One of the best patty locations I’ve been to. The service is not so fast but it’s worth it. The gentleman that owns the place is so kind. Last time I went he was handing out free patties and was thanking everyone for their support.

The patties here are absolutely amazing. They are hot, fresh and delicious. The service is amazing and the owner is so friendly. Last time I went there, he handed out patties to every individual that came into his store and thanked them for their support. God bless him. Thank you for Blessing the community.

We have been coming here for awhile now and we love their food! Today was extra special though because that's how the people running the restaurant made me feel! Customer service top notch! Food is delicious! Within a few minutes 6 beef patties were gone. That's how tasty it was! 😁😁😁

Small little gem of a place that sells a few unique flavors of beef patties in bulk. My go to is the salt fish & callaloo. I believe a half dozen is $13 & a dozen is $25, keep in mind it used to be cash only. The ladies working there are all very friendly. They also offer some meals, smaller portions but at a decent price. Hours are 1030-7, closed on Sunday. Don’t recall them having any dine in tables/chairs as it’s mainly a take out place but I could be wrong.

Their patties are always delicious. To my family and I, these are the best patties in the GTA. Prices are very good. I met the owner and he is a very respectable small business owner who thanked me personally for my business. That type of customer service is dying in Canada and that made me feel so compelled to finally write a review after having eaten at patties world for the past 10 years. The food not always consistent, but when its good good. The servers sometimes give the classic Caribbean attitude, but overall, it am still a fan.

This place is a staple, I’ve been coming here for years. However if find it beyond ridiculous how difficult it is to get a hold of someone on the phone, the voicemail is always full and when you do get someone they have such random rules for placing an orders. I called on Monday to order cocktail patties for a Friday pickup. They told me my order was too far out and call back later. And then spent 3 days calling w no luck. Worst customer service when trying to place an order.

It's either a hit or miss with the ladies who serve at the counter. They need training on servicing customer who come their to spend their money to buy food. They need to learn how to appreciate the customers without the nasty attitudes. I've been here multiple times only because my office that i go to once a week is in the community. Food is ok and they offer many specials weekly which I know the customers like. Sometimes, they open later than 10 am with no apology to the customer as I have experienced it, and food is not ready to be sold. I'm told by who appears to be an owner, tithe food not ready yet, we just opened up. " Please note that in the restaurant, business cooks and other employees come in early and prep for the day ahead, not at opening hours to the public to then tell us the food isn't ready. Come on, go get trained to be better in the service industry. Customers would really appreciate it and be willing to spend more of their money in your business, which I know they want. This has been my honest experience at this restaurant. It's only a takeout, no dine in service

Not a welcoming atmosphere. The server sounds like she is in downtown Kingston market with her tone. The rice and peas is distasteful. I ordered 6 cheesy beef patty, 1 ackee and 5 beef. I received 1 ackee and all beef. There were no cheesy beef patty. Very annoying!

The food is pretty good here, but lacks in quite a few things like, when you go there they don't take credit card or debit, They do though have a bank machine in the store for a extra 3$ fee. There's no way to pay in advance also, so you can't do any pick up, and this one is probably the most bothering, no delivery! You can't order on uber or door dash or skip the dish. 90% of all takeout restaurants are on thee's app. I could not tell you why thee's guy are not on there. This has decreased my purchases at this restaurant, so I only now come by once a month. Hopefully one day things will change.

Service : 4/10 1st time coming here, I called ahead to make sure they had cheese patty. They said they did, so I went to get some. Was told the patties were cold, still went ahead and Ordered. I had to wait over 20 mins to receive cold patties. Other customers in the restaurant started complaining about the long wait as well. Came home and warmed up the Patties, smh they were all beef with no cheese. After waiting for over 20 mins my order was wrong (doesn’t make any sense). 2nd the Patties had nothing special about them. These are the most tasteless under seasoned patties I’ve ever had. Future customers save yourself the time/money. You’re better off buying frozen Michideans patties. I’d never go back.

Walked in with my husband ready to order Saturday August 30 in the afternoon, but after asking for a small update to our order, the lady reacted with clear annoyance (eye-rolling, dismissive attitude). We decided to leave without placing the order. While I’ll say the prices are fair, the food quality isn’t the best, and with service like this it’s not worth us supporting. I hope management takes this seriously — customers should feel welcome, not like a burden.

Workers are very combative. Before the quality of the patties were better, the food and soup was always garbage though. My second to last visit here I'm having the patty and all I'm biting into is crust and when i opened it there was just about 30% meat(i bought 6). I called the store and told and asked for the manager and was told the manager wasn't there but the lady asked what was the issue; after i explained i was told, "a suh di chef mek dem" (thats how the chef makes them) and was hung up on. Went there again because i was in the area, bought 3 patties. The pictures i posted are all 3 of them, the one that appeared to have more meat appears as though it was a lump of flour the dropped in; i don't know what else to say it could be. I went there the day after because a friend kept asking me to bring get him food there and after waiting almost 20 minutes just to order, i started placing my order and she just turned her back and walked to the side door to go talk to a friend and take their order. I stood at the counter for an additional 5 minutes while she talked and we just ended up leaving.
