Do not order and expect to get you pizza on time from Pizza Hut barbican. The first time I ordered I waited almost 2hours. Thinking this was a one off bad experience and ordered again, after ordering I waited about an hour then call, only to find out that the biker break down and I will have to find away to pick it up myself 🤦‍♀️

I ordered an amazing 4 @ 4:39pm today…. It’s now after 7pm no delivery….. after calling twice and heard the delivery is 5mins away….. Called at 7:02pm and told the lady who answered just now I’m canceling the order because the service is poor…. She hang up the phone on me…. This just happened at the Barbican location…….I can tell Pizza Hut this… you’ll never get my money again…. You guys don’t care I can tell but I’ve seen giants go down in my life time….they have to close their doors to the public due to poor customer service…..

Tried to order from the branch 5 min down the street at 7pm, Thursday. Was told (incorrectly) that they don't deliver here THEN the drivers were all gone for the night" so no delivery available. Asked to speak to the supervisor but she busy . Is this how you run a business? So employees are either not well informed or delivery option inconsistent... Either way that attitude doesn't deserve hard earned money. Order from someone who cares about thier services and customers

I waited 2 hours for my order and when it arrived it was cold and uncooked with burnt pepperoni tasted like sea salt water. When the rider arrived he could not present even the receipt to see if it was the correct price for the order. The order was also wrong with sloppy presentation. Not even an apology or a compensation wata.

The customer service at this place is well and truly horrible. Hours in wait time for delivery. Delivery is frequently unavailable. I called twice last week and was told that they weren't delivering. Very unresponsive and snippy staff. On no less that two occasions I've ordered Jerk Chicken Alfredo pasta that had zero jerk chicken in it. How hard is it to get this business model right for pizza this expensive in an area like Barbican? I'm shocked at the ridiculously poor service.

If I could give it 0 I would. On multiple occasions delivery has taken over an hour with not even so much as a call. When the food is finally delivered things are missing and the food is cold. Hope they shut down tbh. Today I sat waiting for my food for almost two hours and I called only to be told that the driver did not deliver to my side. Now it’s too late to order food and I have no options. Thank you so much Pizza Hut. You’re the absolute worst. Don’t buy from here.

Bad customer service!!! I was waiting in line from about 6:45 and it was a very long line. The cashier was taking orders from delivery persons (Hugo ect) and also from ppl waiting in the line as well, when I reach to make my order she said “ those for pick up come to the front” she not even had the audacity to tell the other persons in the line that she stopped taking orders I had to directly ask her and she said yess. I was so upset because imagine I was in the line so long🙄 they are very bad at customer service at Barbican Pizza Hut

The customer service is ridiculously poor, I called to place an order for a pizza and before I was greeted by the employee, the person was too busy having a conversation in the background. I had to repeat the order twice as due to a lack of understanding. The order was eventually placed at 7:09 with a promised time of 7:57. I arrived at 8:05 almost an hour later just to be that make order was not ready/done. I got an addition 20 minutes wait time.

The wait was 40 mins though they said 15 mins and they got my order messed up. Plus on the chicken half of my pizza I counted four pieces of chicken in total on two of the four slices that should have had chicken meaning two slices were chicken less. I've had better pizza tbh. It was suppose to be half bbq chicken with bbq sauce on that half and half vegetarian with tomato sauce on that half and no cheese. As you can see there is no tomato sauce on the vegetarian side no olives either.

I ordered the amazing 4 from the Barbican Road store I specifically told them the drink I wanted. However, when they made the delivery I got what I did not order.I called and made them aware what happened and they promised that they would deliver what I ordered. To date nothing have been delivered. I’m still waiting and no one had the decency to call me or even apologize for what happened.The customer service is very poor at -0 and this goes for all staff.
