I went here to buy a baconator as usual, but I tried the biggie box instead...they had a new product out the "Mango Crumble Frosty", I would give it a 2/5-personally the mango puree/syrup is way too sweet and sticky for my liking! So, it's a mango syrup with a basic vanilla frosty and a cookie crumble on top. Nope, yuck at the crumble! I didn't like it at all, I scrapped the crumble off and had it as is. I didn't enjoy it but it was a new fun thing to try. The customer service is good---friendly, the restaurant is clean, was not too busy which I liked, available seats so I could dine in. I got the limeade and that too was way too sweet! Syrupy sweet, it made me feel sick to be honest, either I needed more ice in my drink or it needed to be diluted with some more water, because chileeeeeeeee…. it was too much I wasn't able to finish my drink, but overall I enjoyed my nuggets, burger, and fries. The restaurant is clean and tidy, Wendy's is centrally located which is ideal 👌 you can enjoy a variety of foods, definitely can get some decent food for your coins.

Poor customer service from cashier - made up her own order as she cut me off mid sentence. Then I had to pay separately for the items she left off. Got the wrong sauces also. Space was clean. Table we used turned out to be broken and propped up by old promotional materials. Everything else was fine.

The place was fairly empty and it was close to closing time, maybe that's why the staffs were dragging their feet 😅 took some minute to get served

Got through quickly. Minimal dining seem to be allowed. Really couldn’t tell if the cashier was trying to be funny or rude 🙃 but I wasn’t offended

Good experience, staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. It would be good if Wendy's brought back the dine in option. Service would have been better if more than 1 cashier was working on a busy Friday afternoon. Wait time was excessive😒

Downgrading because: Why are the staff at Liguanea hell bent on stuffing two salads in a tiny bag? When I asked to separate it the young lady (she is always rude based on multiple interactions) handed me the bag as if. Why would you assume two salads belong to the same person without even asking? On the bright side a more courteous and obviously properly trained staff saw me struggling and assisted with the separation on the items.

The franhise since being taken over by its current owners has shown a marked decline in customer service. Am recently getting frustrated with not being able to order what I want because it's not a available. Typical of the franchises held by this own. Otherwise, what you do get when you can is quite fine the product I.e the food is close to its its intended standard. I would say it is still mostly safe to eat there.

The location is a nice one. I was amazed by the garden on the outside. The service was extremely slow. They place your order slip/receipt on the counter with the drink while the rest of the order is being prepared(Ice in drink melts and you end up with watered down drink). The temperature inside was extremely chilly. The bathroom was extremely clean with the absence of hand towel. The customer service was okay(meh). I am not sure if that's what is included in fish burger but there was no tomatoes or cheese....maybe I should have asked or have been told.

The food was good though the wait was approximately 15mins, on a day that was not busy at the time of my visit. Great location in a busy section of St. Andrew. The bathroom was clean, the AC however was much colder in comparison to the rest of the store. The servers were ok though their skills can be fine tuned.

Service is typically okay. Staff could use more training when I went in with friends it was announced, in a none subtle way that 4 guests have arrived to cash and that felt a little awkward (were they not expecting customers?). Food quality is good, the wait isn't long.

Went on NYE. Arrived a minute before closure and the security guard on duty completely ignored my friend and I through the glass door as we were trying to show him the time. Another individual approached to speak to him he opened the door for them. As we were about to say something to him he shouted “CLOSED!” to the point where it drew attention of everyone inside and outside the facility. He could have simply tell us that they will no longer be taking orders but he decided to be volatile. Completely distasteful and embarrassing . I would never recommend friends or family to this location.

Went in to buy a salad . Waited in the long line until the end . When I finally reached to the cashier and ordered my salad I was told that there was a salad left but I would not be sold it because they were going to sell it to the person in the line behind me , who came in after I did and waited in the same line that I did , but behind me . I told them that I waited in the line fairly and they refused to sell me the salad . Wasted my time , will not be going back to this Wendy’s .
