Great food. Nice atmosphere. Very pleasant waitresses.
Food was great nice portions, fare price excellent service and atmosphere. Viviana and Manuela make their best effort to serve you and give you an excellent service.
Amazing food, you can tell they put their foot in. Never had a complaint about anything not the rice too salty or greasy, the beans and everything just as tasty. Just be alert when getting your bill especially dining in. They magically add their "15% gratuity" when its 2 or more people regardless of amount consumed.. 👎 Other than that, exceptional cuisine def recommend.
Is a very inconsistent place for foodc today was terrible. Cheap cheap cheap meats, out of my piece of meat they make soup first for sure. Sad to see places like this falling behind in quality because the economy.
Decided to try this local Colombian place and it needs improvement. Ordered a breakfast with scrambled eggs, I specifically told the waitress to cook them soft, and they came out toasted 🤦🏼♂️. Asked for no “calentado” (rice and beans mixed) and they served me a chicharron, which was basically just grease. There are better chicharrons at other colombian bakeries that are meaty. The arepa was actually decent. The steak missed on the flavor and again, you can have a much better grilled steak like “Brisas Latinas” about the only good thing ai can say is that it’s pretty cheap to eat here. Service I gave it three stars because they failed to listen to my request. No one ever came back to refill water. If they could improve the food and listen more to customers I think they would get even more customers. If you’re on the go and want to grab something quick to eat then this might suit you. If you wanna dine in with family i think its best to skip this place. A good little place to visits straight down on Jamaica ave thats Colombian is “Tajadas”.
I used to go to this restaurant very often and I think the food is very good, but this time I went to pick up an order and they gave me an incomplete order and the extra pork rinds are not fresh. The truth is that I really liked going to this place but with this last purchase I was very disappointed.
Mosquitos, noises, and getting the attention of one person was not great at all. I kindly asked to change the rice and plantains for a salad, and the first restaurant said they couldn't do it anymore. I believe the person serving should double-check how the dish is prepared. The extra greasy plantains (some people will like them, of course).
HORRIBLE PLACE. "ORIBLE" THE FOOD, THE CLEANLINESS, THE STAFF. UGH🤮🤮🤮🤮. WHY IS A PLACE LIKE THIS OPEN WITH AN "A" RATING??? HORRIBLE.
DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING BACK THERE !!!! I called in an order. And they kept hanging up the phone. So I went into the restaurant. The customer service was horrible. The girls behind the counter was too busy laughing and playing with each other to even take my order. I told the young lady what I wanted to order. But she was too busy looking and laughing to even hear what I was saying. So I never placed the order and won’t be returning here….
I got 3 plates and I noticed they changed the prices, it’s more expensive now. They are charging extra for the plates + the taxes on each and every plate. On top of that they charge a supplemental fee on the receipt, idk what that is. After I added everything up they over charged me $3 , check you guys receipt.
This is what I got through the app and If you advertise something you should give it to the customer just like it supposed to be. I literally got no tomatoes, no lettuce, no cream and barely any chicken like what’s the point of me ordering if I’m not getting what I want is not free I pay for it. I literally got a rice n beans wrap on a foil basically.
What type of restaurant advertises a menu that is incorrect according to the waitress… people chooses what to eat base on the menu but their menu can not be trusted. In my case my food was advertised to have have avocado and when i asked i was told the menu was wrong sorry. Very poor customer service !!!!
