a vegetarian menu for my daughter.
We went into the Martel location on a Saturday at noon and they only had one guy working and he was doing his best to keep up with the lunch rush by himself. While we were there we watched 7 people walk out because the line was so long.

Wraps are made about half the size as they were a month ago, very disappointed. Mostly tortilla and very little lettuce or chicken. They forgot to add the Parmesean cheese.
Ordered a #9 no tomato & tuna sandwich I got bread and pastrami no lettuce no peppers no nothing and for the tuna same just bread and tuna 😳
Dried out bread, not a lot of toppings. Service was slow as employees were talking to each other . Not a repeat.
Bread is always dry, over cooked, or stale. Or a combination of all 3. Combine that with barely any condiments and my sandwhich is alwaus unbearably dry. Staff is friendly and food is poor quality.
Nice folks, but 6 out of 8 available tables were dirty when we walked in, and the 3 employees were standing behind the counter chatting, not working on anything. Had to pass up 4 tables till I got to a clean one.
Ordered online here they do got my chips and my dressing. Sand which’s were not to togos standard and customer service was not good.
I really like the sandwiches, but they're rarely made correctly. We've been ordering through the app for curbside. I think, out of maybe 10 visits, only 2 of them were done correctly. And I'm not going to unwrap my sandwich in my car to make sure it's right. We've just stopped going as often. They also started charging for au jus with a hot roast beef sandwich. The food is good so it's sad.
the employees were loud and would not stop screaming about their personal conversations. they took forever to get to our order because they were talking so much. we almost left and went to another place. only one employee was kind and working hard, the others were rude and insulted my job lol… multiple other customers walked out while they were taking their time making one person’s order. at least the kind employee loaded my sandwich with extra guac :) in the time that the employee that made our 3 sandwiches made them, the other 2 girls made none haha
The dining area was very dirty, tabels werent wiped, floor was very dirty too. The containers that hold all the toppings we all mixed and gross looking even the mayo had food debris in it. It was sad to see and we won't be back.
My sandwich was pretty gross. Had no flavor tasted like wet bread
I love Togos. But during this time I would only eat prepared food from those who wear masks. My husband and I wanted to get take out. We went there and the employees are making food without any masks. So we refrained.
Ordered a tuna sandwich, guy put way too much mayo on it. The man taking my order was talking loudly to his female co-worker, and both of them did not seem like they wanted to be there. He mightve been the manager but he did not seem like he knew how to run his workers at this sandwich shop.
Service was good but the sandwich wasn't the greatest i didnt finish it, bread seemed old and they charge extra for cheese which is ridiculous...this is why i haven't ate togos in years, but it was the only place to eat at the time i will stick with subway they have fresh bread right out the oven...
The gals behind the counter were interesting...one was "spacey" nicest way to explain it..and the other one seems so very unhappy being there that you really just want to walk out...the food was just "ok" we won't be back anytime soon
Used online ordering and 20 minutes later we arrived and the poor clerk was building orders as fast as she could go but was way behind . Just 1 person, answering phone , waiting on customers as fast as she could go . People lined up waiting. Doesn’t Togos know they are losing dollars by not quickly and efficiently staffing their restaurant? Filthy bathroom and tables. Out of so many different products. We won’t be going back, the clerk tried her best but shame on you corporate owners . Give some support to your employees, your quality is suffering

Sandwich was soggy and the bread was not toasted like it should for a cheesesteak...
Worse sandwiches we ever had! Over priced! Sandwich maker not friendly.
Won't go here again. Went three separate times and all three times there were issues. Customer service was not good. Not sure what the issue is but I won't go here anymore.
Not empressed, I won't go back, I asked for a pastrami sandwich, when I asked that it NOT be microwaved...I was told pastrami HAD to be heated?
6 people in line at 530. one guy putting chairs away so they can close early and one lady making sandwiches. They always do this. You close at 7 not 5.
Terrible customer service. One meatball on one side of the sandwich. Skimpy on the meat. I think I get more meatballs in my sandwich at subway for a cheaper price.
I ordered a hot roast beef with avacodo been getting them 50 years they make some kind off the wall way horrible sandwich horrible workers rudd to a lady ordered online came to pick up and wasn't even started
Too get started it was dirty as% and the 3 girls working there looked like they hated there job rolled my bread in marinara sauce I ordered a Philly and they said they were out of cookies and the person that told me this had crumbles all over her lips......so don't plan on getting a cookie there I solved the reason for togos cookie shortage....won't be going back
Girls behind the counter were pretty loud and obnoxious the short girl literally asked me about my profession and went on to insult me about it, almost enough to make me leave, good sandwiches though.
Worst customer service I’ve ever been to, the atmosphere was so hostile and unwelcoming. They were completely closing and packing up the store by 6pm an hour before closing. The blond young man was slamming chairs around and yelling with another lady. They wouldn’t stop yelling at each other as loud as they could, they rushed us to order without even giving us a real chance to look at the menu, while the young man constantly glared daggers at us becusse we had the audacity to walk into a restaurant. I’ve never experienced such a bad customer service. They had gotten a tip, but in all reality they didn’t even deserve a few Pennie’s found on the floor.
It takes forever for sandwiches to be ready. I get it's busy at lunch time but I ordered online then walked in to ask if they still had olives(not offered in the app) they said yes so I asked to add to sandwich. I went and waiting in my car but 30min later (the app said my order would be ready in 20min) they still hadn't started it. Very frustrating and won't be ordering from here again. Only reason we ordered here was to avoid mc donalds with the kids, but not worth the time it took
Normally I dont have any complaints but last night I called in an order for my husband and myself. For my husband a #2 wrap, he likes it very simple so just the ham and cheese. But when we got home it was a mess!! It was barely in the wrap and a total mess. I got a #24 with every thing, when I got home I decided to only eat half of it, I noticed it didn't taste right so I opened it up. First thing I noticed NO TURKEY!!! the avocado was dark brown. I will go back there again but will never call in an order. I was extremely disappointed as we both enjoy Togos but this was a terrible experience.
I thought I liked TOGOs. After this experience I've realized I do not. Horrible vibes from what seemed to be the manager. Weird customers selling her imported products at the counter, was the only thing that made her smile. The man was touching her inappropriately for a togos and made the whole restaurant smell like cheap cleaner or whatever he was trying to sell her.
Another store that was great in the beginning. Don’t know what happened. Last visit not friendly, completely unconcerned about how they made my sandwich. I was the only person in there. They didn’t drain the sauerkraut and my sandwich was soggy. It will be a long time before I go back. 👎👎👎👎👎
I ordered a large roastbeef sandwich and asked for pepper jack cheese, the prepared said cheese is .25 cent a slice. I said "that's ridiculous" and said no thanks. The manager walked behind me and said we don't make the rules here. I said ok but the price IMO is ridiculous. He then said I was rude for my comment. I said ok I don't think that was rude and I said thanks he can keep the sandwich. As I was walking out he wanted to debate the issue?????? Really...... I apologize if my comment made you upset, not my intuition. Anyway you just drove a paying customer off.
I ordered a chicken cheese steak. What I got was a regular cheese and when I told the girl she gave me a dirty look and asked in a very irritated tone if she had to remake it. At that point I had been waiting for 20 mins watching the three employees run around. One was making mobile orders and the other two where making one sandwich together. Behind the counter was a mess.
Trash won't go back my buddy's mom bought me a sandwich meat was gross and the bread had mold never thought they would go that low never going back wish I could give no star's
Walked in to try the new bbq sandwich. Watched the person wipe his nose on his arm while making a sandwich. I was totally disappointed and walked out.
Place is neat and sandwiches are comparable to other locations but the customer service is very poor. This is the second time at this location and the staff are at the kindergarten level of training and even worse attitude.
First we were greeted by a young lady who seemed to hate her job. We asked if they had any smokey cheddar and she spoke rudely back to us. Sandwiches were pretty much slapped together. As we sat in-store eating our sandwiches. The young lady comes from the back and meets some older guy at the counter, he proceeds to try and sell her some perfume ( mind you, he is spraying each perfume he is trying to sell her) She then completely ignored the next customer. As my family and I were leaving I was walking over to fill my drink and she looks at me and asks rudely if she can help me, I then say no. I fill my cup and leave. Perfume+rudeness = not a good sandwich

Run don't walk I've been to many Togo's this is not one to stop through and give your business. I placed a order online for takeout I came in to the location and told him my name they handed me a bag The sticker sealed whichhad my first name and last initial. I spent $45 on two sandwiches. I live out of town and I called immediately when I got home to let them know of the insufficient order that I received. He said that there was nothing he could do I would have to come back the next day for a refund. What kind of service is that? With the rest of the customer service in the town of Jackson seems to be very good so far. Can't imagine this franchise Togo's surviving if this is their culture.
Worse experience ever!! Walked in & everything was dirty!! From the counter, the food the veggies everything was so messy! We started to order the girl was sooo rude throwing things around not greeting anybody giving attitude as we started to order giving the people coming in dirty looks she def seems to HATE her job!! She starts to make the sandwiches & went to the back a few times for things she ran out of never once changed her gloves! They were dirty & nasty I can’t even believe that’s how she works we walked out! I’m sorry but that’s terrible
My boy friend and I had a rather poor experience at this togos. I had ordered ahead on the mobile app at 5:00pm and got the email confirmation that it would be done around 5:15 pm. I walked in and there was about 3 people in line getting sandwiches made, I didnt think it was a huge deal and waited quietly in line to ask about my order, the employee behind the counter was short with the other customers and rude. Another gentleman walked in and was clearly looking at the menu and hadn't said anything, the employee looked over at him in a rude tone asked him if he was here for a mobile pick up, because if he is she hadn't even started it yet. He said no and left shortly there after. My boyfriend had come in so I decided to use the bathroom since the wait was taking longer then expected. Afterward I walked back over to the counter to ask her about my mobile order once she was done with different customer, but before I could ask she snapped at me asking me if I was there to order or was waiting for pick up, I said yes and she responded with Well instead of standing there in line like you want to order go stand somewhere else so your not in the way of the other customers, mind you it was just me and my boyfriend and another man who had been sitting at a table at the togos. I understand she was by herself, but she was extremely rude with her interaction with customers.
I dont like to leave negative reviews because its petty but heres my experience…. on a schedule because we’re building a house and I’m just a mom doing everything piece by piece. Found someone to cut the tiles for me but I had to be home by 1 o’clock so I placed my order online allowing a ton of time for. tiny sndwich to be made….at 11:26… By. 12 04. I was standing there watching them make sandwiches for every single person in the lunch hour rush. I asked twice for a refund so I could make it home for the tile cutting to be done for me and the lady looked at me and said it was literally her third day and she could not even do that for me but the biggest problem is they continue to make sandwiches for everybody else. looked up at the crowd and stated that I had an emergency? But I don’t have an emergency you screwed up! Order stated it would be ready and it was allowing them already 25 minutes to make a sandwich . Anyhow, left by 12:06 missed tile cutter had to buy a tile cutting machine for $45 and learn how to cut my own tile sandwich was made incorrectly. The people are slow and the place sucks.
I'd like to share an experience my husband and I had last night, Oct. 25. We drove from Pine Grove (takes ~15 minutes to Jackson) and arrived at the store at 7:39p. The open sign was on, but all the lights were off except the backroom. As we are looking through the windows, we see an employee quickly get up from a chair in the lobby and head to the back. Not only is this a waste of our time and gas, but this is the second time the store has been closed before it should be. When certain hours for a location are posted, I assume they are open at those times.
Workers don't know how to refund. I placed an online order and then decided to order more when I saw their inside menu had more options than their online menu. Well I asked to pick up my online order and order a brownie and another sandwich (neither sandwich tasted good honestly) but they charged me for part of my online order plus the new order when I already paid for the online order online, they ended up giving me cash and it's not their fault they weren't trained right it's management's fault. I was understanding but man you really can't teach how to give refunds? I probably won't be back unfortunately it wasn't great food tbh.
My experience in this store was terrible, store smelled and the manager yelled at me for wanting to use the bathroom. Shawn the manager has terrible customer service and is too lazy to clean the store and even himself. Hope he gets a wake up call and has a change of operations to this establishment.

My experience in this store was terrible, store smelled and the manager yelled at me for wanting to use the bathroom. Shawn the manager has terrible customer service and is too lazy to clean the store and even himself. Hope he gets a wake up call and has a change of operations to this establishment.
